Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Although Zhao Rong was just as furious at the BMW man and wanted nothing more than to rush over and give him a beating, he saw the situation was spiraling out of control. When he saw the young guy, the hunchback, and the man with the large nostrils each pull out a watermelon knife and charge toward the BMW man, he knew he had to intervene. No, I have to stop this brawl. Otherwise, these guys will definitely beat him to death.

So, Zhao Rong blocked the three men and tried to calm them down. ”Whoa there, calm down, everyone. Don’t be so impulsive. Put the knives down first, then we can talk.”

The young guy glared at the BMW man on the ground and said through gritted teeth, ”Brother Zhao Rong, I was just trying to tell him you didn’t kill any animals in the woods! But not only did he not listen, he punched me right in the nose and broke it! The guy’s pure evil. If I don’t slash him today, I’ll never be able to live with myself!”

The hunchback straightened his posture and declared proudly, ”Brother Zhao Rong, don’t stop me! I never believed him when he said you killed all the animals in the zoo. I was trying to stand up for you, so I told him all the animals were fine—none killed, none missing. But he bit the hand that fed him and punched my front tooth out! I don’t know what I ever did to him to deserve such cruelty... Today, I have to slash him with this knife. Otherwise, this lost tooth will have been for nothing!”

The last man, the one with large nostrils, clutched his crotch and hopped in place. ”Brother Zhao Rong, get out of the way! I’m going to castrate this bastard with my watermelon knife to get even for that kick to my family jewels!”

Zhao Rong looked at the three of them and took a sharp breath. ”I know you all have a deep-seated hatred for this guy,” he said. ”But those watermelon knives are restricted weapons. I’d advise you to put them down and maybe... pick up some of these bricks instead. That would be, legally speaking, a little better.”

When the three heard that the knives were restricted weapons, they understood Zhao Rong’s clever advice. The man with large nostrils immediately dropped his watermelon knife and picked up a paving stone. ”He’s right! If I slash him with this knife, I’ll get at least five years in prison. But if I just brain him with this brick, I’ll get ten days’ detention at most. So yeah, I think I’ll use this brick to teach him a lesson.”

The young guy also tossed his knife aside and picked up a rock. ”Better to just hit him with a rock than go to prison over it.”

With that settled, the three men, now armed with a paving stone, a rock, and a wooden stick, advanced on the BMW man.

Zhao Rong added a kind reminder, ”Be merciful. Don’t go too far, and don’t get carried away.”

The three nodded, assuring him, ”We’re law-abiding citizens. We don’t want to commit a serious crime. But for someone as vile as him, we just want to teach him a lesson.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong felt relieved. He then left with his assistant, Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian, heading toward the school cafeteria for breakfast. On the way, he pulled out his phone and called an ambulance for the BMW man.

Meanwhile, the BMW man was being beaten so badly he was howling in agony. Rolling on the ground in pain, he screamed out to Zhao Rong in the distance, ”Brother Zhao Rong, I’ll tell you the truth! I snuck out of my dorm late last night to spy on pretty girls! I didn’t see any girls, but I saw you and your assistant in the woods... I’m sorry! I didn’t see anything last night! I definitely didn’t see you slaughtering anyone in the woods! Please, Brother Zhao Rong, save me!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong stopped in his tracks. He turned back toward the BMW man, saying to his assistant, Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian, ”Forget it, I should go give him a hand. If this keeps up, they’re actually going to kill him.”

When his assistant saw Zhao Rong was going to save the BMW man, he immediately stopped him. ”Brother Zhao Rong, why are you being so kind? Don’t you remember? That guy targeted you, framed you, and tried to get you kicked out!”

Lili grabbed his sleeve. ”A man has to be ruthless to get ahead. Brother Zhao Rong, if you’re too kind and merciful, you’ll be at a disadvantage in the real world.”

Yu Lan even stepped in front of him. ”Brother Zhao Rong, if you ask me, if the crowd beats him to death, it should be considered a righteous act!”

However, Xuelian spoke up in support of him. ”Just let it be, Brother Zhao Rong. You should still save his life... Even though he’s a despicable bastard, he still deserves a chance to change.” Listening to her words, Zhao Rong decided he would give the BMW man one last chance.

So, despite the others’ objections, Zhao Rong used Instant Teleportation to rescue the BMW man. After bringing him to a safe place, the BMW man immediately dropped to his knees and kowtowed. ”Big Brother Zhao Rong, thank you for sparing my life!” he cried. ”My BMW, it’s yours now...”

With that, the BMW man pulled a key to a BMW X6 from his pocket and offered it to Zhao Rong.

Zhao Rong refused. ”I have a car, thanks.” He tossed the key back on the ground.

The BMW man scrambled to pick it up, holding it out with both hands. ”A bet’s a bet! Besides, you saved my life! This BMW X6 belongs to you now.”

Just as Zhao Rong was about to refuse again, his assistant walked over. The assistant snatched the key from the BMW man and grinned at Zhao Rong. ”Brother Zhao Rong, he lost the bet. Fair is fair. You should just take his BMW.”

Zhao Rong shook his head. ”I wouldn’t be caught dead in his piece of junk BMW.”

Hearing his prized car insulted, the BMW man asked in shock, ”Big Brother, is your car... better than my BMW?”

The assistant dangled the key. ”My boss’s ride is a Mercedes-Maybach.”

At the mention of a Maybach, the BMW man was so shocked he fell over. As he scrambled back up, he stared at Zhao Rong. ”Big Brother, you don’t look all that impressive... You don’t give off the vibe of a rich guy at all. I can’t believe your car is worth over ten million...”

Zhao Rong ignored the kneeling man and turned to his assistant. ”Alright, let’s go. It’s time for breakfast at the cafeteria.”

Although Zhao Rong hadn’t taken the key, his assistant had. ”Since you lost, this BMW is ours now,” the assistant told the BMW man. With that, he swaggered away, ostentatiously twirling the key.

As he walked, the assistant chuckled to himself. Since Brother Zhao Rong looks down on this car, I’ll just make it my own ride. It’s perfect, I don’t even have a car... He then trotted eagerly behind Zhao Rong.

When Zhao Rong’s group arrived at the school cafeteria, they found a large crowd of students protesting at the entrance. Zhao Rong walked up to a student with buck teeth. ”Hey, classmate. Why are you all standing out here instead of going in to eat?”

The buck-toothed student replied angrily, ”The cafeteria was perfectly fine yesterday! How can it be that today there are no cooks, no kitchen staff, no purchasers, and no managers?”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong suddenly remembered. Last night, not only had he and his assistant dealt with a pack of ferocious beasts at the zoo, but they had also handed over all the criminal staff from the cafeteria to the police. So, Zhao Rong explained to the student, ”Let me tell you the truth, classmate. All the staff in this cafeteria—the cooks, the helpers, the manager—they were all criminals. The police took them all away late last night. It looks like the school cafeteria is basically paralyzed. From now on, you’ll have to eat somewhere else, like in the urban village near the school.”

When the buck-toothed student heard that the staff at the women’s college cafeteria were all criminals, he was stunned. ”What the hell? You’re kidding me! These criminals are getting really creative with their hiding spots, holing up in our university cafeteria. That’s just mind-blowing.”

Zhao Rong just shook his head and led his assistant, Lili, Yu Lan, and the others toward the nearby urban village. As they walked, he asked the women beside him, ”So, what does everyone want for breakfast?”

Before Lili, Yu Lan, or Xuelian could answer, Wang Guihua, the university president, approached them. ”Zhao Rong,” she said, ”why are you all heading to the urban village for breakfast so early? Why not eat at the school cafeteria?”

When Zhao Rong saw it was President Wang Guihua, he quickly explained what had happened the previous night. Hearing the story, President Wang Guihua shook her head. ”Well, since you’re going to the nearby urban village for breakfast, I’ll join you.” With that, she began walking with them.

The moment Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian saw Wang Guihua join them, they grew tense. The three beauties huddled together, whispering. How do we get rid of her? How do we keep her and Zhao Rong from getting any closer?
