The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

After the feud between Aika and Manaka temporarily ended, Kaito led the meeting again and said, ”Anyway, let’s talk about the level-up chat group now.”

”Since the chat group wants us to level up before we do the task, I will do it right now.”

After said that, Kaito immediately showed the chat group level up panel to everyone.

Normally, they would have to do 2 more chat group tasks to meet the requirements, but thanks to the compensation Kaito had received in the chat group, they don’t need to do that.

Kaito also doesn’t need to pay the cost of 100000 points either to level up, albeit that many points these days is something that Kaito could collect within a month.

In a way, the tragic personal task Kaito experienced was a blessing for the other chat group members because they cut a lot of time and resources to level up the chat group, but of course, no one dared to say that in this meeting as it would be directly insulting Kaito.

This also made the other chat group members firmly believe that Kaito’s position as Owner was absolute, because the system seemed to really like Kaito, proved with such generous compensation he has received. (even though Kaito was not aware of it and always cursed the system).

...

Seeing what features they get after leveling up, of course, many chat group members are excited about it.

Even Kaito himself, who was sad and depressed, admitted that he was very excited because the double daily task reward would let Kaito earn more points from the chat group without doing anything.

...

”Portal was nice, but other new features were also very good!” Crocodile grinned with a big wide smile, ”Now, I can finally fully focus on the base world side development for my organization.”

”The double reward is nice.” Saitama commented, ”Especially when they also can be converted into real money!”

”The portal is here!” Uta exclaimed and excitedly yelled, ”I can finally visit multiple worlds and spread my music everywhere more conveniently!”

”Me too!” Erina, who was also excited, also followed, ”Now bringing ingredients can be done directly through the portal instead of inventory, and anyone can do it!”

”It’s indeed a good idea.” Hisako commented, ”We can also start our plan to bring Totsuki to this world!”

”I am more curious about fuse ability, ”Itachi commented calmly, and then, after checking it, he immediately explained, ”I just found out the way fuse ability works is to make sure every ability you tried to combine worked, although normally it shouldn’t be possible.”

”For example, I am using Susanoo while combined with Haki, created an Enhanced Haki Susanoo.”

”Oh...?” Saitama raised his eyebrow with excitement before it quickly dimmed a second later as he complained, ”I can fuse my one punch with Haki but the cost of the fuse is in 8 digits points...”

””Pffft...””

”The cost still depends on what ability you want to fuse after all.” Miya commented and then added, ”Also, it seems to only work on ’active’ ability. Passive ability, such as swordsmanship skill, isn’t possible to fuse.”

”Nevertheless, it’s a really good feature.” Nico Robin added excitedly, and then showing off her new ’ability’ in front of everyone, ”I manage to fuse my devil fruit with water element magic, so now I can pop off a water hand on every surface.”

Looking at the demonstration from various chat group members who tried the fusion feature, Kaito is naturally also curious and tried it himself, ”Imagine Breaker and Teleportation ability fuse... it’s also possible but very pricey.” Kaito muttered.

[Fuse the Ability of Imagine Breaker + Teleportation = 35.000.000 points cost]

[Insufficient Amount of Points]

=====

...

Seeing the amount of points needed to combine two of his favorite abilities.. Kaito naturally thinks it’s better to buy other new abilities that are much cheaper. Even though he said that, Kaito admits that if he has enough points, he won’t hesitate to try fusing these two abilities, because that means Kaito can deactivate the supernatural element of something without physically touching the target.

In his conclusion, this fuse feature is a very good thing for the chat group, and can help many chat group members who want to expand their core ability furthermore.

Anyway, the members are all talking about the new feature, but Kaito and Aika, who have been silent, realize the requirements and difficulty for the next level up are skyrocketing and honestly pretty concerning... especially the points requirement.

”Attention everyone...!”

Kaito said loudly, calling the attention of all chat group members, ”I know you are all happy with the new feature given, but please pay attention to this requirement to level up chat group to the next level.”

Next-level Multiverse Chat Group upgrade requirement :

[Place 8 Portal in 8 Different Worlds: 0/8][Complete 1 group task with very hard or above difficulty: 0 / 1][The chat group owner has a 7* strength evaluation. 0/1]Next level Multiverse Chat Group upgrade cost: 30.000.000====

...

Seeing the requirements to level up, all the chat group members looked at the panel in astonishment and shock-- except people from the moon world were confused about what was happening. Only Manaka understood why the members were shocked about it because she remembered that to invite her to the chat group, Kaito needed 100 thousand points and that was already a huge amount for them-- now they were faced with 300 times that amount!

”Pfft... The chat group finally shows their true intention, which forces Kaito to grow up as soon as possible.” Aika chuckled and looked at confused Kaito, ”What do you think, Kaito? Do you feel pressured?”

Contrary to Aika’s expectations, Kaito looked calm and answered, ”Even without the system urgency, I have been trying my best to become stronger than ever. Nothing changed about it.”

”I see.” Aika is quite happy hearing his answer, ”It seems you matured a lot this past few days, huh?”

Hearing Kaito’s answer, many members also nodded in agreement. Among the other chat group members, Kaito has the fastest rate of strength growth, roughly growing from someone with a 2* strength evaluation to a 6* strength evaluation, becoming one of the strongest in the chat group in 3 years.

...

”Rather than that Aika, I’m more worried about the first mission... 8 portals in 8 different worlds.” Kaito frowned and looked at everyone, ”Aside from Naruto and Sekirei world, we still need 6 more worlds that need to be connected to level up.”

”6 more world...” Erina muttered and suggested, ”Can’t we fulfill that requirement by connecting the worlds from which each of us comes?

”My world isn’t an option, you guys know how dangerous my world is, even if I am right now as strong as a demon king.” Kaito immediately rejected Erina’s idea, ”There are 7* or even 8* beings in my world like Great Red or Ophis... which is something that could endanger the base world as a whole if we are not cautious about it.”

...!!

Hearing Kaito’s explanation, the members knew that he was not lying. It was undeniable that the world Kaito lived in was one of the most dangerous worlds among the chat group members, with many terrorists and beings who wanted to destroy the world. Connecting such a world to the base world at this stage was very inappropriate.

...

”My world should be rejected too then.” Saitama raised his hand, ”In my world, there are so many wandering around and there are even multidimensional beings like GOD.”

”I want to connect my world, but it’s clear that my world is also not suitable.” Misaka also followed, sighing with a sad expression, ”My world is in a way similar to Kaito and Ravel’s world, too dangerous with many factions and beings like demon gods.”

”My world... also not suitable.” Fate also expressed her opinion with regret, ”There is a multi-dimensional organization like TSAB and being that easily destroying the planet on my world.”

”My world...” Yuu frowned as she remembered the queen of magical girl who waging a war in all the world, ”It’s not ideal unless everyone is ready to fight against 7* being like the queen of magical girl...”

”Gensokyo...” Sakuya pondered and shook her head, ”I miss Remi-sama but Gensokyo is too dangerous because there are beings like Yakumo Yukari that no one in the chat group can control. Not to mention the existence of Dragon God.”

”Moon world is also possible.” Manaka joined in, ”But there are many beings like BEAST and ORT in my world that are quite dangerous... so I don’t think my world is ideal for now either.”

...

Hearing many members’ opinions, Aika nodded in agreement and stated, ”Worlds with creatures stronger than us members in the chat group should be crossed out for now, until we all have enough power to walk in those worlds without any problems.”

”Well...” Erina scratched her cheek and said, ”Isn’t my world perfect for that? There’s no particularly supernatural element in my world, and I can persuade my grandfather later to open a branch of Totsuki academy in this world.”

Hearing Erina’s words, all the members looked at each other, and then nodded together, voicing their agreement. Except for the Group of people from Moon world, everyone here has been addicted to Erina’s dishes, which are ’products’ of unique came from people in her world.

...

”Your world is indeed suitable, Erina. I am 200% agree if you also want to bring every skillful chef from your world to this world..” (Saitama)

”The only special thing about your world is your cooking skills, so there is no threat of danger to the chat group either.” (Crocodile)

”We can also bring in more great chefs from that world... Although Erina-sama is a great teacher, I want to expand my knowledge about cooking if it’s possible.” (Sakuya)

...

”Okay, so those are 3 worlds, Sekirei, Naruto, and Shokugeki no Souma”. Confirmed the answer, Aika then turned to Crocodile and asked seriously, ”What about your world?”

”Of course I want to connect it here.” Crocodile took a puff of his cigarette and nodded, ”But prioritize the other worlds first. I have to make sure my area is completely safe before I dare to build a portal on it.”

”If I am not prepared enough, our portal could be seized by the navy or other strong pirates.” Crocodile sighed in a depressed tone, ”Even though I am strong, we are not ready to conquer my world, right?”

”...”

”Yeah. I am sorry, Crocodile-san but saving Est takes priority...” Kaito nodded, remembering the hectic setting on the One Piece world.

Although it’s not particularly difficult to conquer with force, right now they need to focus on searching the Est soul fragment-- which the thought made Kaito aware of unpleasant facts.

”...Maybe it’s not a coincidence, but the system arrangement... but in my opinion, the 3 different worlds where Est’s soul fragment is located are also quite perfect for us to conquer and put the portal in.”

...???

Hearing Kaito’s words, the atmosphere that had been full of excitement immediately turned silent, and almost all the chat group members became wary about it. Since the members found out about Kaito’s Personal Task experience being played by the system, of course they didn’t believe in the system either and immediately thought there must be a conspiracy behind the ’coincidence’ that happened.

After all, no member in the chat group wanted to experience what Kaito experienced, which could be said to be the most tragic incident since the establishment of this chat group.
