Urban Martial Saint

The Handsome Fatty Wang was originally worried that Ye Qing wouldn’t save him, but after hearing these words, he felt much relieved and immediately shouted excitedly, ”Ye Zi, good job, beat that brat to a pulp!”

Ye Qing was full of black lines on his forehead. In such a short time, this Handsome Fatty Wang turned into a spectator. Had he forgotten that if it wasn’t for his appearance, he would probably have been beaten into a meat paste by now? This guy really forgets the pain once the wound is healed.

Hearing the words of the Handsome Fatty Wang, Wan Yan Ming couldn’t help but become furious. He glared at Ye Qing viciously and said in a deep voice, ”Ye, you’re overestimating yourself too much!”

Ye Qing didn’t have a good impression of Wan Yan Ming either, so he didn’t give him any face, coldly replying, ”I’m not overestimating myself. I just clearly understand your strength.”

”Ye Qing, you are too arrogant!” Wan Yan Ming roared, suddenly jumping off the vehicle and shouting loudly, ”Ye, I want to see just how capable you really are!”

Wan Yan Ming’s strength was considered quite formidable among the younger generation. Although he wasn’t as excessively strong as Li Qianqiu and Lu Zian, he was still above figures like White Horse Chen San. Ye Qing had fought with him before, and if Ye Qing didn’t use the Heavenly Gangs and Northern Dipper’s stepping technique, he definitely wouldn’t be his match.

However, Ye Qing now was not the same as before. The first time he fought with Wan Yan Ming, he could only take two steps with the Heavenly Gangs and Northern Dipper’s stepping technique. Now he could step out the third step with this technique. Although it was just one more step, Ye Qing’s strength had increased significantly. Therefore, facing Wan Yan Ming’s aggressive approach, Ye Qing wasn’t worried at all and leisurely took a step to the side.

The Heavenly Gangs and Northern Dipper’s stepping technique was known as the top level stepping technique of the Taoist Sect, containing the profound truths of heaven and earth. What seemed like a simple, ordinary step had infinite variations, making it impossible to grasp. Most crucially, every casual step could stand at the position of the Big Dipper, forming its own array, which was very peculiar.

Ye Qing’s step just happened to avoid Wan Yan Ming’s attack. Wan Yan Ming was prepared; as soon as his punch missed, he quickly swung his arm sideways, intending to hit Ye Qing with his elbow.

Ye Qing didn’t counterattack at all; he directly took the second step. With the first step, he was standing beside Wan Yan Ming, and by the second step, he was already behind Wan Yan Ming.

Having previously fought with Ye Qing and experienced Ye Qing’s Heavenly Gangs and Northern Dipper’s stepping technique, Wan Yan Ming had been contemplating how to counter it during this period, and he had long thought of a solution in his mind. Thus, as soon as Ye Qing took the second step, he immediately kicked backward with extreme speed, leaving Ye Qing no opportunity to block or dodge.

But in fact, Ye Qing now was not what he used to be. Just after taking the second step, Ye Qing took the third step, which was even more cunning than the previous two, bypassing Wan Yan Ming from an extremely bizarre angle and standing right in front of him.

Wan Yan Ming’s elbow was still striking backward, and one foot was just kicking back; all his strength and attention were focused on his rear. He never expected Ye Qing to appear in front of him. Seeing Ye Qing suddenly appear in front of him, he panicked and instinctively wanted to retreat, but it was too late.

Ye Qing sank his waist, turned his shoulder, and performed a Stick to the Mountain, heavily hitting Wan Yan Ming’s chest. Wan Yan Ming had exerted all his strength on his fists and feet, with no energy left to block or dodge; this Stick to the Mountain struck him directly, sending him flying backward until he crashed into a car before stopping.

The Inner Strength within Ye Qing was the cultivation power accumulated by Third Master Li over decades, its power was naturally extraordinary. Although only the meridians in his arms had been opened, allowing only his arms’ inner strength to be released, that was already formidable. Moreover, such a close Stick to the Mountain was fully delivered; even though Wan Yan Ming’s inner strength was strong, he was hit so hard he vomited a few mouthfuls of blood and slumped to the ground with internal injuries.

”Young Master! Young Master!”

Wan Yan Ming’s minions were all frightened, hurriedly rushing to support Wan Yan Ming. The remaining ones quickly ran over to block Ye Qing, watching him warily as if they were guarding against Ye Qing attacking Wan Yan Ming again.

Of course, Ye Qing wouldn’t strike again. Although he had a grudge against Wan Yan Ming, it wasn’t to the extent of killing him. Besides, if he killed Wan Yan Ming now, Prince Wan Yan would definitely come seeking revenge at all costs, and Ye Qing wasn’t looking to attract so much trouble for the time being.

Ye Qing coldly glanced at these people and said, ”Take your young master and get lost!”

Wan Yan Ming’s minions didn’t dare to utter a word, quickly helping to prop up Wan Yan Ming and fled in a hurry.

Watching Wan Yan Ming and his men run away, the three with the Handsome Fatty quietly slipped out of the vehicle, tiptoeing to sneak onto the ship ahead. However, they’d only gotten a few steps when Ye Qing’s voice came from behind them.

”Fat Wang, where are you all going?”

The Handsome Fatty shuddered all over, turned to see Ye Qing standing not far behind them, staring in their direction.

”Heh heh heh...” The Handsome Fatty laughed awkwardly and said, ”N-no, it’s nothing, just urgent need to...to go to the toilet.”

”It’s just a speedboat, there’s no toilet on it,” Ye Qing said.

”Oh, is... is that so?” Handsome Fatty Wang scratched his head and said, ”Oh dear, I must have been so desperate to pee that I didn’t even realize it was a speedboat. Ha, thanks for the reminder. I’ll go find a toilet somewhere else!”

”You don’t need to look elsewhere, follow me. I’ll take you to the nearest toilet!” Ye Qing said.

Handsome Fatty Wang quickly shook his head and waved his hand, saying, ”That’s really not necessary. You’re so busy, handling countless affairs. How could I trouble you?”

”Save it, get in the car!” Ye Qing slammed his fist on the car roof beside them, and Handsome Fatty Wang immediately scrambled into the car.

The two people next to him looked at Handsome Fatty Wang, then at Ye Qing, and turned around to leave in unison.

”Hey, hey, hey, where are you two going?” Handsome Fatty Wang hurriedly shouted.

”Fatty, we’ve thought it over. The windfall of the Dragon Blood Wood isn’t something we can handle, so we decided it’s safer to go back home and farm. At least that way, we can stay alive and eat for a few more years. Besides, this is a conflict between you and Mr. Ye. We just met Mr. Ye today, we don’t have any ties or grudges, so it’s inappropriate for us to get involved in this.” One of the men smiled and said to Ye Qing, ”Mr. Ye, thank you for tonight. The item you wanted is in this bag, we’re returning it to you. We brothers have other important matters, so we won’t trouble you any further!”

The man handed over a bag and, together with the other person, turned around and ran away, as if fearing Ye Qing would stop them.

Ye Qing, of course, didn’t stop them since he didn’t know them anyway. Besides, the key person this time was Handsome Fatty Wang; these two were just helpers he enlisted, not important.

”Damn, you two bastards, how can you be so disloyal? I treated you well these past few days, and this is how you repay Lord Fatty?” Handsome Fatty Wang cursed angrily.

”And you dare talk about loyalty!” Ye Qing glared at Handsome Fatty Wang and said, ”You bastard, last time in the Wan Yan Manor, I risked my life to come back and save you. What did you do to me? Tell me, was it you who swapped out my Dragon Blood Wood and Gold Silk Armor in Tianfu City last time?”

”Don’t bring up the past with me!” Handsome Fatty Wang also got annoyed and said, ”If you hadn’t set me up last time, would I have been caught by the Yan Family? Do you really have the face to say that? If it weren’t for you, I would have quietly taken the items out, and by now, I’d be sunbathing abroad. But you, you brought people over to ruin my plans and almost got me killed. And later, did you really come to save me? It was obvious you let Lord Fatty out on purpose to divert the Yan Family’s attention, making them split their focus to chase me. You really think I couldn’t see through your little tricks?”

Ye Qing said furiously, ”You’re so outrageous. I saved you, and you still say I was trying to set you up. Looks like I really shouldn’t have saved you. I should’ve let Wan Yan Ming kill you just now!”

”Cut it out. Who knows, maybe saving me this time, you’re up to no good, planning to set me up again.” Handsome Fatty Wang said.

”Who’s trying to set you up?” Ye Qing glared and said, ”Don’t accuse me without reason. I saved your life, is this how you talk to your savior?”

Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”If you really wanted to save me, I’d definitely be grateful to you. But if you saved me with the intent to set me up, then I’m already being polite talking to you like this!”

”I’ve told you, I saved you without any ulterior motives!” Ye Qing said.

”I don’t believe you!” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”If you had no ulterior motives, then why are you keeping me trapped here? If you really have no ulterior motives, don’t meddle with me, let me go.”

Ye Qing, exasperated, shouted, ”Then you can go...”

Just four words in, Ye Qing suddenly felt something was off and quickly corrected himself, ”Then you can try leaving!”

Handsome Fatty Wang opened his mouth, paused for a moment, and then said, ”What... what do you mean by try? If you have the guts, let me go, no try needed. Are you even a man?”

”This reverse psychology won’t work on me!” Ye Qing said. ”Regardless, this time, you have to come back with me obediently.”

”Damn!” Handsome Fatty Wang looked frustrated. He had argued so much with Ye Qing just now, hoping to provoke him into letting him go. Who knew when it was about to work, Ye Qing saw through his plan. Looks like escaping from Ye Qing’s hands is virtually impossible.
