Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 49: Chapter 44: Advancing to a Level 12 Cultivator

Sure enough, using his phone’s GPS, the assistant led the three beautiful women over mountains and across rivers to the entrance of the mysterious Cultivation Cave.

Upon reaching the entrance, the assistant immediately pointed to the opening hidden beneath the ivy. ”According to the GPS, Zhao Rong should be in this cave.”

Standing beside him, Lili looked at the small opening and said doubtfully, ”Assistant, are you sure your phone’s GPS isn’t wrong? What would Zhao Rong be doing in such a remote place in the middle of the night?”

Yu Lan also couldn’t understand. ”Assistant, I know Zhao Rong. Even if he wanted to meet a girl for... you know... he’d choose a comfortable, warm hotel with a bathroom and a shower. Why would he come to this godforsaken place?”

Xuelian found it just as unbelievable. She looked at the assistant and said, ”This cave looks cold and dirty. Who in their right mind would bring a girl here for a date?”

Hearing the three women’s comments, the assistant was at a loss for words. ”But my phone’s GPS shows that Zhao Rong is definitely in there.”

At the same time, desperate to make them believe him, an idea struck him. ”Maybe this Zhao Rong fellow has some kind of twisted kink... you know, he gets a thrill from doing it with a girl out in the wild...”

Hearing this, Lili said in disbelief, ”I don’t think so. Zhao Rong is definitely not that kind of pervert.”

Yu Lan added, ”Assistant, only you would think of bringing a girl to such a filthy place.”

Xuelian also looked at him with contempt. ”Brother Zhao Rong has treated you so well. Do you really need to slander him like this?”

However, just as the three women were expressing their disbelief, the assistant suddenly spotted a piece of clothing near the cave’s entrance. He darted over, picked the shirt up from the ground, and said, ”Look! What’s this?”

When they all saw Zhao Rong’s white T-shirt, the three women were stunned. They exchanged bewildered glances.

No way. Did Zhao Rong really bring a girl to spend the night in the cave?

「Inside the cave, on the meditation platform」

After a full night of transferring True Qi, Zhao Rong had successfully advanced two levels. He had gone from being a level-ten cultivator to a level-twelve cultivator.

The moment Tao Hua removed her hands from Zhao Rong’s back, she collapsed to the ground in exhaustion.

In stark contrast to Tao Hua’s fatigue, Zhao Rong, now a level-twelve cultivator, was not only brimming with energy but also felt a storm of True Qi gathering within him. Moreover, Zhao Rong could distinctly feel the storm swirling within his Dantian. He knew that once a cultivator surpassed level ten, a storm would develop inside their body. What he hadn’t expected, however, was how incredibly exhilarating it felt.

At this moment, Zhao Rong was not only stronger and faster, but his eyesight had also been fully restored. Back on Earth, he’d become quite nearsighted from constantly being on his phone and reading novels on the Chuangshi Chinese website. Now, his vision was perfect.

Just as Zhao Rong was reveling in the glorious feeling of his upgrade, he suddenly noticed that Tao Hua had collapsed behind him, completely exhausted. Feeling a pang of guilt, Zhao Rong helped her up. ”Tao Hua, I’m so sorry. You completely wore yourself out helping me level up.”

Looking at Zhao Rong, who had successfully advanced to level twelve, Tao Hua managed a smile. ”As long as you could level up, my efforts were worth it.”

Now, Tao Hua sincerely wanted to help Zhao Rong advance.

”Tao Hua, to thank you for helping me, I’ll treat you to a grand feast today,” Zhao Rong said gratefully.

Hearing this, Tao Hua replied happily, ”Forget a grand feast. Let’s just go to Haidilao later.”

Zhao Rong was taken aback to hear she wanted hotpot in the morning.

It seems all girls really do like hotpot.

Since Tao Hua was too weak to walk, Zhao Rong carried her on his back toward the cave exit. Having advanced two levels, he moved with exceptional agility. Before long, Zhao Rong, still carrying Tao Hua, saw the light of the cave entrance.

As the cave ceiling grew lower, carrying her on his back became awkward. Zhao Rong then lowered Tao Hua from his back and carried her in his arms instead.

「Meanwhile, at the cave entrance」

The three women and the assistant were arguing over Zhao Rong’s shirt. Although the assistant insisted Zhao Rong had taken it off before going inside, the three girls were convinced it had been dragged there by a wild cat or dog. Even with the shirt right there, they simply didn’t believe Zhao Rong was in the cave.

Suddenly, a shirtless Zhao Rong emerged from the cave, carrying an exhausted Tao Hua in his arms. All three girls were stunned speechless.

The assistant was stunned as well. He had imagined Zhao Rong might be with a girl in the cave, but he never thought she would be this stunningly beautiful. What’s more, she was so tired that Zhao Rong had to carry her out.

The assistant couldn’t help but draw in a sharp breath.

Just how potent is Zhao Rong? He completely wore out a woman this beautiful to the point she can’t even walk!

Once the three women snapped out of their shock, they all rushed forward.
