Since communication had failed—

Only battle remained.

As Sceptile engaged Suicune, part of the wild Pokémon stayed behind to protect those maintaining Sunny Day and other support roles, while the rest joined the fight.

Chen Mo rode on Pidgeotto, rushing forward while watching the screen anxiously.

Although the wild Pokémon had overwhelming numbers—

They came from different groups, and their coordination was lacking.

Meanwhile, Suicune was extremely agile.

For a time—

The wild Pokémon were pushed onto the defensive.

”Sceptile!”

A glowing green blade sliced toward Suicune.

Forced by its power, Suicune leapt back, widening the distance.

”Sceptile! Sceptile!”

On screen—

Sceptile barked orders to the others.

The next second—

The wild Pokémon launched a coordinated assault.

Beams from all directions converged on Suicune.

Boom!

Despite trying to evade—

There were too many attacks.

Suicune was struck midair—

Blasted backward.

”It worked!”

Viewers cheered.

But—

The next moment—

Suicune twisted in midair—

Landing lightly.

”….”

Professor Zhou frowned.

Clearly—

It could still fight.

The researcher clenched his teeth.

This was just one Suicune—

Yet its strength exceeded expectations.

What about stronger Legendaries?

”…Monster.”

Chen Mo silently agreed.

Even without seeing Suicune at full strength—

This was already terrifying.

Still—

It wasn’t unharmed.

Visible injuries marked its body.

Even a Legendary—

Could be hurt.

”There’s a chance…”

Chen Mo looked toward Sceptile.

The successful hit—

Was largely due to its control and coordination.

”…That Sceptile…”

It wasn’t mentioned by the old Haxorus.

And—

Unlike others—

It had no group.

A lone fighter.

It reminded Chen Mo—

Of Milotic.

”…Those two…”

Just then—

The Unown in his arms trembled.

At the same time—

Suicune raised its head and roared.

Dark clouds gathered again.

Rain—

Returning.

”Brave… hero… please… stop… them…”

A broken voice echoed in Chen Mo’s mind.

He looked down.

Unown ”P” was curled up—

In pain.

”…It’s getting worse…”

—

A few minutes earlier—

After waking, Unown ”P” had circled Chen Mo anxiously.

But—

Its strange sounds couldn’t be translated—

Even Pikachu failed.

Then—

A voice appeared in Chen Mo’s mind.

”…Hero… of ideals… please… stop them…”

Chen Mo was surprised—

Not by telepathy—

But the title:

Hero of Ideals.

As the battle intensified—

The voice became clearer.

From it—

Chen Mo learned something crucial.

This Unown ”P”—

Was not from the ruins.

It was one of the two Unown he had met before.

Unown could sense each other.

When the ruins descended—

They detected their kin.

But—

Something was wrong.

When Unown ”P” and ”C” arrived—

They found hundreds of Unown—

Out of control.

Attacking humans.

With effort—

And help from Growlithe—

Unown ”P” and one human escaped.

But—

The situation was irreversible.

Then—

Unown ”P” sensed Chen Mo.

More precisely—

The Zekrom Power Crystal he carried.

Having once been with Zekrom’s soul—

They recognized its aura.

With no other choice—

Unown ”P” came to him.

Because—

Chen Mo was recognized by Zekrom.

The new Hero of Ideals.

And—

The only human it knew.

Without Unown ”C”—

Its power was limited.

It couldn’t travel freely.

It struggled forward—

Until—

It met a yellow duck.

…That part—

It chose not to elaborate.

After hearing everything—

Chen Mo agreed.

—

”Please… trust… that power…”

The voice returned.

Chen Mo knew—

It meant the Zekrom crystal.

But—

He didn’t know how to use it.

Most of the time—

It was just a stone.

Only once—

When Pichu evolved—

Did it react.

That power—

Now lived in Pikachu.

That’s why—

Pikachu could wound Hydreigon.

But beyond that—

Nothing.

So now—

Chen Mo could only smile bitterly.

”Stop using telepathy. You’ll lose control.”

Unown quieted.

Chen Mo sighed.

As they approached—

Its condition worsened.

”If this continues…”

It might not last.

Ahead—

Crystals spread.

Unown had explained:

These crystals—

Were formed by excessive use of their power.

Time and space—

Intertwined.

If it continued—

It might attract even greater beings.

Boom!

Another explosion echoed.

The battlefield.

”…Right.”

Chen Mo looked at the screen—

Then at Unown.

After a pause—

He made a decision.

”Pidgeotto—change course. Head toward the battle.”

”Pidgeotto!”

It turned sharply.

—

Meanwhile—

Suicune’s power surged.

The wild Pokémon—

Were faltering.

”ROAR!!!”

The air froze.

A chilling wind swept through.

Bellossom and Sunflora—

Could no longer maintain Sunny Day.

Rain returned—

Stronger than before.

”…Sceptile…”

It struggled to stand.

Rain empowered Suicune.

Its aura—

Overwhelming.

Even the bravest felt fear.

Sceptile’s expression darkened.

Without Sunny Day—

Everything changed.

It looked around.

Many Pokémon—

Were down.

Others—

Barely standing.

The support units—

Severely injured.

Through the rain—

Suicune charged again.

Sceptile tracked it—

But its body was nearing its limit.

”…Is this the end…?”

It gritted its teeth—

Preparing to intercept—

Then—

Thunder roared.

A streak of lightning—

Blue and gold—

Cut across the sky.
