Starting As a Young Eagle, I Evolve Into an Ice Beast

69: Chapter 69 Tiger Leaves, Fourth Rank, Seventh Stage”Yes, I want to return to the forest where I used to live.”

Huzi felt that since he had advanced to the Third Rank and his strength had greatly increased, he should be able to return to where he originally lived, as that place was more suitable for his survival.

”Does Hu Da and Aunt Tiger know about this?”

Bai Xuan did not object, nor did he agree.

After all, this was Huzi’s own business. He could at most give him some advice, but ultimately, whether or not to go back was his own choice.

”We already discussed it beforehand. Once I advanced to the Third Rank, I would go back and take a look. If it really doesn’t work out, we can retreat to the vicinity of the forest to survive. I also have some understanding of the human border, so don’t worry, there won’t be any trouble.”

Huzi and Hu Da had already discussed this. This place was indeed not suitable for them to live in; the resources and food were not as abundant as in the mountain range they were originally from.

There were reasons for this. On one hand, it was a frozen wasteland, and there were fewer ferocious beasts that could survive here compared to the Daxing and Xiaoxing Mountains. Most of the resources were controlled by Bai Xuan, and the Savage Bear Clan was also plundering resources on a large scale. Due to various reasons, the resources were naturally scarce.

Huzi could not start a conflict with the Savage Bear Clan. Before, he couldn’t even beat them, and now that he had the strength, he was hindered by his relationship with Bai Xuan. Out of respect and their connection, he couldn’t very well go and fight the Savage Bear Clan for resources.

”I have already investigated that area. As long as you don’t cross the border, there won’t be any danger. However, you still need to be careful; after all, that region is quite dangerous. It’s better to be safe than sorry, being cautious is always good.”

Bai Xuan guessed the real reason why Huzi wanted to leave. To become stronger, competition was inevitable. Since the Savage Bear Clan were his subordinates, Huzi wouldn’t make a move against them, and since the Third Rank required many resources, the resources in this area were not enough to go around.

”I understand.” Huzi nodded heavily.

”By the way, what does Xiao Hei say? Does he want to leave with you all? After all, his talent isn’t suited for this place, and he has mentioned to me the idea of leaving.”

Bai Xuan asked, as if he had just thought of something.

If Xiao Hei could leave with them, that would be quite good.

That region was more suitable for his growth; a fire attribute shouldn’t be buried in this cold land.

”I haven’t asked him yet, I’ll go ask in a moment. If he agrees, leaving together would mean we can look out for each other. By the way, what about you, Brother Bai?”

Huzi knew that it was highly likely Bai Xuan would not leave, but it was better to ask clearly. If Bai Xuan could leave with them, they would naturally be happy to see it.

With a powerful ferocious beast like Bai Xuan covering them, no ferocious beast would dare to provoke them.

”No, but when I have time, I will go to visit you all.”

Bai Xuan needed to hold down this region. By being in the central position, if anything happened, he could respond immediately.

After all, the Far East Region had quite a lot of resources. Bai Xuan had to firmly keep them in his own hands, with resources flowing from all directions into the central zone to increase his own level.

If he encountered a threat, he could also strike immediately to defend the Far East Region.

”Alright then, we will come to visit you often when we have time.”

Huzi had expected this, so he didn’t feel surprised, nor did he insist.

However, his thinking was not comprehensive enough; he only thought that this place suited Bai Xuan’s attributes and didn’t consider other directions.

”Cultivate well. In the future, the situation will become increasingly tense. You don’t need to play a vital role, but at the very least, you must have the ability to protect yourselves.”

”I understand.” Huzi replied.

Huzi leaving was also a good thing for Bai Xuan. If he grew up, he could hold down that region, stabilize the situation, and block threats from the outside, so the pressure here would not be as great.

Afterward, Bai Xuan told Huzi a few things. In that region, Bai Xuan had subjugated two forces, so he advised him to try not to clash with them if they met. He also gave some suggestions on areas suitable for growth with abundant resources, telling Huzi to go there to develop.

Bai Xuan planned that after his closed-door cultivation ended, he would make a concerted effort to subjugate all the ferocious beast clans in the edge areas, and then it would be the turn of the clans in the inner circle. Similarly, Bai Xuan wouldn’t subjugate all of them, only keeping some. He would try his best to select the first or second strongest forces in that region, eliminate obstacles, and let them better collect resources for Bai Xuan.

Huzi agreed and thanked Bai Xuan for his help.

...

The next morning.

Mother Tiger, Huzi, Hu Da, Xiao Hei, and Bai Xuan were all present.

Bai Xuan saw them off: ”Stay safe. If you encounter any danger, contact me at any time.”

”I will.” Huzi laughed, he was very happy.

He appeared much more steady and nodded lightly: ”Thank you, Brother Bai.”

”Xiao Bai, you too, stay safe.” Xiao Hei replied.

”Brother Bai possesses such powerful strength, how could he possibly encounter danger? You don’t need to worry.” Huzi said with a smile.

After a while, they greeted Bai Xuan and left, heading towards the south.

Bai Xuan watched them leave, and finally, he muttered to himself:

”I hope everything goes well.”

Next, he also needed to begin his closed-door cultivation. Bai Xuan flapped his wings and flew towards his dwelling.

...

One month later.

[Race]: Frost Spirit Eagle.

[Level]: Fourth Rank, Seventh Stage.

[Skills]: Fourth Rank Spirit Skills, Frost Spirit Claw [Advanced], Frost Spirit Wing [Advanced], Cold Scale Tyrant Body [Advanced], Frost Wing Blade [Advanced], Frost Flying Blade [Advanced], Extreme Cold Ice Rain [Advanced], Frost Storm [Advanced], Void Materialization [Advanced], Frost Breath [Advanced].

[System Skills]: Eye of Appraisal, Communication with Living Beings, Devour Heaven and Earth, Death Pressure, Size Manipulation, Immunity to Toxins, Water Avoidance Divine Ability.

[evolution points]: {150,000 / 900,000}

After rising three stages in a row and advancing to the Fourth Rank, Bai Xuan’s speed of absorbing spirit stones became greater and greater. In just one month, he devoured a large number of spirit stones, and then used evolution points to raise his level by two stages.

As his level got higher and higher, the required resources and evolution points also became more and more. He didn’t know when the third Aura Tide would arrive.

Aura does not erupt all at once. If the aura is too dense, it is actually not suitable for living beings to grow. Before they can absorb the aura, their bodies might not be able to withstand it and they would explode and die. One must eat one mouthful at a time; being too impatient makes it easy to choke. It would be counterproductive.

Bai Xuan slowly opened his eyes. Rising three stages in a row had made Bai Xuan’s body size much larger, with a body length of 20 meters and a wingspan of 52 meters.

Bai Xuan guessed that by the Fifth Rank, his wingspan should be able to exceed 100 meters. What a shocking scene that would be by then.

His demon core had grown larger along with it, and now it was about the size of an adult human’s head. The aura was in a solid state, capable of storing a lot of aura. The demon core was crystal clear, like ice crystals, which fit Bai Xuan’s attributes very well.

”Humans?” Bai Xuan’s Divine Sense Perception sensed someone coming towards him. It wasn’t a fighter jet or a bomber, which left Bai Xuan somewhat puzzled. Are they not afraid of being eaten by me?
