Urban Martial Saint

These security guards no longer dared to hinder Ye Qing, while Ye Qing, without pausing, charged straight towards the attic. As he passed these guards, he unceremoniously knocked them down. As a result, the remaining few security guards simply ran far away, no one daring to approach Ye Qing anymore.

Upstairs, Lin Tianyun was truly shocked by Ye Qing’s formidable action. He couldn’t imagine how more than a dozen people were unable to stop a single Ye Qing.

Seeing that Ye Qing was about to enter the attic, Lin Tianyun immediately turned his head and shouted, ”Help! Ye Qing is coming to kill! Ye Qing is entering our Lin family to kill our people!”

Early in the morning, Lin Tianyun’s voice was particularly shrill. It wasn’t long before a good number of Lin family members ran out of the attic, including Lin Fuyuan and Lin Yaqing.

By that time, Ye Qing had already rushed into the hall, where he unceremoniously knocked down several bodyguards standing at the entrance.

Two direct members of the Lin family were sitting in the living room. Seeing Ye Qing come in, they immediately stood up. One of them pointed at Ye Qing and angrily said, ”What do you think you’re doing, Ye? This is the Lin family’s territory. Do you think you can barge into our Lin family’s place as you please? Are you tired of living?”

Ye Qing ignored him, looking around and said in a deep voice, ”Where’s Lin Tianhao?”

”Didn’t you hear me speak?” The man grew even angrier, shouting, ”Get out of here now, or else I’m going to call the police and have you arrested!”

Ye Qing grabbed the man by the collar, pulled him close, and said word by word, ”Where is Lin Tianhao?”

The man was startled, but recalling his status as a Lin family member, he regained some courage and furiously said, ”Let go of me, or I won’t be polite!”

Before he could be impolite to Ye Qing, Ye Qing was already impolite to him, punching him in the face, and the man immediately crouched down, covering his face.

The other man was immediately stunned, and as soon as Ye Qing turned towards him, he quickly said, ”Lin Tianhao is on the third floor.”

Ye Qing didn’t pay him any attention and turned to head straight for the third floor. But halfway there, Lin Fuyuan had already brought a group of people to block the stairs.

”Ye, you dare to invade the Lin family and injure our people!” Lin Fuyuan glared furiously at Ye Qing and said, ”You’ve got some nerve. No one in Shenchuan City has dared to challenge the Lin family until now. I want to see who can protect you this time!”

Ye Qing didn’t even glance at him, his voice cold as he said, ”Get out of the way!”

”How dare you talk to me like that!” Lin Fuyuan was furious and kicked at Ye Qing.

Ye Qing grabbed his ankle and yanked hard, throwing Lin Fuyuan straight down from the second floor.

Lin Fuyuan landed in a heap, bleeding from his forehead and looking very miserable. The Lin family members were utterly shocked, given Lin Fuyuan’s status within the family. Seeing him treated this way by Ye Qing, everyone’s anger flared.

”Kill him!” Lin Tianyun shouted from behind, with Lin Fuyuan being his father, he was the most enraged.

With Lin Tianyun’s command, several people immediately made a move to attack Ye Qing, and the rest of the Lin family members also charged forward with shouts. However, Lin Tianyun stayed put at the back, as he had personally witnessed Ye Qing’s strength just moments before.

The Lin family members were no match at all; seven or eight people attacked and Ye Qing broke the legs of two, threw three others down the stairs, and scared the rest off.

Ye Qing continued upstairs, but just a few steps later, a man blocked his path.

”What are you doing, Ye Qing!” The man was Lin Zhen Nan, glaring at Ye Qing furiously. Ye Qing’s actions today had incensed him, as they had previously agreed that Ye Qing would not come near the Lin family. Yet at this moment, here he was inside the Lin family, fighting and causing trouble. Lin Zhen Nan couldn’t help but rage.

Ye Qing said coldly, ”I’m looking for Lin Tianhao. Hand him over to me, and I’ll leave.”

Lin Zhen Nan said in a stern voice, ”This is the Lin family. You’ve injured so many people here, do you think you can just walk away?”

”I only want Lin Tianhao!” Ye Qing looked at Lin Zhen Nan and said sternly, ”If you’re unwilling to hand him over, then I’ll keep fighting until you do!”

”What an arrogant tone!” Lin Zhen Nan was furious and exclaimed, ”Ye, don’t think that just because you have some ability, you can act lawlessly. Don’t you understand that there’s always someone higher up; do you really think that my Lin family is easy to bully?”

”I’ve never thought about bullying anyone, but today, I only want Lin Tianhao!” Ye Qing said coldly, ”Either hand him over to me or kill me. Otherwise, I’ll keep fighting!”

”Hmph, keep fighting? Do you think there’s no law in this world?” An angry voice came from behind, as Old Lady Lin walked out with the support of Lin Yaqing.

Old Lady Lin glared at Lin Zhen Nan and said, ”Zhen Nan, didn’t you say he had sworn not to come near the Lin family? What’s the meaning of this?”

Lin Zhen Nan was somewhat embarrassed, glaring furiously at Ye Qing, and said, ”Ye Qing, have you forgotten your promise to me?”

”I only want Lin Tianhao!” Ye Qing repeated once more.

```
”Never!” Old Lady Lin said coldly, ”This is the Lin family’s home; it’s not your place to run wild.”
Lin Zhen Nan shouted angrily, ”Ye Qing, if you leave the Lin family now, I can still let you off the hook. Otherwise, don’t blame me for not remembering the favor you did by saving Hua Yu!”
”Eldest Brother, after all that has happened, do you still want to protect him?” Lin Yaqing said sarcastically, ”If you hadn’t been protecting him all this time, we would have dealt with him long ago. Now look, he has brought the fight right into our Lin household. Eldest Brother, is this the ’good person’ you stood by? I think he’s much more cruel than He Ziqiang!”
”Zhen Nan, what exactly do you want to do!” Old Lady Lin exploded with rage and shouted, ”He has injured so many people in our Lin family, and you still want to let him off? You are the head of the family, how can you side with an outsider?
No wonder I’ve told you time and time again to drive him out of Shenchuan City, and yet you’ve done nothing; clearly, you’ve never held your relatives in your heart. Zhen Nan, with such behavior, how are you fit to be the head of the Lin family?”
Lin Yaqing said mockingly, ”Eldest Brother has money and status, how could he possibly take us poor relatives into consideration?”
”Zhen Nan, don’t forget who gave you everything you have today!” Old Lady Lin’s fury escalated as she said, ”If you can’t protect the people of the Lin family, then you’d better hand over the management of Lin Corporation now. There are plenty of others in the Lin family who can carry the weight!”
Lin Zhen Nan furrowed his brow, the turn of events had completely caught him off guard, leaving him somewhat at a loss.
”Are you done talking!” Ye Qing suddenly said coldly, ”Lin Tianhao, are you going to hand it over or not?”
”Dream on!” Old Lady Lin shouted angrily, ”Tie him up and call the police!”
The crowd looked at each other, not knowing what to do. The commands of the Old Madam carried a lot of weight in the family, but at this time, who would dare to court death?
Ye Qing ignored everyone and walked straight towards the third floor.
”Stop him!” Lin Zhen Nan shouted.
Several bodyguards rushed over to block Ye Qing. The leader was the short one who looked at Ye Qing and said, ”Ye, what exactly happened? Why can’t we sit down and talk it over properly? Please don’t make this difficult for us!”
Ye Qing responded coldly, ”Today I must kill Lin Tianhao, anyone who stands in my way will die!”
”What a bold statement, I’d like to see who you dare kill today!” Old Lady Lin shouted furiously and gestured fiercely, ”Grab him first!”
The short one sighed and said, ”I’m sorry, Ye, but offense meant.”
As he spoke, the short one took half a step forward and aimed the Half-Step Collapse Fist straight at Ye Qing’s chest.
Ye Qing grabbed the short man’s fist, his powerful strength causing Ye Qing to take a step back. However, the moment Ye Qing’s right foot hit the ground, he stamped forcefully, the powerful impact causing the floor to thud loudly. Ye Qing used the force of that stamp to surge forward, ramming his shoulder into the short one’s chest, and sending him flying back into the wall.
The short one hit the wall behind him, fell to the ground, and coughed up a mouthful of blood, but managed a wry smile and said, ”Brother Ye, it’s only been a few days, but you’ve become even stronger!”
”Senior Brother!” The tall one hurried over to support the short one and angrily said, ”Ye, you dare to injure my senior brother, I’ll fight you to the death!”
The tall one said as he was about to attack Ye Qing, but was held back by the short one. He turned to Lin Zhen Nan and said, ”President Lin, we’re sorry, but we brothers are no match for Ye, we can’t protect you. Acknowledging our lack of skill, we apologize for not living up to the salary you’ve given us. Thus, we brothers plan to go back and train for a few more years.
For bodyguard work, you’ll need to find someone more capable, President Lin!”
Lin Zhen Nan’s expression changed drastically; the short one was the best bodyguard he had, how could Ye Qing have injured him in one move? Seeing the short one intending to leave, he said urgently, ”Wait a moment...”
”Words are pointless, thank you for your care during this time, President Lin!” The short one interrupted Lin Zhen Nan directly, clearly not wishing to speak any more with him.
In fact, Ye Qing was well aware. His strength had indeed increased rapidly recently, but with the short one’s ability, it would’ve taken him at least fifteen minutes to defeat him. The short one had clearly let him win on purpose; the punch from Ye Qing didn’t carry enough force to make the short one spit blood. So, that blood had been forced out by the short one himself.
”I owe you one!” Ye Qing bowed to the short one, appreciative of his withdrawal.
The short one smiled faintly and said, ”I believe you, you must have your reasons for everything you do!”
”What do you mean by that?” Lin Fuyuan suddenly became furious and shouted from a distance, ”You trust him, which means you don’t trust us Lin family members? Don’t forget who has been providing for you while you’ve been here in the Lin family! You ungrateful cur, just a dog that can’t be fed enough to be loyal!”
The short one didn’t reply, but the tall one was angered and pointed at Lin Fuyuan, cursing, ”Bastard, say that one more time!”
Lin Fuyuan shouted back, ”What’s going to happen if I say it one more time? What can you do to me? If you dare touch me, I’ll make sure you leave Shenchuan City horizontally!”
”I...” The tall one was furious and was ready to go after him but was held back by the short one.
The short one waved his hand dismissively and said, ”Why stoop to arguing with such petty people? Do you think you’re on the same level as them?”
