The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

”...He is that strong?” Naturally, the first person who doubted that statement was Kohina herself, as in outside, Kaito is just look ordinary teenager.

”Very strong, my daughter. The moment he decides to move, we need to run away from here, Kohina~” Kagetane ordered as he looked at Kaito, ”Is that right, Yellow Hair Swordsman?”

”...Am I that scary? I don’t want to fight as long as you didn’t disturb me.” Kaito just shrugged, wasn’t surprised that his name was called, ”Besides, I want to see what you want to do here first, so go ahead.”

Kaito genuinely doesn’t want to harm this villain, but this guy keep poking him-- as if he wanted Kaito to take action and this made him feel desperate.

Hearing, Hiruko Kagetane seems surprised by Kaito’s reaction, and nods, ”Don’t worry, I won’t take a long time here, I am here to deliver---”

”Enough of your bullshit! I will cut you!”

However, just like what happened in the plot, before he could finish answering Kaito, Ikuma Shougen, the man who had blocked Rentaro earlier, immediately attacked Kagetane with his great sword-- which ended up blocked easily by Kagetane using a single hand!

*CLANK*

...!!!

Seeing that there was a barrier blocking Ikuma’s attack, the leader of the meeting then took the initiative to attack as well... seeing as a chance to take action.

”Back down, Ikuma Shougen!” The leader of the meeting ordered and then waved his hand, ”Everyone, shoot him!”

*BANG*

*BANG*

*BANG*

...!!!

All the promoters in the room immediately shot their gun at Kagetane, but like what happened in the original-- their effort were useless. Each bullet stopped in mid-air whenever it was about to get close to the masked man. It creates an amazing scenery where every bullet somehow stops floating around him, and Kohina, who is inside the barrier, also curiously pokes at the bullet.

Kaito could naturally see there was some kind of anti-magnetic mechanism that protected him that he called Imaginary Gimmick, which he admit is very interesting and has valued to be the next props to create. Unfortunately, Kaito can’t see thoroughly what happened inside the masked man’s body, so Kaito can’t figure out how the mechanism works, even if he wants to recreate the props to imitate the effect.

After the shots from all the promoters stopped, Kaito who knew what would happen next immediately reminded as he yelled, ”Damn it! Everyone! Get down!”

...!!

Suddenly, all the bullets that were fired at Kagetane shot back in the direction they came from, immediately filling the meeting room with dozen of stray bullets!

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

....!!!

””Aarrrgh!!””

”My knee!!”

”I am shot! Help!”

...

Fortunately, unlike in the original, thanks to Kaito’s earlier warning, almost everyone in the meeting room managed to react, so there’s no one died. Even so, there were still many people who were injured by stray bullets, and this effectively made everyone in the room dare not attack again.

*Sigh*

And this was the right time for Kaito to attack Kagetane-- as it would make people around suspicious if he were not doing anything. Besides, Kagetane technically has disturbed him, and it was justified for Kaito to fight back.

Without saying anything, Kaito then, without further ado, immediately drew the varanium sword at his waist toward Kagetane, who was still standing in the middle of the meeting room.

...!!

*Clank*

”As expected, you won’t stay silent, yellow hair swordman!”

Although Kaito is quite fast at his base speed, the masked man, who is part of a mechanized soldier blocked his sword with his hand with ease, clearly grinning behind his mask, ”In fact, I was wondering when you were finally going to make a move!”

”You bastard, I said that I’m just waiting for what you want to do here, but you are the one who disturbs me!”

”Hahahaha!”

”Shut up!”

...!!!

Unfortunately for Kagetane, just by putting more strength into his arm, Kagetane was naturally unable to block Kaito’s sword any longer with his magnetic shield or his physical strength-- resulting in him getting blown away by Kaito and destroying the brick wall upon impact.

*DUAR*

...!!!

”Papa!”

Kohina, who saw what happened to her father, was worried and angry at Kaito. In response, she quickly tries to attack Kaito, intending to cut him. However, Midori, Kaito’s partner, who also already had the basics of observation haki, could also read Kohina’s attack and stopped it with her cat claws to protect her master!

”I won’t let you!”

*Clank*

...!!!

”I can’t cut your claw?!” Kohina yelled in anger.

”G-Get away from Master! You crazy woman!” Midori repelled her, trying his best to block each attack from Kohina so Kaito won’t get disturbed.

*Clank* *Clank* *Clank*

...!!!

Even though Kohina was quite fast and even attacked her with two blades, Midori herself, as the cat model initiator, had very good reflexes, enhanced by perfect vaccination and coupled with her basic haki, she could read Kohina’s attacks well-- making a stalemate situation between them.

”Get away, you witch!” (Kohina)

”I won’t let you get close to master!” (Midori)

*Clank* *Clank* *Clank*

...!!!

While Kohina and Midori were fighting fiercely, Kaito and Kagetane themselves were also the same, fighting fiercely with each other in another part of the room, where Kagetane was thrown away, also looking fierce because their abilities seemed ’equal’... even though in reality Kaito was not even trying.

*Clank* *Clank* *Clank*

...!!!

*BAMM* *BAMM*

...!!!

Obviously, Kaito only used his sword skills and did not use other abilities (except observation haki), because Kaito only wanted to pretend to fight seriously and had no plans to stop Kagetane from doing his actions in this plot. He just wanted to use Kagetane as a ’sharpener’ to test his basic fighting skills, because Kaito admitted Hiruko Kagetane is quite strong for a ”normal” human... and even has 4* strength evaluation by the system.

If Kaito’s first world was a black bullet, there’s no way he would be Kagetane’s opponent right now. This is also the same guy who easily massacred a bunch of promoters and their partner alone by himself after all.

*Clank*

”Hehehe... What a strong power, yellow-haired swordman!! Are you a mechanized human too?!”

*Clank*

”I am not, are you blind?! I am wearing a non-sleeved white t-shirt right now! I am not fricking mecha like you!”

*Clank*

...

”What a monster, these two people and their partner...!! Quickly get away!” (Leader of the meeting)

”This is a fight between 3-digit IP rank!” (Promotor A)

”I didn’t expect Kaito-kun would be this strong either.” (Kisara)

”Can you win against him, Kisara-san?” (Rentaro)

”In speed, yes. But in power? No way.” (Kisara)

...

Seeing Kaito and Kagetane’s fighting action, along with the fight between their two partners, everyone in the room admitted that the two of them were monsters that no one here could deal with. Thanks to their action, in just a short 10 seconds, most of the area of the room was destroyed by the effects of their fight, and all the meeting participants immediately fled and evacuated in order not to get affected by their fight.

’I think it’s enough of a demonstration, now the question is how to let this man go?’ Kaito wondered in mid-fight.

Seeing that everyone had seen him try, Kaito honestly felt that his ’performance’ was good enough to make people not suspicious of him, and now his idea is to let Kagetane go. Fortunately, Kagetane himself didn’t seem to want to deal with Kaito for long either, because fighting Kaito wasn’t part of the masked man’s main plan at all.

”It’s so fun! But unfortunately, as I said earlier, I don’t want to spend a long time with you here, Yellow Hair Swordman!” Kagetane taunted as he yelled, ”Kohina. Plan E!”

”Okay, papa!” Hearing her papa’s order, Kohina, who had intense fighting, smiled at Midori and promised, ”I will cut you later, witch girl!”

*DUAR*

*PSSSHH...!!*

...!!!

At the sudden, both Kagetane and Kohina immediately threw smoke bombs on the floor, instantly filling the room with thick smoke, and blocking the view.

’Midori, let her go,’ Kaito ordered his partner to her mind directly, stopping her from actively pursuing them and preventing them from escaping.

”Smoke bomb?!”

*Cough* *Cough*

”I can’t ... see...!!

”Damn it...!! They...  *Cough* must be escaped... *Cough* What a mess!”

”Tch... they get away from me.” Seeing the stage is clear, Kaito sheathed his sword and pretended to be helpless about the situation, ”It can’t be helped then... the man got away.”

Obviously, it’s not a problem for Kaito and Midori if they want to pursue them with their haki. Honestly, Kaito is even grateful for this plot development because with this, he could let Kagetane escape legit without actually pretending to be injured by him.

...

After that, because of the chaos caused by Kagetane, the meeting was forced to stop, but Seitenshi was still reminded about the mission issue he had made. However, after seeing the fight between Kaito and Kagetane, many promoters who knew their place did not dare to take this task, even though the reward was 1 billion yen, because they cared about their lives.

Of course, the Tokyo higher-ups also forced Kaito to work under their order, because everyone could see that Kaito could ”match” Kagetane earlier, and he was seen to be the key to reclaiming the suitcase from Hiruko Kagetane.

Unfortunately, even though Kaito didn’t want to work under an ugly politician, he couldn’t refuse under their threat. If Kaito refuses to follow the Tokyo Area official government order, he would need to have to replace all the damage he caused in the room, which is an astronomical amount of money. Normally, money was never a problem, but with his ’identity ’in this city, he logically couldn’t have paid that much normally-- and that would also make both Rentaro and Kisara implicated too, which is something he didn’t want to happen.

In a nutshell, it could be said that his bad luck was acting again as usual-- whether he liked it or not.

Well, technically, Kaito doesn’t need to follow their order, a,s unlike the original, the plot of Black Bullet would change in a direction no one could predict.
