Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 625: Chapter 622: Anti-Counterfeit Label

”I think you know exactly what I mean. This bracelet may be made of ’shuimozi,’ but our store absolutely does not sell fake products. Even if you complain to the administrative department, we have nothing to fear.”

Huo Sining’s lips curved up, revealing a bloodthirsty smile, ”I’m actually very curious about who instructed you to do this. It seems our booth’s business is so good that it’s making some people uncomfortable!”

The onlookers were stunned by Huo Sining’s words.

Even Bai Yishan and Su Qingqing exchanged glances, unsure of what Huo Sining meant.

The woman hadn’t expected Huo Sining to guess her intention and panicked, but, thinking of the ten thousand yuan reward, she had to maintain a facade of calmness:

”What instruction? I don’t know what you’re talking about. This bracelet was indeed bought from your store, this box and this certificate of authenticity can’t be wrong. It’s definitely a product from Jade Beauty!”

At this time, the staff from the Jade Association who had heard the commotion came over with a few security guards, ”Miss Huo, what’s the matter?”

Seeing someone in charge had arrived, the woman immediately shouted, ”You’ve arrived just in time. This store sells fake goods, passing off ’shuimozi’ as high-grade jadeite and selling it to me. When I discovered it and demanded a refund, they denied it! You, the organizers, must stand up for me!”

The worker, who had earlier noticed Qin Lianshan and Huo Sining’s affectionate interactions, and knew the booth owner was familiar with the chairman of the association, hurried over when he saw there was trouble.

To his surprise, he heard about such a serious matter. His face changed instantly as he looked back and forth between the woman and Huo Sining, an expression of shock and uncertainty on his face.

Huo Sining looked at the woman indifferently, ”Madam, I’ve said all I can say. If you insist on making a fuss...”

Caught in a dilemma, the woman could only bravely continue, ”You won’t admit to selling fake products, and now you’re threatening the customer?!”

Huo Sining laughed lightly, ”Threat is hardly the word. We are very enthusiastic towards our genuine customers at Jade Beauty, but unfortunately, we really can’t accommodate someone like you.”

”As for your claim that we’re selling fake products, I’m sorry, but I have repeatedly emphasized that this bracelet is not from our store.”

”How do you explain this invoice, packaging box, and certificate?!” The woman glared, feigning anger.

”The packaging box belongs to our store, sure, but that doesn’t mean the bracelet is from our store, right? The packaging box, invoice, and certificate you produced are indeed from our store, but, as I said, this bracelet is indeed not from our store. As for why this has happened, I think you should be clearer about it than we are, shouldn’t you?”

Huo Sining’s words were meaningful, and the crowd, not all fools, instantly picked up on the insinuation.

If the bracelet wasn’t a Jade Beauty product, didn’t that imply the woman had switched the bracelets?

Hearing Huo Sining’s words, the woman became furiously ashamed, ”Nonsense, this is clearly the one I purchased from your store two hours ago. Now you’re saying that it’s not a product sold by your store, and won’t even recognize the written proof. What kind of shady store are you running?”

”You say this bracelet isn’t sold by your store, do you have any evidence?”

Huo Sining just looked at the woman quietly, without saying a word.

Seeing Huo Sining not speaking up, the woman felt a surge of joy, thinking Huo Sining had no evidence, her confidence grew and she pushed insistently:

”I guess you can’t produce any evidence, in which case, compensate, apologize, and leave the exhibition. Otherwise, I’ll complain to the administrative department, and you’ll definitely be in big trouble!”

A smile played on Huo Sining’s lips, and she turned her head to look at the staff member, ”If I have evidence to prove this bracelet wasn’t sold by our store, can I accuse her of extortion?”

The staff member nodded, ”Miss Huo, rest assured, the Jade Association will certainly give you a reasonable explanation for this matter!”

Huo Sining nodded, ”Very well. Since so many people are present here, everyone can be a witness for our store! Jade Beauty doesn’t conduct unscrupulous business, nor do we sell counterfeit goods to our customers. This lady insists that this bracelet came from another store, so let the evidence speak for itself!”

With that, Huo Sining had Bai Yishan bring out all of the store’s stock, placing these products on the display case and opened each box, showing every jadeite jewelry to the bystanders.

”These are all products from our store, madam, you may look and see if there’s any difference between these items and the bracelet you brought out.”

Indeed, every piece from Jade Beauty was exquisite, and once they were put on display, they caught everyone’s attention, obviously appearing more upscale than the bracelet the woman brought forth.

But since the woman was set on slandering Huo Sining, how could she admit that her bracelet was different from those in the store, ”They all look the same to me, especially this bracelet, which is just like my ’shuimozi’ bracelet. Clearly, it’s from your store, and the styles are even similar!”

The corners of Huo Sining’s mouth lifted slightly, ”Similar? That’s an amateur’s perspective. A professional could tell at a glance that my products are completely different from your bracelet. Of course, you won’t admit that.”

The woman had no clue what Huo Sining was implying, and seeing Huo Sining’s sly expression, a bad premonition sprANG up in her heart, forcing her to retort, ”What do you mean, won’t admit? I’m not lying, this was sold by your store!”

Huo Sining laughed, ”Then allow me to educate you on a piece of knowledge. Perhaps it was an oversight from our staff, and we forgot to tell you, there’s a very simple but crucial detail that differentiates our store’s products from others.”

As she spoke, Huo Sining picked up a Blue Water Floating Flower Bracelet and showed it to everyone:

”Our store’s products have a very small mark ’M’ in an inconspicuous place on the inside, representing the word ’beauty’ from Jade Beauty, hand-written in Roman letters. This mark is personally engraved by our master sculptor, Yan Feng, Master Yan himself. His handwriting and carving style are unique, impossible for others to imitate.”

Huo Sining paused, then turned to the woman, picking up her ’shuimozi’ bracelet:

”This is why I say your bracelet isn’t from our store. It doesn’t have any markings, and although it looks similar to our store’s Blue Water Floating Flower Bracelet, I’m sorry, but this bracelet definitely didn’t come from our store!”
