Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Chapter 1296: Chapter 1295: The Supreme Origin Imperial Princess

Scotland.

Sajou Aika sat in a street-side café, sipping coffee while typing away at the keyboard in front of her.

”Hmm... I still need to call in some more information here... But speaking of which, humans are really slow...”

Typing out the program, Aika pouted discontentedly and muttered under her breath.

Unexpectedly, no one responded, because besides Sajou Aika, there was no one else in the café.

”Hmm, next is supervise keyboard and mouse item for event in pygame... Haa...”

Looking at the interface before her, Aika let out a gentle sigh, and for a moment, she suddenly had the thought, ”It would be great if I could keep using Future Sight.” If she used Future Sight, she would surely see a future where her programming didn’t fail... Eh?

Realizing this, the girl froze for a moment.

This was the first time she felt... the need for something.

Ah, so this was the reason humans pray and yearn for the Origin?

For the girl, the Origin provided her with everything innate; she never felt inconvenient nor convenient, as everything she owned was innate, like air. But only after losing it, does one realize the importance of convenience.

Strictly speaking, it’s not that she couldn’t use it, it’s just... she couldn’t see it.

Sajou Aika was connected to the Origin of the Type Moon World, where all the elements of ”that world” resided within the Origin.

However, it didn’t hold information from other worlds.

It’s like a game server; an intelligence game wouldn’t have RPG material information, nor would it contain FPS data. Different servers hold different data sets, naturally making them uncommunicable. Thus, even if she activates Future Sight in this world, Aika couldn’t see anything, not even her own future, as her future lacked sufficient informational support to be revealed in this world.

This is also why most of Sajou Ayaka’s abilities couldn’t be used in another world.

Much like the Magic Eye, whether it’s Direct Death or Future Sight, or Past Sight, in essence, it’s merely manipulating world data itself. For instance, the Magic Eye of Direct Death can see the lines of death because the Origin stores the data of all things, allowing the eye to naturally discern the weaknesses of things. Future Sight and Past Sight function similarly, generating automatic hypotheses and deductions through the accumulation of ”infinite” and ”complete” data.

Honestly, its nature isn’t much different from a detective reconstructing murder methodologies at a crime scene or deducing next actions based on existing movements, just at a higher rank.

It synthesizes, organizes world data information, and then deduces the answer.

Thus, in her own world, Sajou Aika is invincible.

However, in other worlds, she doesn’t share this privileged access to the Origin data.

But this doesn’t mean Aika is truly powerless.

”Ah, they’re here!”

At this moment, Aika saw a man and a woman leaving the hotel, and she quickly stood up. Yet, before leaving, Aika seemed to remember something, returning once more to her computer.

”Save... Save... Done!”

On the silent street, no one was present.

”I don’t know, Wanda...”

Walking down the street, the blonde man seemed distressed.

”The gemstone seems to want to tell me something, but... I don’t know...”

”I’ll be by your side, Phantom Vision.”

Upon hearing the man’s low murmuring, the red-headed woman beside him reached out, gently touched his face.

”Don’t worry, it’ll be alright.”

”Wanda...”

Hearing Wanda speak, Phantom Vision showed a moment of relief, reaching out to hold Wanda’s hand as the two slowly drew closer...

However, at this moment, a voice interrupted.

”Sorry to interrupt at such a busy time.”

Hearing this voice, the two were startled, hurriedly separating, and looked ahead. Soon, they saw at the end of the street, a cute, beautifully blonde-haired girl in a Midori dress, standing there holding a laptop, smiling at them.

”Are you Miss Wanda and Mr. Phantom Vision?”

”Who are you?”

Looking at the girl, Wanda frowned. She could sense something was off about the girl, but... what exactly was off, she couldn’t say. Meanwhile, Phantom Vision unobtrusively shielded Wanda, staring at the girl.

”I am Phantom Vision, who are you?”

”Hello, I’m Sajou Aika.”

As she spoke, the girl lifted the hem of her dress with one hand, respectfully curtseying to the two.

”I’m here mainly to find Mr. Phantom Vision for his assistance with something.”

As she spoke, Aika raised her head, staring at the two.

”Please, Mr. Phantom Vision, give me the Soul Gem.”

”What...!”

Hearing Aika’s request, the two were shocked, and Wanda immediately raised her hands, soon causing scarlet magical energy to gather within them.

”What do you want the Soul Gem for?”

”I have no interest in the Soul Gem, but my Master needs it.”

Aika replied blandly.

”If you do not hand it over, then I will be forced to take it by force.”

”I want to see what you can do!”

Hearing Aika’s words, Wanda suddenly reached out, and in an instant, a car was attracted by scarlet magic, flying into the air. At the same time, Phantom Vision beside her transformed from a blonde Caucasian man into a robot with black and red skin.

However, their actions halted there.

Because the next moment, their movement was frozen, unable to move.

”This... is...”

Wanda and Phantom Vision were astonished to discover their bodies seemed paralyzed, unable to move. Not only that, their bodies were seemingly... gradually petrifying?

”I’m really surprised; who would’ve thought robots would also be affected by the Magic Eye.”

Sajou Aika still stood there, watching the two with a cheerful smile, but unlike before, this time, her azure eyes glimmered with rainbow-like multicolored radiance.

”That must be the Soul Gem.”

As she spoke, Aika glanced at the golden gemstone on Phantom Vision’s forehead, then cheerfully raised her left hand.

”Well then, this gemstone is mine.”

Crack... Crack...

With Aika’s statement, Phantom Vision was startled to find his body inexplicably starting to twist. He felt like a cloth being grasped, turned, and wrung out forcefully by invisible hands...

”No... damn it... Phantom Vision!!”

Seeing this, Wanda widened her eyes, roaring angrily, then glared fiercely at Aika, closed her eyes, and took a sharp breath. The next moment, the car suspended by magic promptly catapulted like a stone from a slingshot, shooting towards the girl at the end of the street!

”Boom!”

However, just before the car hit Aika, a flaming red Rune appeared out of nowhere, causing the flying car to explode and plummet heavily to the ground. Nonetheless, this also broke Aika’s Magic Eye’s restraint, freeing the two.

”Are you alright!”

”I seem to be not alright!”

Phantom Vision smiled bitterly, looking at his legs. Despite Wanda’s timely rescue, his legs were twisted and broken into a pile of scrap metal. Seeing this, Wanda became even angrier. She roared, stood up, and glared furiously at Aika.

”I’ll make you pay!”
