Wilderness Survival with Druid System

”What is going on exactly? Why did a shooting suddenly occur? Who are these people attacking our contestants?”

Australian Survival Association.

The president of Australia was furious at this moment.

Though knowing the Kimberley Plateau was a lawless land, he had never seen people so brazen!

Furthermore, what’s Chen Wen’s current situation?

Is he still alive?

Where are those people?

Will they continue to attack Chen Wen or other survivors?

The president of Australia was completely in the dark about this.

Moreover, Chen Wen’s drone was damaged, and no one knows his current situation.

The president took a deep breath and looked over to Hua Yun.

At that moment they managed to escape and followed the planned route for some distance, finding a relatively hidden jungle to hide.

Hope everyone is okay.

The president thought, and once again contacted the association’s rescue personnel, instructing them to meet up with Hua Yun.

...

Hunting Owl’s side.

Enzo was already exhausted.

He had no idea why those people carrying supplies were faster than him.

They even had time to leave false trails.

”Damn it, what the hell are these people?”

Enzo cursed, looking at Habakkuk: ”According to your plan, we’ve been chasing all the way, but haven’t even seen their shadow!”

Habakkuk was panting heavily, feeling his mind was already muddled.

These people... how are they running so fast?

Why did the target named Chen Wen suddenly disappear?

No one told Habakkuk, and Habakkuk couldn’t figure it out himself.

But soon, Habakkuk realized he might be doomed.

Looking at Enzo’s fierce gaze, Habakkuk opened his mouth several times, wanting to justify himself, but ultimately remained silent.

But Enzo didn’t end up taking action against his friend.

He sighed and said, ”Forget it, let’s go back. We still have the Jeep, we can try our luck further ahead.”

Only then did Habakkuk feel cold sweat dripping down his back.

He nodded and said, ”Then let’s head back first.”

With that, he yelled a few things at the Mei Ke Brothers, and the group casually began to head back.

...

In the sky, the Golden Eagle swept over countless plains and woods.

Eventually, as it approached a dense forest, it spotted Hua Yun and the group hiding in the woods.

Really good at hiding!

The Golden Eagle couldn’t help but think.

It folded its wings and landed at the edge of the forest.

Once Hua Yun and the others discovered it, the Golden Eagle decisively dropped a branch.

Hua Yun looked at the Golden Eagle, momentarily stunned.

After seeing the branch thrown down by the Golden Eagle, she quickly walked over.

Soon, Hua Yun saw the symbols on the branch.

After confirming the information from the symbols, she finally exhaled in relief.

Noticing the gazes from the others, Hua Yun simply explained: ”Chen Wen used the method we previously agreed upon to deliver a message; he’s okay now. Additionally, due to certain issues, Chen Wen plans to act alone.”

Upon hearing this.

Everyone nodded.

As long as he’s okay!

”Can we do anything for Chen Wen?”

Fred asked.

Right now, he really wanted to do something for his lifesaver, Chen Wen.

But Hua Yun thought for a moment and said tactfully, ”Let’s not add to his troubles...”

Fred tugged at the corner of his mouth, alright.

”I think Hua Yun is right.”

Adam said at that moment, ”We’re all aware of Chen Wen’s abilities; in the jungle, most of the time we’re the ones holding back, so we definitely don’t need to worry about his safety.”

”I think we need to continue moving forward, walking and waiting, waiting for Chen Wen to catch up. If he successfully evades those people, utilizing the Golden Eagle, he’ll definitely catch up.”

”If we recklessly wait, it’s likely not the Golden Eagle and Chen Wen who arrives, but rather those people. If we fall into their hands, that would be causing trouble for Chen Wen!”

That makes sense.

The group agreed with Adam’s viewpoint.

Of course, this was mainly because of the information Chen Wen provided.

After confirming the next actions, the group began to move forward, increasing the distance between them and the attackers.

...

Chen Wen’s discarded luggage location.

Enzo returned here with the group, intending to check Chen Wen’s luggage to see if any clues could be found.

But as the group arrived, they looked stupefied at the empty ground.

Where’s the luggage?

Such a large backpack and a long spear, how can they be gone?

Enzo looked stupefied at Habakkuk: ”Did you take his luggage?”

”How could I? The four of us have been acting together!”

Habakkuk held his head, his face full of disbelief.

A moment later, Habakkuk said, ”Could he have returned?”

”Very likely! Damn it! Fooled again!”

Enzo stomped furiously, cursing Chen Wen vehemently.

But all of this was within Chen Wen’s sight.

Hmm.

Very good, let’s see you panic for a bit first!

After confirming that Chen Wen had returned again, several Hunting Owl members searched the surroundings, trying to find any traces.

But to no avail.

And at that moment, Habakkuk was frowning, looking at their path.

He gestured for Enzo to also look at the path, then said, ”Isn’t it possible that the guy named Chen Wen acted along our path?”

Enzo paused, instinctively looking at the tracks they had left.

Looking carefully, he quickly found some traces.

”Footprints!”

Enzo exclaimed joyfully, ”Footprints completely different from ours! Well done! Habakkuk, he really escaped along the way we came!”

But Habakkuk’s face turned grim.

If Chen Wen followed this path, he would definitely find their camp.

If Chen Wen destroyed their Jeep or their food, they’d be doomed!

But Habakkuk didn’t know, Chen Wen didn’t take any action.

Instead, he treated their resources as his own.

Realizing this possibility, Habakkuk immediately urged Enzo to hurry back to camp.

In falcon form, Chen Wen saw this and also flapped his wings toward the hiding spots of Dahuang and the Taipan Snake.

He hadn’t expected this Enzo fellow to be so observant of footprints, able to spot his lingering tracks.

If he keeps following these tracks, he might find Dahuang and the Taipan Snake.

Which could pose a threat to them.

After flying back in falcon form, Chen Wen immediately signaled the two animals to escape.

While he himself shifted into Golden Eagle form, hauling his backpack and the long spear, he flew arduously to another location.

After finding a hidden spot again and ensuring the animals were well-hidden.

In Golden Eagle form, Chen Wen soared in the sky, searching for traces of the Golden Eagle.

Upon successfully reuniting with the Golden Eagle, he brought it back to a new hiding place.

Chen Wen planned to contemplate here on how to deal with these Hunting Owl members.
