Chapter 1263: Chapter 1262: Who Cares Who I Am!!

The explosion of the flashbang was nothing short of apocalyptic for the Dark Elves. They were already exceptionally sensitive to bright light sources, let alone this blinding radiance that even humans couldn’t look at directly. For the Dark Elves, it was naturally even more terrifying.

”Aaaaaaaa!!”

The Dark Elf guards screamed miserably, covering their eyes in agony, stumbling backwards. However, in the next moment, a Giant Dragon formed of flames roared and opened its maw, completely consuming them.

Fang Zheng lowered his hood, gripping the Pitch Black Greatsword in his right hand. After eliminating those guards with a backhanded strike, he raised the greatsword again and swung it forcefully at Matriarch Coresa and her priests ahead.

”Boom!!”

The flames erupted once more, surging to engulf the Dark Elves who were conducting the ritual.

”What are you doing!?”

This time, however, Fang Zheng’s assault was not so smooth. Accompanied by a roar, he saw his flames suddenly explode and shatter. With an angry roar, Matriarch Coresa appeared before him again. Her clothes were in tatters, and she looked as if she had just crawled out of an oven. But the other Dark Elf priests weren’t so lucky. Although they hadn’t been burnt to a crisp like the guards, it was clear from their bleeding eyes, ears, noses, and mouths that they were utterly finished.

”Human, how dare you disrupt this sacred and grand ritual? Aren’t you afraid of the Spider Goddess’s wrath?!”

Matriarch Coresa shouted angrily while raising the Hydra Whip in her hand. A barrier formed by the strange radiance on it had blocked Fang Zheng’s Primordial Fire. Fang Zheng could also feel the divine power emanating from the barrier, obviously a power from the Spider Goddess.

”Heh, if that mother spider dares to trouble me, that’s her problem.”

Looking at the barrier before him, Fang Zheng chuckled softly. He then swiftly moved his left hand a few times, and a Light Beam shot from his fingers, striking the barrier created by Matriarch Coresa.

High Magic Dispel!

If it were ordinary magic, not even the Speaker of Parliament from the White Tower could break through Matriarch Coresa’s barrier. But Fang Zheng’s magic was infused with his divine power. When a spell is cast by a deity, it becomes a Divine Art! The power of a deity is not something mortals can withstand!

”Crack!”

At the moment Fang Zheng’s magic struck, Matriarch Coresa’s barrier shattered with a sound. The next moment, amid screams, Matriarch Coresa was sent flying backward, hitting the wall heavily. She spat out a mouthful of blood, slumping softly to the ground.

”Who... who are you...”

Matriarch Coresa struggled to open her eyes, looking at Fang Zheng before her, and asked with difficulty.

However, Fang Zheng seemed disinclined to answer that question.

”It’s none of your concern. I came here merely to rescue my friend and to disrupt your evil ritual.”

”Haha... hahaha...”

Upon hearing Fang Zheng’s response, Matriarch Coresa couldn’t help but laugh.

”Foolish human, you have no idea what you’ve done! In fact, the ritual was completed before you even arrived. The great Spider Queen has been watching you all along!”

Saying this, Matriarch Coresa raised her hands, looking up at the ceiling.

”Spider Queen, please accept this gift! This audacious human has stolen the offering we presented to you, and now he attempts to disrupt your ritual! It’s time to punish him!”

With these words, Matriarch Coresa suddenly lowered her hands. The next moment, her body exploded with a ”bang,” and the blood and flesh scattered like they had a mind of their own, swirling around Fang Zheng, forming a cage to trap him.

Unfortunately, the gap between a deity and a mortal cannot be bridged by any matriarch’s sacrifice. Matriarch Coresa’s blood and flesh were instantly consumed by the flames continuously burning around Fang Zheng. But her sacrifice wasn’t entirely ineffective either, as the void began to shatter and collapse.

”Boom rumble!!!”

The ground started shaking violently, and from the cracks in the shattered stone walls emerged more and more spiders. Seeing this, magical Radiance flickered a few times on Fang Zheng, and he swiftly vanished.

When he reappeared in mid-air, the entire Dark Elf city had completely transformed.

The ground was shaking madly like it was experiencing a level ten earthquake. The stalactites on the ceiling cracked and shattered under the immense force, whistling as they plummeted, smashing the helpless Dark Elves into a pulp.

”Aaaaaaa!!”

At this time, Fang Zheng suddenly heard a scream. He turned around to see a grotesque creature with a spider front and a human-like back charging at him with a roar. Without hesitation, Fang Zheng raised his greatsword and swung it forcefully. The next moment, roaring flames enveloped the giant spider creature, melting it like a plastic toy thrown into a fire.

But this was just the beginning. Soon, Fang Zheng saw several Dark Elves on the streets collapse onto the ground, especially the priests who writhed in agony. Their once slender bodies began to twist and transform into giant spiders, emitting heart-wrenching screams as they lunged at Fang Zheng.

This time, however, Fang Zheng didn’t have to act.

”Boom boom boom!!”

Homura flashed past Fang Zheng, aiming her rocket launcher at the spiders below and continuously firing shells filled with destructive power. Quickly, fireworks blossomed among the spiders and Dark Elves, consuming them entirely.

On the other side, Little Hei also raised a black arrow and began dealing with his enemies.

”Mortal, how dare you anger me!!”

At this moment, a voice echoed from the depths of the dark cave in front of Fang Zheng, followed by the appearance of a massive shadow.

It was a giant humanoid spider, over ten meters tall. Although it had a half-human, half-spider form like the previous creature, it was more in line with a normal understanding. The upper body was a beautiful Dark Elf, while the lower body was a spider. Her fingernails glowed green, making her look like a terrifying Black Widow Spider.

”Who gave you the courage to defy me? The Spider Queen! King of the Abyssal Web?!”

I am Fang Zheng, God of Magical Girls...

”None of your damn business who I am!!”

Fang Zheng forced himself to swallow the introduction. He roared and immediately activated the Soulstone in the Codex. The next moment, the clothes on Fang Zheng’s upper body suddenly tore apart, revealing a mysterious black mark on his chest. Additionally, his originally pitch-black hair turned white.

”Get back to your Dark Demon Realm, Rose, or this will be your death!”
