The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

Because of Yuu’s words in the chat group, Kaito, who was eager to find the Est soul fragment, traveled to Yuu’s location without hesitation to confirm the situation. Meanwhile, the other members who also wanted to transfer chose to watch the situation... after being persuaded by Aika to stay and not add unnecessary trouble.

After all, both Yuu and Kaito were the top 5 strongest people in the chat group, what could they do to help? Theoretically, both of them could destroy any country in a matter of days if they wanted to.

When Kaito appeared in front of Yuu while she was still sitting on the operating table, Yuu was shocked, ”Kaito... You are here already?”

”I can’t ignore the clue you found about Est.” Kaito answered while nodding and confirmed in a hurry, ”Is what you said in the chat group true? There were signs of energy similar to mine in one of the people you killed with your ability?”

”Yes.”

”You are not joking, right?”

”Kaito... you don’t think I would joke about something like this?” Yuu stared him with a deadpan look.

”Uhh...” Kaito scratched his head, feeling embarrassed, ”...Do you know where it is?”

”I feel the ’energy’ was in the direction of Tokyo city, somewhere in the underground, to be exact.” Yuu replied, ”Unfortunately, I can only tell the direction, and not exactly where they are.”

”And not one of us has visited Tokyo in this world yet.”

”Don’t worry, that clue is enough for me! As for way of transportation, I do have something that could help.”

???

After that, Kaito asked Yuu to go outside since he’s about to release a big prop that will help them. On top of the building (where corpses were everywhere), Kaito opened his inventory and took out one of the props he had made in the base world to deal with something like this. Since the preparation time was one week before the mission, Kaito had made many types of items, both functional to fix many situations and drastically increase their power.

...

”A UFO-shaped vehicle?” Yuu commented, seeing a flying saucer floating vehicle in front of them, wondering if this was some kind of joke made by Kaito, ”Is it just your bad taste?”

Even the chat group members who watched the broadcast were surprised that Kaito made an item like this without any of them knowing.

”Well, I admit I do have some thoughts about it. Isn’t that cool?” Kaito cheekily nodded and then opened the door from the side, ”Anyway, the shape doesn’t matter as long as it works well. This thing should have a speed several times of sound depend how many energy I am willing to spend on it.”

”But... does this vehicle work well? Are you already good enough to make an automotive engine?”

”...Not completely, but I can connect various magic items to form a more practical tool,” Kaito explained, ”If anything, this is better than an engine in my opinion.”

Although Kaito clearly doesn’t understand how to make machines or complex engine right now, he can combine props that are used to make something float in the air using energy, props that can be used to determine direction, props that can automatically absorb energy from the surroundings, props that can negate kinetic energy and even props that can move on their own without their user. Hence, Kaito is technically creating a makeshift vehicle that only consumes energy, yet without any engine whatsoever.

Because there’s no engine, inside this UFO is just a hollow metal wall, and there is only a metal steering wheel which also serves as a fuel tank, absorbing the energy from driver and walls made of light magic metal with no decoration what so ever.

Of course, the energy consumption used is very wasteful, because he didn’t optimize his props to work together-- but both Yuu and Kaito are people who don’t lack energy in their bodies anyway so it’s not a problem at all.

...

After Yuu got inside and sat comfortably, Kaito created a sofa for her), Kaito immediately took the steering wheel and drove the UFO at full speed at Mach 4. Therefore, they quickly arrived at their destination in less than 10 minutes, even though they were hundreds of kilometers away.

Although what they did also created rumors and theories among humanity that besides zombies, aliens also exist, and they are the cause of the zombie virus in the first place.

>>>>>

Upon arriving at the government building in Tokyo, Yuu and Kaito, who were floating above the building, immediately recognized the existence of ’energy/curse’ similar to Kaito himself, making them sure of the existence of the Est soul fragment is hidden here.

Despite they were blatantly showing themselves on the air, the building itself is currently in chaos thanks to what Yuu did earlier, which has already killed all of the top leaders in the building who were also victims of her indiscriminate words attack.

...

”There’s no doubt, now we are getting close, I also feel things that make me feel ’familiarity’ inside this building,” Kaito commented calmly.

”So what are we going to do? Break in directly? Or destroy the building directly?” Yuu asked thoughtfully.

Kaito shook his head and explained, ”We won’t destroy this building, who knows if Est’s soul fragment could be damaged by it.”

Although Kaito certainly hates people who want to play with Est’s soul, Kaito is not a crazy person who attacks everyone blindly without giving them a chance to escape.

...

”We will break in, I guess, but before that, I will give a warning to the people inside to get out of the building within 10 minutes if they don’t want to get affected by our action.

”How?”

”Don’t worry, I have the tools.”

Before infiltrating this secret base, he took out another useful prop from his inventory, which he called ”mic to the heart.” This prop conveys the words conveyed through this mic to all people’s minds within a specified radius, making it very useful for vote-gathering campaigns.

”Ehmm..” Kaito cleared his voice and then started talking to the mic.

[Hello everyone, My name is Kaito, and I am the core leader of the team you call the superpower group. We found something of ours hidden inside this building, and are going to retrieve it, if you don’t want to be affected, please leave the building.]

[I promise we won’t attack any of you who have left the building unless you show aggression toward us!]

...!!!

Hearing Kaito’s ultimatum that entered their minds directly, of course, everyone in the entire building panicked and became chaotic. Many of them immediately decided to leave the building because they didn’t want to die after seeing what happened to their superiors who were affected by Yuu’s words.

...

”I don’t want to die!”

”I need to get out!”

”Fuck! I don’t care, I need to leave!”

”Why is our superior so stupid trying to offend these people?!”

...

Just under 5 minutes, a dozen people ran out of the building desperately to escape, but both Kaito and Yuu know there are still a lot of people who decided to stay inside and ignore their threat to them.

Some of those even tried to attack both of them with a gun while escaping, but Kaito easily disposed them using various props on his arsenal.

...

”Kaito... I think you’re starting to look close to Doraemon.” Yuu commented  in a joking manner, ”Many members of the chat group also think the same.”

”I don’t care as long as any of you don’t act like Nobita~” Kaito answered his teasing.

”Pffft.”

”Anyway, there are still a lot of people in the building, some of them are quite strong.”

...

Using high-level observation haki, Kaito and Yuu detected several creatures that had life energy much stronger than ordinary humans deep in the building, which they estimated to be around the top 2 or 3* strength evaluation.

They were also mixed with similar energy or curse, similar to the thing that Kaito had in his body. So there was a big possibility that that creature also had supernatural abilities that they didn’t know about.

...

”Maybe those were their source of confidence to fight against our group.” Yuu nodded in agreement, ”Not that those were enough to threaten any of us.”

”Yeah. But never underestimate enemies.” Kaito reminded her to be careful, ”After the 10-minute mark, let’s just get straight to the deepest part of the building.”

”Yes.”

>>>>

After the 10-minute mark had passed, everyone who wanted to escape had left the building far away from the location-- and it was time for Kaito and Yuu to go inside.

Without further ado, the two of them came out of their UFO, headed straight for the ground floor, breaking through each floor by force, shaking the entire building, and destroying many facilities inside in the process.

*BOOM*

...!!

*BOOM*

...!!

*BOOM*

...!!

In less than a minute, Yuu and Kaito arrived at the deepest underground floor where the energy source similar to Kaito’s was felt very strongly in this layer.

They arrive in a futuristic looking room, filled with glass jars with zombies soaked in nutrient water on both sides, which is also mixed with some of ’curse’ energy. Thus, they only need to follow the direction the water comes from to find the source of the energy, which is suspected to be Est’s soul fragment mixed with the energy created by Kaito’s bad luck.

”This might be the place where they experimenting with zombies, and attempting to mix my escaped ’bad luck energy’ with these creatures.”

”Bad luck energy?”

”Bad luck curse?”

”That sounds a little better... but you really suck at naming.”

”Pardon me.”

...

Naturally, seeing Yuu and Kaito who had directly arrived casually at the most guarded floor by breaking through from the monitoring camera, the surviving higher-ups won’t let them do whatever they want and tried to fight back.

Without hesitation, they immediately released all the ”monsters” they had created here in an attempt to kill them off.

””Grrroaaa!!””

””Grrroaaa!!””

””Grrroaaa!!””

...!!!

Dozens of creatures with bald appearances, pale white flesh color, angry expressions, with giant muscular hands immediately swarmed them... Destroying the wall from every direction. They were also brimming with the energy that Kaito had, and their physical strength was so strong they could destroy walls easily.

”We have a lot of guest.”

Seeing their very familiar appearance, instead of panicking, Kaito just muttered while holding his chin trying to recognize the creature in front of them.

”The Tank? Is this Left 4 Dead universe? Then, there’s going to be a witch, smoker, etc?”

”Tank? What are you talking about, Kaito?” Yuu tilted her head, ”Do you want me to take care of them? We were surrounded by them.”

”Although they were still easy to deal with, and this feels like walking in the park.”

”Pfft... leave it to me, you’re already tired from cleaning garbage.”

Kaito said as he wave his hand, opened Gate of Babylon around them with knive series poking half outside, ”...This is going to be messy but quick.”

*Swish* *Swish* *Swish*

...!!!

*BAMM* *BAMM* *BAMM*

Swinging all his knives towards each creature, Kaito immediately shot his knives at them before the creatures could touch them.

Even though these ’artificial tanks’ got 3* strength that could destroy a small army on their own, they stand no chance against Kaito’s who indiscriminately shoots at them with knives. After all, each of these creature were attacked by dozens of knives at the time with various attributes such as petrification, explosion, electric shock, and poison.

”Arrrrghhh!!”

”Arrrrghhh!!”

”Arrrrghhh!!”

...!!!!

Just in a few seconds, dozens of screams of pain and smell of death immediately filled the room at once, accompanied by various types of explosions that damaged all sides--shaking the whole building.

None of that creature or building structure would even survive 3 seconds after getting a hole’d by knives, and in just 10 seconds, the whole room would be barely recognizable with a lot of tank corpses, smoke, hole, and debris filling the place.

...

”You are kidding...”

”Escape! We have no chance fighting this monster!”

”Damn it! What kind of monster are they?!”

...

Seeing Kaito destroy their hard work easily in a matter of seconds, the people who were watching them from the cameras now realized what kind of monster they had offended-- and ran to the emergency path to escape as soon as possible from the building. They realize that fighting someone with unreasonable power Kaito is truly impossible, but unfortunately for them, Kaito who had experience cleaning garbage in Black Bullet did not plan to let the scum of earth group to escape.

”Yuu, can you finish them off?”

Kaito said while looking at the direction of the CCTV camera, ”I could throw Gungnir at them one by one, but that would be too noisy.”

”After what you did in this room... really, Kaito?”

”...Uh.”

Looking at the room that was basically dismantled with no part intact, Kaito scratched his head in embarrassment. admitted what he did earlier indeed was noisy enough.

”Alright, I will finish them real quick.”

Looking at this unreliable Owner, Yu just sighed and activated her ability again as she targetted the whole building, ”[DIE]”

*Woosh*

...!!!

And just like what Yuu did before, except for Kaito and chat group members who watched from the broadcast, all living things in this one building instantly died... without being able to scream.

Everyone... everything... just fell to the ground, the plants immediately dried up, and all the insects and birds around also instantly fell from the sky.

”Done.”

”...I would never get used to your terrifying ability, Yuu.”

”Pfft...”

Watching and feeling everything that happened with Haki, Kaito would be lying if he didn’t feel scared by Yuu’s unreasonable ability.

Kaito suspected that Yuu had actually touched the 7* strength treesold because she had played with the concept, but was only limited by her mental limit, which was somewhat weaker than many chat group members. After all, it’s only recently that Yuu was able to talk and get used to holding normal conversation with others, compared to her hundred years of experience of holding back.

After clearing everyone in the building, they continued to progress to their destination and finally found what they wanted.

An est soul fragment, which is in the form of a white crystal... imprisoned in a high-tech jar at the deepest part of the building.
