Urban Martial Saint

Ye Qing had something to say to those in charge of the orphanage, naturally it was the matter that the Purple Robe Lama repeatedly emphasized to him.

Last time Ye Qing rescued some children back to the orphanage, they were all sent back after being arranged by people from the orphanage. However, there were many people on the orphanage’s side, with each person responsible for a dozen children, totaling more than a dozen responsible individuals, who sent most of these children back. Each person knew the specific whereabouts of the children they were responsible for, but did not know the situation of others.

Nevertheless, these responsible individuals had long submitted the detailed information about the children to Ye Qing. Therefore, Ye Qing was now the only one who knew all the details about the children.

Given that the Purple Robe Lama repeatedly emphasized this matter, Ye Qing himself certainly couldn’t disclose it. However, it’s hard to say for these responsible individuals. Ye Qing had to clearly instruct them not to disclose this matter, otherwise it would be a big trouble.

At Li Lianshan’s arrangement, the persons responsible from the orphanage gathered quickly. These people were carefully selected by Ye Qing to handle many affairs of the orphanage, so they were quite familiar with Ye Qing.

After meeting, Ye Qing made no hesitation and directly told them about the matter. Ye Qing naturally wouldn’t explain the specific reasons to them, only repeatedly emphasized to keep this matter confidential and not allow anyone to know.

Although these people did not understand why Ye Qing attached such great importance to this matter, since it was Ye Qing’s request, they would follow it unconditionally.

After explaining this matter to the responsible individuals, Ye Qing instructed his subordinates to send them back.

”Ye Zi, for this small matter, you called everyone over so late at night. Is it worth it?” Li Lianshan, who watched the whole process from the side, couldn’t help but ask curiously.

”This is not a small matter.” Ye Qing replied solemnly, ”Old Li, you need to pay attention to this matter as well. I estimate someone will come to investigate this matter, so send more people to the orphanage. Even if it costs more money, guard the orphanage by all means necessary, and don’t let anyone take away the children’s names and home addresses. Otherwise, it will be big trouble.”

Seeing Ye Qing’s grave expression, Li Lianshan also became serious, saying in a low voice, ”Ye Zi, won’t those baldy monks go back to grab the children?”

”It’s not those monks...” Ye Qing replied solemnly, ”It’s their adversaries.”

”Then why worry?” Li Lianshan said, ”If those baldies want to grab the children, their adversaries must go to save them, right? Isn’t there a saying, ’the enemy of my enemy is my friend’? So why should we be worried?”

”The key issue is those adversaries of the monks won’t save the children!” Ye Qing looked at Li Lianshan and said solemnly, ”They want to kill those children!”

”What!?” Li Lianshan jumped up immediately and glared, ”What’s going on? These children know nothing, do they? Why do they want to kill them?”

Ye Qing shrugged, he also didn’t know exactly what was going on. He just knew that these children were extremely important to Brahmanism, so the people of Brahmanism paid great attention to them. Given Brahmanism people valued them, certainly, their adversaries would try every means to kill these children.

”No matter what, we must do our utmost to protect the children’s information and prevent those monks’ adversaries from finding them first!” Ye Qing said seriously.

”No problem!” Li Lianshan said, ”******, how about I move to the orphanage starting today? I’ll take my men over and guard the orphanage around the clock to see who can get the information from so many people.”

”That sounds good!” Ye Qing nodded approvingly, given the children’s life and death, he must take it seriously.

After assigning this task, Ye Qing then called Zhao Chengshuang and asked him to gather all the data and locations of the mercenaries who recently entered Huaxia. After taking care of everything, it was already late at night, and Li Lianshan, along with a group of his men, was barbecuing and drinking in the yard, living comfortably.

Seeing Ye Qing finish, several juniors immediately went in, pulled Ye Qing out, and barbecued and drank together in the yard.

Ye Qing hadn’t drunk with everyone like this for a long time, and although he still had a lot on his mind, he opened up tonight and drank with everyone until near dawn, with most people sleeping directly on the lawn. Ye Qing drank quite a bit, feeling slightly dizzy, but after urging the Internal Breath in his Dantian to circulate throughout his body, the drowsiness suddenly disappeared, and he became full of energy.

He slept a bit in the morning, and before getting up at half past, he heard Zhao Chengshuang screaming in the yard, ”My heavens, how much did you drink last night?”

Ye Qing opened his eyes and saw a bunch of people still lying in the yard, Li Lianshan among them. Hearing Zhao Chengshuang’s voice, he struggled to climb up, spit out a swig, and said, ”Damn, I was sleeping in the yard, no wonder I felt so cold.”

”Big brother, aren’t you cold?” A bare-chested junior next to him said, ”I even took off my clothes last night to cover your belly.”

”Is this the clothes you’re talking about?” Li Lianshan asked, holding a tie that was originally on his belly.

The junior stared at the tie in Li Lianshan’s hand for a long time, suddenly slapped his head, and broke out, ”Damn it, where is my clothes?”

The crowd around burst into laughter incessantly, Zhao Chengshuang listened for a while here, and felt speechless, decided not to follow the corrupted group, and walked straight into the room.

Ye Qing had already freshened up and put himself together when Zhao Chengshuang entered; Ye Qing was just sitting properly on the sofa.

Seeing Ye Qing dressed neatly, Zhao Chengshuang immediately turned around to shout at Li Lianshan, ”Old Li, learn from Ye Zi! How regular his life is. Look at you guys, what kind of life are you living!”

”Damn it, he also drank last night, okay? Who do you think knocked down so many of us?” Li Lianshan replied immediately, but Zhao Chengshuang certainly didn’t believe him, and simply ignored him.

”Ye Zi, I’ve gathered what you asked for. What do you want to do?” Zhao Chengshuang placed a file folder in front of Ye Qing and said, ”Check it out first.”

Ye Qing picked up the file folder, flipped through it for a while, and slightly frowned, ”Just this much information?”

”Having this much is already pretty good.” Zhao Chengshuang said, ”Mercenary information isn’t under our police department jurisdiction, this matter is mainly handled by the army and the State Security Department. Getting this information was a matter of finding connections.”

”This information isn’t quite sufficient.” Ye Qing shook his head.

”What do you intend to do? Isn’t this enough?” Zhao Chengshuang asked curiously.

Ye Qing chuckled, ”Solve all those who dare enter Huaxia!”

”Huh?” Zhao Chengshuang was stunned for a moment, looking at the file folder on the table, ”Ye Zi, are you kidding? Over twenty mercenary squads are on the list, totaling two or three hundred people. Do you want to solve them all? Don’t joke around. These mercenaries aren’t ordinary folks, fully equipped, even the army faces stiff battles with them; how would you deal with them?”

”No need to worry about this, I have my ways!” Ye Qing tapped the file folder on the table, ”The key is, the information is far too lacking, simply not usable. To accomplish this, I need firsthand, latest information. Cheng Shuang, can you find a way to get this information?”

”This information is highly confidential, my clearance is insufficient to get all the data.” Zhao Chengshuang paused, ”However, if you really want to deal with these mercenaries, I do know someone who can get you the most complete information.”

”Who?” Ye Qing asked surprised.

”Su Kaicheng!” Zhao Chengshuang said, ”He’s in the Capital, his family influence is great, might extend into the State Security Department for the most comprehensive information.”

Zhao Chengshuang didn’t know Su Kaicheng’s identity, but Su Kaicheng himself was indeed a member of the State Security Department, holding quite a position. Counting it, Ye Qing was also considered a member of the State Security Department; last time, Su Kaicheng appointed him as the head of the fifth group. However, the authority of this position was never utilized, Ye Qing almost forgot about it. Hearing Zhao Chengshuang mention it, he just remembered.

Getting information from Su Kaicheng wasn’t difficult, given the relationship between Ye Qing and Su Kaicheng.

Ye Qing didn’t hesitate at all, directly picked up his phone and called Su Kaicheng, explained the situation.

Su Kaicheng, like Zhao Chengshuang, was also quite puzzled, not understanding why Ye Qing suddenly wanted this information. Upon hearing Ye Qing was going to deal with these mercenaries, he became even more surprised, ”Ye brothers, what are you doing? These mercenaries are well-equipped, with strong combat skills, even our army finds it hard to eliminate them. You’re going alone to seek them out, it’s too dangerous, isn’t it? Even if you’re skilled at Martial Arts, bullets don’t discriminate, if something happens, it would be dangerous. No matter how good your Martial Arts are, you can’t stop bullets!”

Ye Qing smiled slightly, said in a low voice, ”You don’t need to worry about this, without absolute confidence, I wouldn’t go to deal with these mercenaries. Moreover, I don’t have to handle this personally; I won’t be at risk!”

”Not personally? Then who will?” Su Kaicheng asked in surprise.

”You remember Qing Tang, right...” Ye Qing smiled faintly, ”There are two Peak Masters in the Twelve Green Halls, they will help me settle everything.”
