At that moment, the door of the Astrologer’s Tower suddenly opened, and out walked an old mage clad in a blue robe.

Upon seeing Gu Xi, the old mage said, ”Sir, I’m still accustomed to using owls to send messages. Let’s not bother with broadcasts, shall we?”

Gu Xi glanced at the old mage and noticed his gaze was sharp, like that of an eagle in the sky, seemingly able to see through everything.

Luna whispered into Gu Xi’s ear at this moment, ”The astrologer of the Astrologer’s Tower, Bit.”

Gu Xi glanced at the Astrologer’s Tower, and various pieces of information popped up.

[Building Name: Astrologer’s Tower

Level: Level 1 (Upgradeable)

Traits:

Conduct an astrology session once a week to determine the attribute for the week, affecting troop numbers with increases or decreases.

Can protect the City Lord from being perceived and probed through divination methods.

Can predict the weather conditions for the coming week through astrology.]

[Astrologer: Bit (Level 1)

Trait Effects:

Lucky One: Increases the chance of good fortune by 20% during weekly astrology.

Enlightened One: More easily discovers special information through divination means.

Serious: Acts independently, unwilling to alter information regardless of astrology results.]

[Explanation: Bit is an astrologer whose existence impacts the weekly output of soldiers. Regardless of the predictions he brings, this is the fate’s arrangement.]

”Hello, Bit, why don’t you want to use broadcasts? You know our city isn’t that large, and owls are sufficient, but in the future, the city will grow, and owls might not be able to deliver all the messages in one day.”

”Sir, this owl represents the results of our Astrologer’s Tower’s weekly astrology. All the training camps only trust this outcome. If delivered by anyone other than our owl, it is all false.

Even if a broadcast were established here, astrologers would not disseminate astrological results via broadcast.”

Hearing this, Gu Xi understood the situation here.

It seems this isn’t about whether to use the owl or not, but about representing the authenticity of the astrology results.

Understanding this point, Gu Xi didn’t press the issue further.

”Alright then, forget about the broadcasts, but can you really guarantee the owl can deliver messages in a day?”

”Rest assured, sir, our Astrologer’s Tower is also upgradeable, and we won’t have any problems.”

After hearing this, Gu Xi ceased to speak any further.

He exchanged a few more words with Bit and also took a tour inside the Astrologer’s Tower, where he saw the crystal ball on the table, the star map on the wall, and a telescope whose purpose was uncertain.

Afterwards, Gu Xi exited the Astrologer’s Tower.

At this time, Luna and others were already waiting for Gu Xi in the direction of the Assembly Hall.

As he passed the Assembly Hall, Gu Xi noticed that the steps in front of the Assembly Hall had been refurbished; the original wooden steps were now all turned into black stone steps.

Luna and the others must have put the Killing Stone fragments in during the Assembly Hall’s upgrade.

As a result, the Assembly Hall was evidently affected, now appearing shrouded in the aura of death.

Even if Gu Xi didn’t go over, he could tell that the Assembly Hall had been upgraded to Level 2, and its upgrade speed would continue to increase.

Gu Xi was quite satisfied with this, as the better Yalidov developed, the more beneficial it was for him.

Gu Xi now wished the Assembly Hall could directly upgrade to Level 9, enabling him to deploy the City Wall and Moat on the battlefield.

Unlike now, having reached Level 5 but unable to deploy without the Soul Summoning Tower.

Shaking his head, Gu Xi happened to walk to the Main City Gate.

After a dozen days, Gu Xi’s Main City Gate had noticeably grown larger. The original single gate had now become three gates side by side, with six white bone dragons perched alongside Gu Xi’s battle banners.

Seeing these bone dragons, Gu Xi knew they were beyond saving.

The bone dragons made from red dragon carcasses together weren’t even up to the standard of the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon transformed by the Well Dragon King.

These bone dragons’ front limbs were connected to their wings, resembling two-legged flying dragons, and they were not particularly large with no other features. They belonged to the most worthless kind of existence.

The only advantage might be that it is somewhat stronger than a bone dragon patched together with ordinary bones.

Gu Xi glanced at the attributes of these bone dragons and shook his head.

[Bone Dragon (Level 7, Summoned Corps): Experience (3124/8000), Attack 32, Defense 16, Life 180, Skills: Flying Team, Undead Creatures, Giant Creatures, Repel, Aging Curse.]

Sure enough, it’s trash as a Level 7 unit, not even having Dragon Breath.

What kind of effect is Repel? The Aging Curse can’t even affect Skeleton Soldiers; these bone dragons are hopeless.

Apart from being placed on the main city gate as decoration, they’re really of no use.

Seeing Gu Xi shaking his head, Luna also asked at this moment.

”Sir, would you like to rest in the Assembly Hall for a bit? We’ve seen a lot along the way, but we still need to look at the overall data.”

”Alright.”

Gu Xi thought for a moment. Some data must be known, after all, not knowing the information on the amount and strength of the army means Gu Xi would have no idea of his position.

Seeing Gu Xi agree, Luna promptly led Gu Xi towards the Political Hall.

Shaya and Eldest Princess Anna had no objections; to them, it didn’t matter where they went.

However, when Gu Xi and the others arrived at the Assembly Hall, Gu Xi found that all his heroes had come back.

Among them were even Di Mi, who had just taken command of the legion, and Amirka, who was stationed at the Scarlet Temple.

It seems they all knew very well what Gu Xi intended to do next.

With one look at them, Gu Xi entered the Assembly Hall.

Inside the Assembly Hall, the originally small room had become larger, with a long table placed right at the entrance hall.

On the long table was the map of Yalidu City.

Compared to the map in the barracks, the map here was simpler, but the locations of the buildings were clearly marked.

Standing over the map, Gu Xi could easily discern the current attributes of Yalidu City.
