Super Rich by Doing as You Please

[Bank Balance: 240 Million Yuan.]

’Wow, a single kick just earned me 10 million!’

Xu Yun stared at Qin Xun as his goons helped him to his feet. He was just considering whether to kick him again when the bar’s owner rushed over.

Seeing that Qin Xun was about to retaliate, he panicked and quickly ran forward to hold him back!

”Young Master Qin!”

The bar had multiple owners. The one who arrived was a man in his thirties.

Terrified they would cause trouble in his bar, he quickly tried to persuade them, ”Gentlemen, whatever the issue is, you can discuss it in my office. There’s no need to get physical here!”

”Talk, my ass!”

Qin Xun fumed at the owner, ”He just kicked me, and you want me to have a nice chat?”

The owner was flabbergasted. ”???”

He looked at the footprint on Qin Xun’s shirt, then at Xu Yun’s smiling face, and realized it was the other party who had started it.

”Not happy about it?”

Xu Yun wasn’t the least bit intimidated. ”Get out of the way, or believe it or not, I’ll kick you again!”

”You...” Qin Xun was livid.

”Young Master Qin, hold back! There are cameras everywhere,” the owner deliberately reminded him. He then suggested, ”Let’s go to my office, sit down, and figure out how to resolve this. How does that sound?”

”Fine!” Qin Xun glanced at the camera overhead and suppressed his anger.

Even if he was going to get revenge, now wasn’t the time.

Besides, if the guy changed his tune later and was willing to apologize properly, he might just be able to forgive him.

But to everyone’s surprise, Xu Yun just shook his head. ”I’m not going.”

”Don’t push it, Xu.”

Qin Xun fumed, ”I’m only holding back out of respect for the owner. You really think I’m scared of you?”

”Then come on.”

Xu Yun rolled up his sleeves, his voice a taunt. ”Come on. If you don’t, you’re my grandson.”

Qin Xun was speechless.

Seeing the situation, the owner said awkwardly, ”Young Master Xu, everyone’s just out to have a good time. Harmony is precious. There’s no need for things to get this ugly. It’s always better to make a friend than an enemy.”

He wasn’t familiar with Xu Yun at all.

But he had heard from Zhao Dong that Xu Yun was another rich heir who wasn’t short on cash. He’d come to the bar twice before, and both times he’d spent a fortune.

These were his premium customers. It was best not to offend them if he could avoid it.

”It can’t be helped. This isn’t my fault.”

Xu Yun threw his hands up. ”Put yourself in my shoes. If you saw your woman being harassed, could you just let it go?”

”???” Hearing this, the owner looked over at Qin Xun.

He was well aware of Qin Xun’s rotten character; this was exactly the kind of thing he would pull!

If Qin Xun wasn’t so rich and didn’t spend so extravagantly, he would have never welcomed him in the first place.

”Bullshit. Don’t listen to him.”

Qin Xun shot back, ”You say they’re your women, and that’s supposed to make it true?”

”That’s right. It’s true because I say it is.”

Xu Yun glanced at Su Mu and Li Jinshu, signaling for them to play along.

Then, he wrapped his arms around both of them, pulling them into an embrace and planting a kiss on each of their cheeks.

Su Mu and Li Jinshu blushed, but not only did they not resist, they nestled meekly in his embrace and, playing along, each gave him a quick kiss back on his cheek.

Xu Yun looked at the crowd smugly. ”Now do you believe me?”

Everyone was speechless.

They were all completely stunned.

With things having escalated this far, the bar owner didn’t know what else to say.

He’d feel embarrassed himself if he tried to persuade Xu Yun to be the bigger person and just talk it out now.

He turned to Qin Xun. ”Young Master Qin, how about you just let this go for tonight?”

”So what if the women are his? He kicks me and I’m just supposed to let it go?”

Qin Xun roared, ”Do you really think I’m a pushover?”

”How about this? I’ll comp your entire bill for tonight.”

”Not a chance.”

Seeing that persuasion was useless, the owner gave up. His expression hardened. ”Fine. Do as you please. But the moment you start fighting in my bar, I’m calling the police.”

”You think a little threat like that scares me? It wouldn’t be the first time I’ve ended up at the police station over a fight.”

Qin Xun felt that if he backed down now, he’d lose all face and never be able to show himself around here again.

Just as he was about to order his goons to make a move, Xu Yun, playing dirty, struck first with another kick.

In an instant, he was on the ground again.

This time, he was in too much pain to even try to stand.

The crowd fell silent.

His goons were only good for picking easy fights when they had the advantage. When the tables were turned like this, they were completely useless and could only watch.

’Perfect! Another 10 million credited to my account!’

Xu Yun was very pleased to hear the system’s reward notification in his mind.

He stepped forward, crouched in front of Qin Xun, and said with a smile, ”What a coincidence. I don’t scare easily either. And I hold a grudge.

Don’t waste your time plotting revenge. I’ll come looking for you myself. I just hope you can take it when I do. I’m leaving now. Goodbye.”

With that, Xu Yun stood up, wrapped his arms around Su Mu and Li Jinshu, and strode coolly out of the bar.

Lying on the floor, Qin Xun was helped to his feet once again by his goons. His face alternated between pale and flushed with fury as he stared sullenly at Xu Yun’s departing figure.

The bar owner walked over and tried to reason with him one last time. ”Young Master Qin, you were in the wrong from the start. That man doesn’t look like someone to be trifled with. It’s better to just drop it.”

”Damn it, didn’t you hear what he just said?”

Qin Xun seethed, ”Even if I were willing to just accept my rotten luck and drop it, is he going to?”

The bar owner fell silent.

In truth, Qin Xun had been intimidated by Xu Yun’s sheer arrogance. He asked, ”Owner, be straight with me. What the hell is that guy Xu’s background?!”

”I don’t know.”

The owner shook his head. ”Zhao Dong only said he’s come by a couple of times and has always been very low-key.”

Even if he did know, he wouldn’t have said anything.

After what he had just witnessed, he would much rather offend Qin Xun than get on the wrong side of the mysterious Xu Yun.
