Is It Weird for a Guy to Apply to a Witch School?

Currently, within the Primal Dream State.

When my consciousness took control of my soul essence, in a daze... I felt as if I was about to wake up.

My consciousness body within Fool’s Village was also about to dissipate.

However, I relied purely on my own will to use my consciousness as an anchor for Fool’s Village’s location, and decisively abandoned my physical body in reality, allowing my soul to complete a deep dive into the Primal Dream State.

It was a marvelous process; my soul was like a diver plunging into a deep sea, as an endless deep blue color surfaced within the sight of my five senses.

The further down I went, the heavier the pressure of the Primal Dream State on my soul became, and my vision continuously darkened.

Even though a soul has no eyes in the Primal Dream State and there is no light in a dream, all of this was ”truly” presented within my perception.

This was all the habitual cognition of the soul, understanding the unresolved through a way it could comprehend.

If I were to forcibly look through this layer of cognition to see the essence of it all, I would be driven mad by the pressure of the essence’s infinite information.

This was the influence that Floating World-level Spirit Vision had exerted on me for a long time; learning to ignore was a very important thing.

At this moment, it was as if I had two perspectives: one residing in the dreamlike Fool’s Village, and the other gazing at an endless pitch-black deep sea, with only a distant speck of consciousness serving as an anchor to let me know where I was going.

The incarnation of consciousness is, in the end, nothing more than a lie of the dream state.

Consciousness entering the Primal Dream State and a soul entering the Primal Dream State are two completely different concepts.

The Primal Dream State can easily accept the roaming of consciousness, but even a soul-state, which is closely related to the soul, must truly endure the pressure from the Primal Dream State.

However, as a soul essence, I possessed many means that consciousness could not achieve.

After figuring out the rules of the Primal Dream State, I completed the reshaping of the dream order within the dream!

Which was my Domain Prototype!

When my Domain Prototype appeared in the dream, although it was expected, it still gave me a great surprise.

The architecture of my Domain was built upon three layers of concepts.

The first foundation was the sixth sense, Heart Sense, of Self-awakened Body Cultivation.

Once I entered the dream in the posture of a soul essence, the foundation for the Domain existed.

Next was the power of the two Grand Spellbooks.

[Transcendent Knowledge] crossed between dreams and reality, serving as the other two foundations of the Domain, perfectly reshaping the Domain order within the dream!

I finally understood why my Domain, using special Primal Dream State runes combined with special resonance, could make dreams and reality overlap.

All three layers of the basic architecture were sufficient to influence both dreams and reality; this was the most important reason, and it was not something an ordinary person could achieve!

After reshaping the order of my Domain in the Primal Dream State, I felt a lightness in my soul.

The pressure of the Primal Dream State on my soul had shifted from my soul essence to the countering of the Domain order.

However... there was another point I cared about: there are no Void Cracks in the Primal Dream State.

In other words, the maintenance of my Domain lacked the stabilization of Transcendent energy.

But... there is information in the dream world!

The perception channels of Self-awakened Body Cultivation could serve as the means to influence Information.

So... if the previous Domain was the two Grand Spellbooks taking flight with Self-awakened Body Cultivation using the infinite energy of Void Cracks, then now it was Self-awakened Body Cultivation using perception channels to interfere with the infinite Information in the Primal Dream State, maintaining the Domain order and taking the two Grand Spellbooks for a flight!

The order of a Domain has always been just a form of expression and rule utilization.

The transition from reality to the dream was not a total change in Domain order, but merely a change in the rules utilized by the order.

And the Great Tree of Knowledge, as a creation that used knowledge as a carrier to operate knowledge, memory, and information, relied on itself to complete this cognitive replacement, with its efficiency reaching the theoretical limit.

I was no longer a drowning person sinking into the deep sea, but an existence staying within the order of my own Domain, nearly able to do anything—provided that the dream state’s Information supported doing so.

I slightly adjusted the posture of my soul, floating within the Primal Dream State.

Everything around me was pitch black.

I could feel countless consciousnesses locking onto me in the darkness; this perception originated from my Heart Sense’s foresight regarding consciousness.

I lightly snapped my fingers.

The area I was in flickered with the only light in the dark night, yet it could not illuminate the entire Primal Dream State.

However, I clearly saw those ”guests.”

They were all dream creatures.

Compared to shallow dream creatures, they lacked the instinct to interact with me.

They seemed to be eroded by even more malice, and I was food in their eyes, the target of all.

They encircled my periphery, like hunters waiting for a specific moment to swarm up.

But no matter what, they seemingly could not wait for such an opportunity.

At this moment, a flight of steps gradually surfaced beneath my feet, guiding me toward the place where my consciousness was anchored.

This was a dream; time and distance could not be understood with the habits of reality.

What applied here were only concepts, information, and anchors.

The concepts within the dream were the perception channels.

The five senses let me distinguish the existence of the dream and perceive the dominance of concepts.

Heart Sense let me know the state of consciousness.

Time Sense let me view motion and stillness as nothing.

Space Sense allowed me to establish connections with distance and anchors.

And all of this was built upon Information...

It could be said that in the dream, every one of these hurdles was interlinked.

And here, I was like a fish in water.

Upon the staircase constructed by my Domain, I moved continuously deeper along it, because that was the location where my consciousness was anchored to Fool’s Village.

The constantly roaming dream creatures grew restless, for they perceived an instinctive danger, though they did not know what it was.

Or rather, they had never seen a ”Domain concept” within a dream.

Perhaps... the Academy Head of the academy might not have heard of it either.

Before I truly attempted it, I had always believed that a means like a Domain could not be deployed within the Primal Dream State.

Because the environment of the Primal Dream State lacked almost all necessary conditions for a Domain.

But I had overlooked one problem: nothing in this world is absolute.

Searching for the possible within the impossible is merely shallow foolishness; looking through the appearance to see the essence, I understood that the Domain concept is essentially ”order.”

Then everything became simple.

Because the problem became: ”How to construct such a Domain order within a dream, using known rules and mastered means?”

And I was undoubtedly very lucky.

The three components constructed by my Domain were all my capital within the Primal Dream State.

Even an ordinary witch who had mastered a Domain could not achieve such a thing.

To replicate my behavior, one would need at least a Body Cultivation Domain, or... a Domain shaped by a Grand Spellbook.

And I had both!

Furthermore, under the knowledge reserves and information processing capabilities of the Great Tree of Knowledge, I rapidly perfected this conception and conjecture.

Thinking about it now... every piece was truly indispensable.

Without a Grand Spellbook, one would lack the means of [Transcendent Knowledge]; without the perception channels of five senses Body Cultivation, one could not wield Information to construct an Information Domain order.

But what surprised me even more was... the Totem!

Currently, my Totem was structured by the unclosed triangle of ”Self-awakened Body Cultivation,” ”Prototype Self-generating Magic Power,” and the ”Witch Species Concept.”

But a Totem within a dream could not tear open a Void Crack; this was undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to understand the Totem’s form of existence.

You should know that the Void Cracks torn by the Totem had always been an obstacle to my understanding of the Totem, so I could only rely on my understanding of those three components to assist in understanding the meaning of the Totem.

All at once, infinite inspiration surfaced in my mind, but one problem I had to face was... I needed to shake off these dream creatures and reach Fool’s Village.

At this moment, the staircase within my Domain extended infinitely toward both ends.

The downward direction led to my consciousness anchor within Fool’s Village.

And upward... led to reality.

The Grand Spellbooks physically existed in reality, while their power, concepts, and characteristics anchored my soul essence, using the Domain as a bond to go deep into the Primal Dream State.

This was the steady method I had described.

Meanwhile, in reality.

Because of my actions, the Expansion Realm once again stirred with violent commotion.

The Primal Dream State completely overlapped with the reality of the Expansion Realm at this moment.

Under the anchoring of the two Grand Spellbooks and a single soul, a spiral ”imagery staircase” surfaced, encircling the two giant trees.

The upward staircase seemed to link to reality, while the downward staircase penetrated the Primal Dream State.

Transcendents with low True Perception could not even see the full view of the staircase, as it penetrated the two layers of concepts: reality and the dream state.

Ordinary people could not divide the concept of ”vision” onto two completely different levels.

They would only feel that the staircase had vanished; it was a field their True Vision could not touch.

If they forcibly used True Vision to see the part they could not see, then the other part they saw previously would vanish, because a leap in vision could not ”comprehend” how opposing existences could coexist.

And the surfacing of this staircase linking reality and the dream was merely an appetizer.

Following closely, countless dream creatures deep-diving within the Primal Dream State also surged out at this moment.

The sky above the Expansion Realm seemed as if it was about to be submerged by such a pitch-black swarm of dream creatures.

Witnessing such a terrifying scene instantly gave many people a fright.

Only those Transcendents who had not witnessed the horror of the Primal Dream State appeared relatively calm.

This was very realistic; some existences, having not reached a certain level of cognition, did not even have the qualification to feel fear.

After all, everything before their eyes only affected this one area of the Expansion Realm.

In their view, if a Transcendent-level expert took action, this degree of ”reality disaster” was a matter that could be solved with just a wave of the hand.

”The Primal Dream State is rioting. Exactly what did Little Han do inside the Primal Dream State? Theoretically, she shouldn’t have any means within the Primal Dream State at all... even the Dream Rewrite Spell cannot be used in the Primal Dream State.”

After seeing such a scene, a witch who held a deep wariness toward the Primal Dream State spoke in disbelief.

Many witches turned their gazes toward Mei Linde; as the Academy Head of the Witch Academy, she was also one of the most well-informed witches.

Mei Linde had also told everyone about the general situation on-site, including the experiment Little Han had reported in advance, and whether any other witches were involved.

So all of this was truly confusing for the witches.

It couldn’t be... that Little Han poked some huge hole in the basket within the Primal Dream State, could it?

Otherwise, there was no way to explain why the Primal Dream State would riot.

You should know that comparing the Primal Dream State to an ocean, even the restoration of the Expansion Realm only triggered a dream tide, making the dream state overlap excessively with reality; once the Primal Dream State picked up this restored Expansion Realm again, dreams and reality would return to a stable state.

But now!

The depths of the Primal Dream State were actually descending upon reality right now!

This was not something that a dream tide could explain.

Was there not a waterspout inside the deep sea?

Although it was said that a dream cannot destroy reality, the lives existing upon reality would have their consciousness swallowed by the Primal Dream State, or even become completely lost in the Primal Dream State!

And this was also the targeted destructive strike that all existences exploring the Primal Dream State most hoped to master.

But dreams and reality were completely two different concepts...

Therefore, many witches agreed that Little Han’s dream experiment seemed to have triggered an even more uncontrollable ”Dream Calamity.”

It was as ridiculous as triggering an 18-level typhoon in reality because of a weather experiment.

And among all the Transcendents gathered here, not a single one who courted death wanted to step forward; they were like onlookers here, witnessing the formation of the disaster.

This was undoubtedly a very rare dream spectacle.

It wasn’t until the Wizard scholars on the side of the Wizard Academy ignored the fact that this was a multi-academy standoff and brought out sorcery equipment to collect data and record images of this phenomenon.

Curiosity toward the unknown is the nature of all life; the scholars’ behavior seemed to be tacitly allowed.

On the Witch Academy’s side, the witches who had embarked on the Great Project of the Soul stepped forward even more boldly, facing the descending Primal Dream State head-on.

”Be careful, do not advance blindly,” Mei Linde reminded them.

Even as a witch who had been to the Primal Dream State many times in the past, she did not dare to look down on the Primal Dream State.

After all, compared to previous attempts to enter the Primal Dream State, as an analogy... this was about the same as diving in deep water versus greeting a waterspout making landfall on the shore.

The Primal Dream State currently descending upon reality was far more violent than a calm Primal Dream State.

”Don’t worry. Without a few trump cards, I wouldn’t dare to be so overconfident as to do such a risky thing,” the several witches who stepped forward said with a wave of their hands.

They stepped forward resolutely; what they had to face was merely the Primal Dream State.

Like old sailors galloping on the sea, even if they knew they would encounter great winds and waves, they would still step onto the departing ship.

This was not going to their deaths, but rather the witches’ interpretation of the spirit of exploration.

”We propose that we set aside this pointless standoff and explore this riot of the Primal Dream State together. You also have that little witch you need to save, right? Actually, we can cooperate.”

At this moment, the Wizard from the Wizard Academy looked toward the Transcendents of the other several Transcendent academies, and some sort of consensus seemed to have already been conveyed through their gazes.

He then stepped forward, looked at Mei Linde, and proposed their plan.

”Cooperate...”

Mei Linde looked at the Wizard before her, then at the Transcendents of the other Transcendent academies, and finally turned sideways to look at Bai Yu beside her.

”Cooperation is naturally possible, but all of this must be conducted under the witness of a Witch’s Contract.”

”That is natural. Let us draft the contract together. I believe you are also unwilling to waste too much time on such a matter. After all, no one can guarantee how long that little witch can survive in such a riot of the Primal Dream State, nor how long this Dream Calamity will last.”
