These Ghost Butterflies are a new unit and aren’t very numerous, so after recruitment, they weren’t quickly taken away but instead transformed into Ghost Butterfly Soldiers and even upgraded to Spirit Butterflies.

Ghost Butterfly Soldiers look very similar to Ghost Butterflies, except for their size; Ghost Butterflies are only half a meter tall, while Ghost Butterfly Soldiers are noticeably bigger.

As for Spirit Butterflies, they are the size of Ghost Butterfly Soldiers, but besides their wings, their bodies become semi-transparent, like Ghosts.

Further ahead are the locations of the Rotting Farm and the Bloody Slaughterhouse.

The ground of the Rotting Farm, like the Abandoned Farm, is empty without any vegetation, but here the ground is entirely made of decaying sludge, with several unformed Scarecrows planted in the fields.

The Bloody Slaughterhouse consists of three already abandoned rooms filled with a strong smell of blood, with no other defining features.

Following a road beside the Bloody Slaughterhouse, Gu Xi finally walked out of the Dark Farm District, crossed a wide road that could fit ten carriages side by side, and entered the district opposite.

Undead Gathering Area.

When this area was being integrated, Gu Xi had already fallen asleep. Originally, Luna intended to call it the Ghost-faced District.

However, later on, Luna and the others considered that the purpose of this area was to gather the Undead Corps, so they simply named it the Undead Gathering Area.

Compared to the Dark Farm District, the Undead Gathering Area is much more compact.

The architectural style here is entirely infused with Undead elements; tombstones line the roads, the ground is covered with dark bloodstains, trees have no leaves, and moss grows on the walls.

Some Undead roamed back and forth here, and Gu Xi even saw the Maze Devourer and Misfortune Skeletons, which he used as prototypes for his units.

It was obvious that these two unit types had restored their normal strength, reaching level 6.

Moreover, their numbers had greatly increased, indicating that training for these two units had already begun.

Of course, Gu Xi wasn’t concerned about these matters here; after arriving, he took a quick look around. After seeing the so-called Star Curtain Graveyard, Gu Xi went off to search for the Blood Tomb.

The Corpse Witch was the key reason for Gu Xi’s visit this time, and the Star Curtain Graveyard was just something he glanced at to see what the ”star curtain” referred to.

It turned out the Star Curtain Graveyard wasn’t much different from a regular graveyard, except that it was perpetually shrouded in darkness, with poor lighting.

Gu Xi felt that it shouldn’t be called the Star Curtain Graveyard, but rather the Canopy Graveyard.

However, this didn’t really matter to Gu Xi, as no special Undead troops were produced here, and the Zombies here were just normal Zombies.

In contrast, the nearby Wandering Street was considered a less orthodox Undead structure, with the street full of zombies inferior to regular Zombies, even without weapons in their hands.

As Luna put it, once they appeared, they would immediately be sent to the nearby graveyard, transforming into various types of Zombies.

This area simply served as a source of troop recruitment.

As Gu Xi walked deeper into the Undead Gathering Area, he noticed more and more blood on the ground, with some places even having pools of blood.

Initially, Gu Xi thought he had stumbled upon the Demon Blood Haunted Mansion and was grumbling about how wasteful these Vampires were. But when he turned his head, he saw the Blood Tomb built on a ground of blood.

This Blood Tomb looked similar to the previous Mist Tomb’s exterior, but while the Mist Tomb was shrouded in fog, this place was directly built in the pools of blood.

Gu Xi estimated that the Blood had seeped into the Tomb’s basement.

Near the Blood Tomb, there were entities similar to the Corpse Witch, whose appearances were like those Gu Xi had seen before, except they wore red cloaks.

Seeing Gu Xi approaching, they even bowed to him.

But at this point, Gu Xi paid them no heed and stood astounded by the sight before him near the Blood Tomb.

It was a huge blood-colored castle, its Gothic style entirely transformed into blood-red.

”Is this the Scarlet Temple?”

”Yes, the Scarlet Temple is complete, and over there, they are constructing the Black Arena.”

Luna pointed to a spot not far from the Scarlet Temple, smiling happily.

They hadn’t mentioned this along the way just to surprise Gu Xi.

Seeing Gu Xi’s expression now, they felt it was worth it.

At least they had witnessed Gu Xi’s uncharacteristic reaction.

At this moment, a Heavy Armor Knight on a blood-red warhorse came from the direction of the Scarlet Temple.

Initially, Gu Xi thought this was a Red Knight on patrol.

It wasn’t until the Heavy Armor Knight approached him that Gu Xi realized it was indeed his subordinate hero, Amirka.

”Amirka, why are you here?”

”Sir, I am waiting for the Scarlet Knights’ training to finish. Additionally, the Gladiatorial Black Guards in the Black Arena are also my targets.”

As they conversed, two cavalrymen in scarlet battle armor arrived.

In their hands, they carried large blood-dripping scythes, their bodies wrapped in heavy armor, with their warhorses as well heavily armored.

Seeing Gu Xi, they raised their scythes in salute to him right away.

Gu Xi nodded back at them, and then looked towards the Eldest Princess Anna.

”Are you not going to recruit some Scarlet Knights?”

”No, I’m only used to bringing along my transformed Ghouls. These should be techniques from my great-aunt’s side; they can’t be considered true Undead.”

”But they qualify as Knights, and they are affected by the Blood Maple, making them not much different from true Undead.”

Gu Xi glanced at the Scarlet Knights approvingly, then asked, ”Amirka, is there a way to produce these Scarlet Knights on a large scale?”

”Corpses, souls, Mercury, and special blood essence, along with two weeks’ time, can produce Scarlet Knights of similar rank in batches, though their equipment would need some support from the Blacksmith Shop.”

”This is manageable; are they only able to wield scythes?”

Gu Xi had always felt that using a scythe wasn’t a great habit.

”They can also use a lance and shield, in close combat, they can also use a Longsword and Warhammer or War Axe; however, scythes are a different type of weapon, and mastering them allows proficiency in most other weapons.

Moreover, when they charge, the damage of the scythe is exceptionally strong.”

Amirka explained the situation within.

Gu Xi asked a few more questions about the Scarlet Knights, agreeing that once Amirka had a hundred Scarlet Knights under his command, he would begin forming the Scarlet Knight Order. Then he left with Luna and the others, turning from the Undead Gathering Area towards the Giant Graveyard District.
