Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 12: Chapter 11 You’re Looking for Trouble, I’ll Accompany You

Zhao Rong was in the middle of class.

Suddenly, a yellow-haired thug barged in recklessly. He stormed onto the teaching platform and shoved the teacher aside. He pointed at the students and demanded, ”Who’s Zhao Rong? Get out here!”

The yellow-haired thug was a flunky of Lili’s boyfriend.

The teacher stepped forward to stop him. ”This is a training center, not the streets. Please leave our classroom.”

The thug shoved her. ”You nosy bitch, get the hell out of my way! This is none of your business, so stop meddling.”

Seeing the thug push his teacher, Zhao Rong shot to his feet. He looked at the thug. ”I’m Zhao Rong. What do you want with me?”

With that, Zhao Rong walked up to the platform, ready to teach the thug a lesson.

Yu Lan, who was sitting next to him, saw him stand up and hurriedly said, ”Zhao Rong, don’t mess with them! They’re street thugs; you can’t afford to provoke them.”

Zhao Rong ignored her warning, strode onto the platform, and faced the thug. ”I’m Zhao Rong. What do you want?”

Just then, a loud voice boomed from the playground speakers: ”All students, please gather on the playground! All students, please gather on the playground!”

When the yellow-haired thug saw Zhao Rong approach, he sneered, ”Kid, you offended our boss last time. This time, he specifically brought in an expert to teach you a lesson. Did you hear the announcement? Our boss is going to give you a good beating and humiliate you in front of the entire student body...”

Hearing that the Assassin was coming for revenge, Zhao Rong said calmly, ”Since you’re here for revenge, can we find a more secluded spot? Doing this in front of so many people is a bit awkward.”

With that, Zhao Rong started to follow the thug out.

Watching him leave, Yu Lan cried out anxiously, ”Zhao Rong, please don’t go with them! They’re vicious thugs who’d kill without batting an eye. I’m afraid you won’t come back!”

Xuelian also looked at him worriedly. ”Brother Zhao Rong, please don’t fall for their trap! They’re planning to humiliate you in front of the whole school.”

The teacher blocked his path as well. ”Zhao Rong, you’re so frail. How can you withstand their heavy blows? Please don’t go...”

Faced with their pleas, Zhao Rong just smiled. ”Don’t worry. In a little while, we’ll see who’s teaching who a lesson.”

Then, Zhao Rong followed the yellow-haired thug out of the classroom and onto the training center’s playground.

On the playground, a large crowd of students had gathered, tricked there by an announcement that Lili’s boyfriend, Wang Jingang, had made over the center’s broadcast system. They all began to worry when they saw Zhao Rong, a prominent figure at the training center, get dragged onto the stage by a few thugs led by Killer King Wang Jingang.

A girl in high heels said anxiously, ”Zhao Rong beat Da Shao, the center’s bully, but that doesn’t mean he can take on the Assassin and his crew.”

A fair-skinned girl said, ”It’s over. Zhao Rong, the most prominent figure at the training center, is going to be brutally beaten and humiliated in front of everyone.”

Several compassionate girls even turned their heads away, unable to bear the sight.

In contrast to the girls, Da Shao, the training center bully previously beaten by Zhao Rong, swaggered over with his lackeys. He sneered at Zhao Rong on the stage, ”Kid, you may have beaten me before, but this time, I’m going to enjoy watching you get beaten and humiliated.”

With that, Da Shao roared with smug laughter.

His lackeys chimed in obsequiously, ”That’s right, Big Brother! Zhao Rong is dead meat this time. We just have to watch how the Assassin’s crew tortures him.”

Once Zhao Rong was pulled onto the stage, he saw four people standing opposite him. He recognized the man in the middle: Killer King Wang Jingang, the very same assassin he had beaten senseless behind the training center. The two men flanking Wang Jingang looked extremely formidable and like capable fighters.

Zhao Rong glanced at the students below and said with some embarrassment, ”Assassin, can’t we find a place with no one around to duel? It’s a bit... public here, don’t you think?”

Hearing Zhao Rong’s request to change locations, Killer King Wang Jingang sneered. He must be scared. That’s why he wants to move—he doesn’t want to be embarrassed in front of so many pretty girls. Well, I refuse. I’m going to humiliate him right here and make sure he dies a death uglier than a pig’s.

So, the Assassin smiled and said, ”Zhao Rong, did you think it was over just because you beat me last time? Let me tell you, I brought two Muay Thai masters, Sha Yuhu and Sha Yubao, all the way from Thailand today. They’re going to kill you.”

Hearing that Killer King Wang Jingang had brought Muay Thai masters, Zhao Rong flinched for a moment. He looked at Killer King Wang Jingang and said, ”Damn, you spent a fortune to bring people all the way from Thailand just to kill a nobody like me? Talk about using a butcher’s knife to kill a chicken. What an expense.”

Seeing Zhao Rong’s timid expression, Killer King Wang Jingang thought, This kid must have pissed his pants. Otherwise, why would his voice be trembling?

So, Killer King Wang Jingang said with a smirk, ”Since you know how formidable I am, you should just accept your death. What are you waiting for?”

Just then, Yu Lan, Xuelian, and Lili rushed over.

Yu Lan looked at the stage, where Zhao Rong was surrounded by the Assassin’s crew, and complained to Lili, ”Lili, it would’ve been enough to just reject him. Why did you have your boyfriend bring so many people to beat him up?”

Xuelian added worriedly, ”Sister Lili, can’t you show some mercy and spare Zhao Rong?”

Lili glanced at Zhao Rong on the stage, then at her boyfriend, the Assassin, and said dismissively, ”It’s not like I asked them to beat him up. He shouldn’t have pursued me and provoked my boyfriend.” With that, Lili struck an aloof pose.

In contrast to Lili’s indifference, Yu Lan and Xuelian were so worried they began to cry, certain that Zhao Rong was about to be brutally beaten. Aside from Yu Lan and Xuelian, nearly everyone in the crowd believed Zhao Rong was about to be viciously beaten and humiliated.

With no one betting on Zhao Rong, the battle on the stage erupted.

Killer King Wang Jingang said to the two Muay Thai masters beside him, ”What are you waiting for? Take him out.”

After he spoke, the two Muay Thai masters didn’t react.

The yellow-haired thug reminded Killer King Wang Jingang, ”Boss, they don’t understand Chinese.”

Hearing this, Wang Jingang froze. Damn it, I forgot these two are foreigners.

So, Wang Jingang commanded, ”Go, KO this man.”

At his command, the two Muay Thai masters instantly lunged at Zhao Rong. Seeing them pounce, Killer King Wang Jingang said with absolute confidence, ”Zhao Rong, one of these Muay Thai masters has an Iron Elbow that can shatter your skull...

”The other has an Iron Knee that can rupture your stomach. You can spend your last moments thinking about how painfully you’re going to die.”

Finishing his speech, Killer King Wang Jingang roared with laughter.

When Zhao Rong heard how incredible these two Muay Thai masters were, he sucked in a sharp breath. ”Damn, if I’d known you could hire such amazing experts, I never would have offended you.”

Killer King Wang Jingang said confidently, ”Regretting it now? Too late. Zhao Rong, your time has come.”

Before Killer King Wang Jingang could even finish his sentence, the Iron Elbow master smashed his elbow toward Zhao Rong’s head.

It all happened in a flash. As the master’s Iron Elbow descended, Zhao Rong suddenly spotted a discus lying nearby, left over from a sports class. Since Zhao Rong was as swift as a cat and at least a hundred times faster than an ordinary person, he snatched the discus from the ground in a blur of motion and used it to shield his head.

CRACK!

A sickening snap, like a branch breaking, echoed as the master’s elbow slammed into the discus and instantly shattered. The Iron Elbow master, Sha Yuhu, let out a horrific scream and collapsed, writhing in agony on the ground.

In contrast, Zhao Rong lowered the discus from his head, completely unscathed. He looked at Sha Yuhu, who was still on the ground in excruciating pain. Damn, with an elbow broken that badly, he’ll need a cast at the hospital. How much is this going to cost me?

When Killer King Wang Jingang saw the master’s elbow get broken by the discus in Zhao Rong’s hand, he staggered back a step in fear. He cautioned Sha Yubao, who was standing beside him, ”Damn it, this kid is cunning and sly! Be careful, he plays dirty.”

Unlike Killer King Wang Jingang, Sha Yubao was brimming with confidence. A discus can shield his head, but it can’t protect his legs. I’ll cripple him with a single sweeping kick.

With that, Sha Yubao executed a front flip, launching himself toward Zhao Rong.

Seeing Sha Yubao leaping at him, Zhao Rong immediately dropped the discus and, with lightning speed, snatched up a nearby baseball bat. As he watched Sha Yubao fly through the air toward him, Zhao Rong silently pictured him as a baseball.
