Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Chapter 1253: Chapter 1252: The Other Side of Parallelism (Part 3)

”Hegnam!”

Seeing the appearance of the young woman, the girl in red exclaimed joyfully. The girl called Hegnam glanced at the red-dressed girl.

”You caused too much commotion, Vita.”

”Ugh...”

Upon hearing Hegnam’s reprimand, Vita pouted displeasedly, then tightened her grip on the hammer.

”It was just an accident!”

”Really?”

Faced with Vita’s response, Hegnam’s expression remained unchanged. She then cast her eyes toward Shana.

”It seems you have no intention of letting us go.”

”Of course not, come and go, fight as you wish and run as you please—there’s no such easy thing in this world!”

Tightly gripping the broadsword in her hand, Shana stared coldly at Hegnam.

”One-on-one, we Knights of Belka will never lose.”

”We don’t have the habit of honoring those despicable sneaks.”

Shana was evidently tired of talking, she was a warrior, not a knight. Fire Mist Warriors fighting Followers of the Crimson Realm would be stupid to engage in duels. It’s best to overwhelm and take them down together.

”Everyone, all together now!”

”Yes!”

”Zafira!”

At the same time, Vita let out an angry shout. The next moment, the girls saw a blue flash streaking over, and then a man with dog ears and tail burst forth, raising his fist and swinging it forcefully down on Yoshino!

”Ice Construct!”

Facing Zafira’s assault, Yoshino was caught by surprise and hurriedly retreated. She wasn’t adept at close combat, so she quickly opted for a retreat. However, Zafira seemed determined to focus on Yoshino, continuing his charge.

”Do you think I don’t exist?!”

Just as Zafira attempted to continue his attack, a shout accompanied Enju’s sudden leap as she kicked towards Zafira. In response to Enju’s attack, Zafira concentrated, clenched his fists, and punched out towards Enju.

”Boom!!”

Enju’s right foot collided with Zafira’s fist, both figures shook momentarily, but the next moment, a storm of fierce attacks erupted between them. Enju kicked after kick towards Zafira, while Zafira punched relentlessly at the small girl in front of him. In a brief instant, both exchanged several attacks before simultaneously retreating.

Enju somersaulted and leapt up, as Natsuse raised her hands, crackling with electricity, beginning to manifest in her palms.

”Psionic Storm!!!”

The condensed psionic energy erupted from Natsuse’s palms, directly blasting towards the unprepared Zafira.

However, just before the psionic storm could hit Zafira, a protective barrier formed of chains abruptly appeared, forcibly shielding Zafira from what could have been a decisive strike.

But soon enough, the battle resumed in melee once again.

On another front, the fight continued.

Hegnam was locked in battle with Shana and Illya, while Nanoha and Little Sakura clashed with Vita.

In all fairness, both in terms of numbers and quality, Shana’s side was obviously much stronger than the opponents. In a one-on-one duel, they could easily overpower any of the three with a single encounter. Yet now, with these three united, the situation became much more difficult.

Moreover, whenever Shana and her comrades seemed poised to succeed, they were thwarted by sudden protective barriers...

”There’s a fourth person on the battlefield.”

Observing the scene before her, Shisei frowned slightly, then turned to Tina.

”Tina, could you lend a hand?”

”Of course.”

Upon hearing Shisei, Tina nodded, then raised the sniper rifle even larger than herself, pulling the bolt.

”Leave it to me.”

At the same time, atop a building on the opposite side stood a blonde woman in a green robe, anxiously watching the magical imagery before her, her hands trembling occasionally as she assisted Vita, Hegnam, and Zafira in neutralizing threat after threat.

However...

”Things can’t go on like this.”

Shamar frowned, realizing that the current stalemate was due to the group of girls not being accustomed to Hegnam’s combat style. Once they grew accustomed to this side’s battle tactics, the crisis would arrive swiftly.

She needed to find a way, any way to break this deadlock. Catch even the slightest opportunity...

With this thought, Shamar’s face grew solemn, resolute as she watched the scenes unfold.

”Vita, I need your help...”

”No problem!”

Upon hearing Shamar’s voice in her ear, Vita nodded and once again raised her hammer.

”Count Iron Hammer! Flame Burst Mode!”

”Bang! Bang!!”

As Vita shouted, the hammer instantly changed form, holding the long handle with both hands. Flames roared like an engine from one end of the hammer. Fury overtaking her, Vita spun like a top, charging at Nanoha and Little Sakura!

”Whoa!!”

Seeing Vita’s reckless assault, Little Sakura and Nanoha were startled and quickly backed off. Their original intention was merely to capture these individuals, not to kill. Sensing that the girl before them was willing to perish together, they instinctively chose to retreat.

Yet...

”Too late!”

Vita’s speed was akin to a tornado. Just as Nanoha managed to raise the Heart of the Rising Sun, Vita’s hammer heavily slammed onto Nanoha’s magic wand.

”Boom———!!”

Despite Nanoha’s efforts to shield herself, her protective barrier was shattered by Vita’s hammer in an instant!

”Please, protect my friends, SHIELD!”

Fortunately, sensing something was wrong, Little Sakura quickly summoned the ”Shield” card, aiding Nanoha in blocking Vita’s attack.

However, at this moment, Shamar’s eyes widened.

Now is the time!

Muttering under her breath, Shamar extended her hand forward!

”—————!”

At that moment, Little Sakura suddenly stopped moving.

”Ah...ah...”

A piercing sensation shot through her chest, prompting her to look down in shock, only to see...a hand emerging from her chest!?

”Little Sakura?”

”What is going on?!”

Witnessing this, Nanoha, Illya, and Natsuse were stunned. As were Shisei and all others, who also stared aghast at the suspended Little Sakura, at the hand emerging from her chest... However, unlike the others, a glint flashed in Shisei’s eyes at that moment.

”Got you...Tina, 11 o’clock direction, rooftop of that white building!”

”Understood.”

At Shisei’s words, Tina nodded. She raised her sniper rifle, aiming at the location Shisei indicated, paused slightly, then pulled the trigger.
