I Live on the Land in Global Games

Chapter 202 - 202 199 How to Get Rich Quickly202: Chapter 199 How to Get Rich Quickly 202: Chapter 199 How to Get Rich Quickly “Principal, you were looking for me?” Mu Ying knocked and entered the principal’s office.

It has been so long since the transaction for the Space Travel Box, it shouldn’t be about that, right?

“Do you still wish to sell your Dingling Flowers?” Melanie glanced at her.

Mu Ying immediately nodded, “Yes, are you looking to buy more?”

“You overestimate my wealth.

I have some acquaintances in the Witch Association who are interested in buying.

This is their trade list and requirements that came with their letters, you can pick out what you like,” Melanie tossed her a roll of parchment.

Could there really be such a good opportunity?

Compared to just exchanging for money, Mu Ying certainly preferred to trade for high-end Magic Items.

After all, she was about to graduate, and such items were usually hard to find in the marketplace without the right connections.

Mu Ying immediately sat down in the principal’s office to look through it.

Melanie: Some people amass a fortune even before they graduate that others can’t earn in a lifetime, and yet some, diligently teaching for decades, can’t even preserve the Space Travel Box they just bought.

The parchment consisted of five sheets.

One trade list looked particularly odd, as it turned out to be a prose poem.

Mu Ying examined it carefully and discovered that the patterns on the left and right sides of the parchment hid hidden Magic Marks.

“This is the trade list from the Witch Association, a Magic Item that contains all the items the Witch Association has opened for exchange.

Only witches with a certain level of wealth receive this list.

The high-end Magic Items that are difficult to come by in the usual markets can all be found here – it’s essentially a high-end trading assembly coordinated by the Witch Association.

Priced in the Witch Association’s points where 1 point is equivalent to 1 Gold Coin.

However, compared to private transactions, the Witch Association will take a cut, but the advantage is that the confidentiality and security are much higher.

If you have rare items in the future, you can sell them here.”

“You imprint your personalized Magic Mark on it, and this list becomes yours.

In the future, only your Magic Power can unlock its true content.”

“By the way, you’re the only minor little witch who is an owner of the list,” said Melanie placidly.

Thinking back, how many years had she wasted before getting this thing?

Incomparable indeed.

Mu Ying was even more thrilled upon hearing this.

Her second batch of Dingling Flowers had already begun to sprout, and they were growing well.

She had been worrying about how to sell them after graduation, especially if she moved to the human world.

After all, compared to money, trading for Magic Items was more desirable.

She immediately stamped her own little leaf personalized Magic Mark on the parchment.

Only then did the list reveal the buy and sell prices in points.

The variety of items listed was diverse, including Alchemy Items, Magic Potions, herbal medicine, Magic Books, laboratory equipment, and so on, with a search function to boot.

She searched for Dingling Flowers.

Dingling Flowers with Four-petal or more were out of stock – only available for purchase, not for sale.

There was a single-digit stock for three-peteled and Double petals, but the buying price was lower than the price the principal mentioned last time, while the selling price was a bit higher – the margin in between was the Witch Association’s profit.

For example, a custom-decorated 200 square meter Space Travel Box had a selling price of 1800 points and a buying price of 1500 points.

The price was the same as that of a Five-petal Dingling Flower.

Compared to that, one of the other parchment sheets listed item trades that included such personalized Space Travel Boxes with the exchange request being a Five-petal Dingling Flower.

Private transactions without a middleman taking margins make it more economical.

Moreover, with the principal guaranteeing the trade, there was no need to worry about safety issues.

Thus, the order list from the Witch Association was placed at the very bottom, as she began with her personal list.

“Magic Carriage, wanted; Magic Flying Carpet, wanted; Magic Hut, wanted; Simulated Natural Mini Herb Garden, wanted; rare plant seeds, wanted; Ancient Potion Recipe Collection, wanted; Super Large Storage Ring, wanted; Magic Wardrobe, wanted...”

This list was definitely targeted at her, not a single item was unwanted.

Although the Witch Association’s list also contained these things, they would be several hundred Gold Coins more expensive.

She didn’t just want these items; she wanted two of each, to exchange one set for the real world.

Suddenly, she felt her Dingling Flowers were hardly sufficient.

After picking and choosing, she used her only set of Eight-petal Flowers to exchange for the most expensive item, the mini herb garden that could simulate a natural environment, 500 square meters in size, priced at 14,400 points on the Witch Association’s list.

She exchanged seven-petal flowers and two sets of Six-petal Flowers for two customized Magic Huts.

Three sets of Five-petal Flowers were exchanged for two Super Large Storage Rings.

Four-petal Flowers were exchanged for a Magic Carriage and two Flying Carpets, and one customized Space Travel Box.

Then, six sets of three-peteled flowers were exchanged for a set of rare plant seeds from the green witch’s treasured collection, an Ancient Potion Recipe Collection, and a Magic Wardrobe.

In the end, only eleven sets of Double Blossoms remained in her possession.

“Why are you buying two of each?” Melanie asked curiously.

Mu Ying chuckled, “Well, now that I have the money, I might as well have a spare set!”

Melanie: “...

Alright then, get the blueprints and requirements for the customized items sorted out and bring them to me.

As for the rest, I can contact them right now for you.

I estimate everything can be arranged before you graduate.”

Mu Ying nodded, “Okay then, thanks Principal, see you!”

She returned cheerfully to design her own Medicinal Garden, hut, and travel box.

The Medicinal Garden was the most basic model; customization only involved specifying one type of environment and the basic terrain.

Considering the high real-world transformation cost of this item, she decided not to convert it to the human world but rather save Source Power for a Half-plane.

After graduation, she was sure to travel outside, taking on tasks everywhere, and the Medicinal Garden would be her place for herbal medicine research.

Considering that the herbs she had previously researched were suitable for the climate of the Witch Forest, and most Magic Plants also adapted to this environment, she chose this setting.

For the terrain, she opted to copy the school’s Medicinal Garden, which she was most familiar with.

With a reference, she made the arrangements swiftly.

The Magic Hut had changeable exteriors and a function to shield from outsiders.

What needed specifying were the interior decor style and furniture facilities; this was where Mu Ying spent a considerable amount of time.

As for furniture, she preferred solid wood, having had a good experience with cherry wood selected by Lady Melanie, she chose it again.

For decoration, she preferred green over purple, so she picked a green-themed decor scheme provided by the other party and made her own modifications to it.

The interior decorations of the two Magic Huts were completely identical.

The configuration of the Space Travel Box was similar to the one Lady Melanie gave her, especially the hot spring bathtub and the big bed.

After trying them, she didn’t want to switch, so she just changed the overall color scheme and style to something fresher and more natural.

That evening, she handed over all these customized plans along with the Dingling Flowers to Principal Melanie, and what followed was a long wait to receive the items.

Graduation was nearing, and she started to get busy handing over the Medicine Field and the greenhouse to Tana.

The Witch’s Book was left in the library to transcribe books around the clock.

The days until graduation were drawing closer.
