Super Rich by Doing as You Please

But Xu Yun wasn’t a typical customer. With Zhao Dong vouching for him, he always got his drinks and service upfront, settling the bill when he left.

It had been the same last time.

Soon, the whole venue went dark. The screen on the main stage displayed the three words, ”Young Master Xu.”

Just as the crowd was wondering what ”Young Master Xu” meant, the emcee’s voice rang out.

He used his unique voice, deliberately drawing out his words as he shouted, ”Let’s congratulate the ladies in booth number three on the second floor! They’ve received a complete Ultimate Carnival, courtesy of the mysterious Young Master Xu!”

Instantly, a giant sphere hanging above the bar’s main floor burst open, showering down countless colorful pieces of confetti!

Next, a large group of women in bunny ears and matching black stockings appeared, holding illuminated signs. They followed two handsome young men carrying the drinks, weaving through the crowd and parading past everyone’s booths.

The entire procession looked like a brilliant ribbon of light, making its way toward booth number three on the second floor.

At first, Su Mu and Li Jinshu thought it was just some other rich big shot showing off.

But when they heard that this Ultimate Carnival was a gift for them from the mysterious Young Master Xu, they were momentarily stunned!

Suddenly the center of attention, all eyes in the venue turned to the two of them.

The two of them were already exceptionally beautiful, and the crowd was captivated by their appearance.

’What beautiful women!’

No wonder this mysterious ”Young Master Xu” was willing to pay for such an expensive display for them.

He must have his eye on them and wanted to display his wealth to win their affection.

It sparked envy, jealousy, and hatred. Many men in the audience wished they could flex like that and have such beautiful women for themselves.

But reality was cruel. They could only split the bill, buy the cheapest booths, and enjoy their own fun on the main floor.

This wasn’t the first time Li Jinshu had seen it, nor was it the first time she’d received it!

Li Jinshu watched the drink procession heading toward them, her mind filled with questions.

She knew the price of this package very well.

Xu Yun had ordered it last time. 230,000!

After the drink procession finished its ceremony, everyone’s attention shifted away, and the bar’s DJ started pumping up the music again.

Zhao Dong remained, standing before the two of them with a smile.

Li Jinshu was quite familiar with Zhao Dong, as he was the promoter who had gotten her into this bar. She asked, ”Who is this Young Master Xu?”

”I can’t say. The client said to keep it confidential.”

Zhao Dong handed over the note Xu Yun had given him. ”But he did ask me to give you this.”

Confused, Li Jinshu took the note and opened it. It read: [Hello, beautiful ladies. How about we become friends over a drink?]

”What’s it say?”

Su Mu, curious, leaned over to look, then frowned.

’A pickup line?’

’Someone who can afford this drink must be on the second floor.’

She curiously raised her head and scanned her surroundings. Her gaze fell upon a booth where someone was looking in their direction.

Their eyes met. The man raised his glass to them from across the room and smiled.

Su Mu turned to Li Jinshu and asked uncertainly, ”Do you know that man?”

”I don’t know him.”

Li Jinshu shook her head. ”He couldn’t be that Young Master Xu, could he?”

”Probably.”

Li Jinshu pursed her lips. ”He’s not bad looking, but compared to Xu Yun, he’s still lacking.”

”You’ve really gotten picky.”

Su Mu teased, ”I think Xu Yun is just average-looking, nothing special. It’s just beauty in the eye of the beholder.”

”It’s true! Can you honestly say he’s better looking than Xu Yun?”

Li Jinshu laughed. ”Besides, does he think ordering one Ultimate Carnival is enough to pick us up? He’s underestimating us.”

She and Su Mu were not the same people they used to be.

One was the owner of a fitness center worth tens of millions, and the other was the CEO of a company worth several tens of millions.

A mere package worth a little over 200,000 really wasn’t enough to impress them anymore.

Su Mu handed the note back to Zhao Dong and said coldly, ”Please tell that Young Master Xu that we’re not interested. Tell him not to bother us.”

”Ah? Oh.”

Zhao Dong froze for a second, realizing they must have mistaken someone else for the sender.

But he didn’t say anything. He just acknowledged her, took the note, and walked away, confused.

He wasn’t stupid enough to walk directly over to Xu Yun, though. He planned to wait a while before delivering the note, otherwise he would expose Xu Yun immediately.

Meanwhile, the man who had met Su Mu’s gaze was named Qin Xun. He was a local rich second-generation heir and a regular here.

His family owned clubhouses, arcades, and bathhouses, and also had a business in earthwork and masonry for various construction sites.

But not all second-generation heirs are cut from the same cloth.

There’s the elite type who can inherit the family mantle—capable and intelligent people like Xi Wei and Chen Jiang.

And then there’s the type with no skills, who are just supported by their families, lazing around and waiting to die.

Qin Xun belonged to the second type.

The key thing was, he was a refined scoundrel with an awful personality, who frequently used his power and status to bully others.

Using his money and his many lackeys, he had already seduced or forced himself upon numerous women and internet celebrities at this place.

This time, upon seeing Su Mu and Li Jinshu, his eyes lit up. He was determined to conquer at least one of them; conquering both would be even better.

However, women who could get into the second-floor area were naturally not poor. They were definitely different from the women downstairs; a little bit of money certainly wouldn’t be enough to win them over.

He figured he would have to spare no expense to make them submit to his power.
