Urban Martial Saint

The tall and short ones had left, leaving Yun among the bodyguards as the strongest one. However, Yun knew his situation well; his strength was almost equal to that of the tall one and slightly lesser than the short one. Since the short one had retreated, there was no need for him to continue fighting with Ye Qing.

”Mr. Ye, I believe you as well!” Yun stepped aside and said, ”I won’t stop you!”

Knowing he couldn’t beat Ye Qing, rather than humiliatingly getting hurt by him, he chose to step aside like the short one did. It was better to lose the job than to lose his life, which couldn’t be reclaimed.

Seeing Yun step aside, the other bodyguards quickly retreated, and in no time all of Lin Zhen Nan’s bodyguards had moved away, none daring to block Ye Qing’s path anymore.

”What are you doing!” Lin Fuyuan roared furiously, ”Don’t forget who is paying you, providing for your food and drink. Taking our Lin family’s money but not serving our Lin family, is this your way of doing things?”

Lin Yaqing was also both shocked and angry, shouting loudly, ”Stop him quickly, otherwise, return all of our Lin family’s money!”

”Even returning it won’t work, failing to protect the employer means you must pay a penalty!” Lin Tianyun yelled loudly.

The bodyguards looked at each other, hesitant to offend the people of the Lin family. However, a wise man does not eat losses before his eyes; they were more afraid of Ye Qing.

Ye Qing cupped his hands towards Yun and the others and headed straight to the third floor.

”Stop him!” Old Lady Lin shouted in rage, ”Call the police, hurry!”

”Already called, the police will arrive soon,” Lin Fuyuan urged anxiously. ”Quick, hold him off for a while, we can’t let him cause havoc in our Lin family!”

No one dared to make a move. Although Ye Qing was just one person, he had already subdued everyone from the Lin family.

Just as Ye Qing was about to reach the third floor, someone finally emerged to block his path, and it was none other than Lin Zhen Nan himself.

”Ye Qing, this is my Lin family’s home. You have no reason to create trouble here, do you really think there’s no one in my Lin family?” Lin Zhen Nan stared at Ye Qing furiously and said sternly, ”Don’t think you can run wild in my Lin family just because you are slightly capable. Today, unless you step over my dead body, you can forget about harming anyone from my Lin family!”

Ye Qing didn’t respond, grabbed the handrail next to the stairs, and suddenly leapt, bypassing Lin Zhen Nan. Lin Zhen Nan wanted to stop him, but it was already too late to block Ye Qing’s path.

”Ye, stop right now!” Old Lady Lin yelled from below. ”If you dare harm someone from my Lin family, I won’t let you off!”

Ye Qing suddenly stopped, turned his head to look at her, and said coldly, ”Not letting off? Then let’s not let off!”

As he spoke, he grabbed a young man nearby and threw him down from the third floor.

This young man was a direct descendant of the Lin family, and he had often insulted Ye Qing before. Frightened by Ye Qing’s dominance earlier, he had hidden in a corner not daring to speak. However, he hadn’t expected that he would still not escape disaster. Although there were tables and chairs to break his fall, he still broke a leg and lay on the ground wailing miserably.

Old Lady Lin had not expected Ye Qing to be so fierce; she was so angry that she rolled her eyes and pointed shakily at Ye Qing, exclaiming, ”You... you... you this bandit...”

Ignoring her, Ye Qing walked up and kicked the third-floor doors. Kicking several times, he still did not find Eldest Brother Lin. The Lin family members dared not block him, only Old Lady Lin kept bellowing from below, but she was completely unable to stop Ye Qing.

Eldest Brother Lin was hiding on the third floor, seeing Ye Qing getting closer and closer, his heart leapt wildly. The events from last night had been ordered by him, thinking he’d be safe hiding in the Lin family. However, he had never expected Ye Qing to come to the Lin family alone, determined to be archenemies with the Lin family.

Seeing Ye Qing was less than three doors away, Eldest Brother Lin grew even more anxious and turned to look out the window. It was the third floor, and the concrete steps below might break his legs if he jumped; he really didn’t have the courage. But staying inside was a death sentence too, he was filled with urgency, hesitating about what to do.

In his hesitation, the door was kicked open by Ye Qing. Seeing Ye Qing approach, Eldest Brother Lin’s soul nearly flew away, and he scrambled to the balcony wanting to jump down.

But it was too late to jump. Ye Qing sprinted forward, grabbed his clothes, and dragged him back. When he fell from the balcony, Eldest Brother Lin just saw a black sedan driving in at the gate, not a Shenchuan City plate but a West Gate one.

”Lin Tianhao!” Ye Qing gritted his teeth, grabbed Lin Tianhao by the neck, lifted him entirely, and said word by word sternly, ”Prepare to die!”

Lin Tianhao was indeed an overlord in Shenchuan City, but now, held by the neck by Ye Qing, he almost curled up completely. Seeing Ye Qing’s eyes red with rage, he knew that the man before him was near madness, likely to strike him dead at any moment.

”Let him go!” Old Lady Lin stamped her foot and yelled from below. ”I warn you, if Tianhao loses even a single hair, I will kill you!”

Without saying a word, Ye Qing slapped Lin Tianhao several times, as if responding to the old lady’s words.

”You... you can’t kill me...” Lin Tianhao, dazed from the slapping, stuttered in response.

Ye Qing clenched Lin Tianhao’s neck, gritted his teeth and said, ”You are going to die!”

Struggling desperately, Lin Tianhao exclaimed, ”You... don’t you want to know who made me do this?”

To save his life, Lin Tianhao was now spouting whatever came to mind, thinking that surviving a bit longer was a gain.

”Who is it!” Ye Qing asked through gritted teeth; he knew someone was behind Lin Tianhao but had never known who it was.

”Let me go, and I’ll tell you!” Lin Tianhao cautiously watched Ye Qing, saying, ”Last night’s incident wasn’t my doing; it was that person who orchestrated it. If you really want revenge, you should be looking for him, not me.”

Ye Qing let go, and Lin Tianhao immediately collapsed on the ground, gasping for air.

”Who is it!” Ye Qing asked again.

Lin Tianhao didn’t answer, only pretending to catch his breath while sneakily eyeing three people who had just entered the hall. The leader, a woman in her twenties with fair skin and a beautiful yet fierce appearance, wore a deep V-neck blouse exposing half her ample bosom. Tattooed on that captivating hemisphere was a blazing blood-red butterfly, the stunningly seductive Fire Butterfly!

The Xikou Fire Butterfly had actually come to Shenchuan City at this time.

Lin Tianhao felt like collapsing; he didn’t know whether he was lucky or unlucky. With the Fire Butterfly arriving, he wouldn’t have to die by Ye Qing’s hand. But, falling into the hands of the Fire Butterfly might be even more terrifying!

Downstairs, someone who saw the trio enter immediately stepped forward to block them, saying, ”What are you doing? This is the Lin family’s home, a place you can’t just barge into, you...”

The Fire Butterfly ignored him, but a woman following her quickly stepped forward, her right hand shaped like a hook, aiming straight for the man’s neck. The woman’s nails were unusually long, and as she poked, her nails immediately pierced his flesh. At the same time, she hooked sharply back and with one movement, opened a bloody wound on the man’s neck, causing him to howl in pain.

Disasters really don’t come singly. Seeing these three people enter, Old Lady Lin became even more furious, shouting, ”Who are you people? Why does everyone think they can trample over the Lin family? Is there no law left?”

As the old lady spoke, the man on the ground gradually stopped howling. The artery in his neck had been severed by the woman, and by now, he was nearly lifeless.

No one paid any attention to Old Lady Lin. The Fire Butterfly strode directly up to the third floor. The people of the Lin family didn’t dare to stop her; this woman’s actions were even more terrifying than Ye Qing’s. Ye Qing had only injured a few people since he arrived, but the person with her had claimed a life with just one move!

Ye Qing watched the Fire Butterfly intensely; he and Eldest Brother Lin had already guessed who the visitor was. He frowned deeply, his past grievances with the Fire Butterfly flashing through his mind. What could her arrival at this time possibly signify?

The Fire Butterfly seemingly didn’t see anyone from the Lin family as she walked up to Ye Qing and stopped. She sized him up, turned her head, and said, ”Take him away!”

The two women accompanying the Fire Butterfly immediately moved towards Eldest Brother Lin, apparently ready to take him away as instructed.

Ye Qing reached out to stop the two women, saying with a heavy voice, ”Nobody is taking him away!”

The Fire Butterfly didn’t speak; instead, the two women attacked Ye Qing simultaneously. The woman who had attacked earlier went straight for Ye Qing’s neck with her hand shaped as before. The other woman stretched out her hand as a palm strike aimed at Ye Qing’s chest, while her other hand reached up from below towards Ye Qing’s groin.

Ye Qing stepped back, kicked away the woman’s violating hand, brought his elbows together, and stomped on the ground to surge forward. He blocked the attacking women with his elbows and forcefully slammed his elbows into the two women, sending them flying backwards.

The women cried out in shock, retreating several steps before steadying themselves. They were furious and just about to strike again when the Fire Butterfly stopped them with a raised hand.

After sizing up Ye Qing once more, she asked, ”Ye Qing?”

Ye Qing nodded in acknowledgment and asked coldly, ”I haven’t had the pleasure!”

”Chen Si!” the Fire Butterfly replied coldly.

Ye Qing was taken aback. How could such a beautiful woman have such a strange name? But then, thinking about the rumors that she was the sister of White Horse Chen San from Shandong, it seemed reasonable.

Ye Qing nodded, pointing at Eldest Brother Lin and said, ”This man is mine.”

The Fire Butterfly gave a cold laugh and asked, ”What right do you have?”

Ye Qing didn’t respond, only slowly stood upright. Since encountering the formidable Huangfu Ziyu, he had learned not to underestimate any woman. The Fire Butterfly, capable of standing toe-to-toe with Huangfu Ziyu, was probably not much less powerful. At least, Ye Qing wasn’t sure he could defeat her. But no matter what, he had to try!
