Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1085: Chapter 652: Ore Phantom Beast_2

You can only say it’s deserved to not even gather all the badges!

Through this guy, Baimu once again deepened his aspiration to become a battle teacher.

If future trainers in the Ore Region are like this, he might have to doubt whether he’s been a good example as the Regional Champion.

A moment later.

Baimu arrived in front of the De Wen Company Building.

His old acquaintance, Laisa, welcomed him, and the first thing she said was a complaint, ”It’s only been a few months, how stingy are you! Not at all like a future champion’s demeanor!”

”What are you saying! I thought with your ability, you must have researched something within a few months, so I came over to ask along the way—pretend I was never here.”

He scoffed, turned, and was about to leave.

Laisa hurriedly stopped him, a smile appearing on her fair face, and said, ”Young people really don’t take a joke well, I was just teasing you. I’ll consider your words just now as a compliment; have you discovered any strange stones?”

”A compliment so obvious and just consider it...”

Baimu shook his head, indicating that in these months, participating in various competitions and having eradicated an evil force, he had no opportunity to look for strange stones.

As they chatted, they walked into the building.

The Wishing Star indeed hadn’t yielded research results; Laisa had once taken some fragments of the outer rock layer, studied them, and found they were just ordinary calcium carbonate with no special properties.

After scanning with multiple instruments, only the outline of the sleeping Jirachi could be seen.

She sighed and said, ”I regret not going to Carlos with Mr. Da Wu earlier; do you know what they found in the Ice Cave?”

”Super Stone Mine?”

”How do you know!?”

Laisa looked at the calm-faced Baimu in shock.

The latter replied, ”When Ailan was providing Mr. Da Wu with the clues, I was standing nearby listening. They actually found it? No wonder Mr. Da Wu hasn’t returned yet.”

The Champion Alliance in Hoenn wouldn’t be paused just because he didn’t participate; the Four Heavenly Kings are still coveting the champion position.

Even if the Ice Cave over there is busy, Da Wu still has to return to Hoenn to participate in the Champion Alliance.

Laisa breathed a sigh of relief.

The Carlos Alliance had sealed the news, strictly prohibiting the situation inside the cave from spreading to avoid unnecessary disputes. If it weren’t for Da Wu inviting her to the Ice Cave, she wouldn’t have known either.

Just hearing it from Baimu’s mouth, she almost thought the news had leaked online and gone viral.

”I’m telling you, don’t spread it around; the mine in the Ice Cave isn’t actually big, and mining it is quite difficult. You know, both the Key Stone and Super Stone are spherical...”

Laisa whispered.

Her main job is researching Super Evolution; the Wishing Star is at most an additional project, so missing the firsthand experience of the Super Stone Mine because of it made her extremely unwilling.

The key is, nothing has been researched.

While listening to her ramble, Baimu was contemplating where to supplement his Gengar’s Super Stone.

Meteor Village?

He was embarrassed.

Having contributed nothing and took both the Key Stone and Mawile’s Super Stone.

Super Island?

That place requires Kokobur’s consent.

The Super Stone Mine in the Ice Cave?

For now, it seems the possibility of acquiring from that place is a bit higher.

Even though it’s unclear how much is actually in the mine, if, as Baimu guesses, several alliances collectively distribute it to Gym Leaders, the Four Heavenly Kings, and various champions.

Then it wouldn’t be excessive for the Ore Alliance to join in for a share, right?

Just set up a Gym Leader.

Super Evolution Wave...

Who knows when this thing will be researched; besides, Gengar might have a psychological shadow over this thing.

Entering the lab with Laisa.

The Wishing Star stored in the box was put in front of Baimu.

”Since you picked it up, it might produce some kind of change when it’s near you; now it’s returned to its owner.” Laisa tapped the box’s edge.

”...”

Baimu reached out to touch the rough surface of the black crystal, but unfortunately, nothing unusual happened.

The Thousand Cosmos Bracelet showed no reaction, and no child-like voice sounded in his ear.

Instead, it made him reminisce about a certain electrified tabby cat; it was with this one’s help that he coincidentally encountered the Wishing Star.

No idea where it is right now.

Laisa waved her small hand, ”Any problems?”

”No problems, just suddenly remembered how it came to be.” Baimu shook his head and summoned Gengar to swallow the box.

Then walked out of the lab.

Despite Laisa always contacting him and coming out to meet him, in reality, she’s very busy. The De Wen Company plans to use the energy from Super Evolution as clean energy, but so far hasn’t succeeded.

The two agreed that in the future, if Baimu encounters rare stones, he would certainly share them before saying goodbye.

While it’s still early, he’s decided to visit the local Pokémon Trainer School to extract inspiration from their teaching model.

The Pokémon Trainer School in Kanaz City is quite famous; the Gym Leader Du Juan graduated from there, and due to her excellent performance, she was granted the Gym Leader position.

It’s said she even lets some students intern at the Gym.

Didn’t have much opportunity to interact with her during the last challenge at Kanaz Gym; this time there’s an opportunity—

”On holiday?”

Baimu communicated with the security personnel briefly, staring in a daze at the tranquil campus, as if the dark murkrow were screeching overhead.

Too long without being a student, forgot about holidays!

He sighed, not giving up, and hurried to Kanaz Gym, only to find the doors similarly closed, a notice posted that Gym Leader Du Juan had gone to Padia’s Orange Academy for further studies.

Padia Region!

Orange Academy!

Baimu belatedly recalled that in the Pokémon World, there’s a larger and more professional Trainer School.

He briefly contemplated for a moment, decided that if he has ample free time, he definitely wants to go learn how to properly run a Trainer School.

—

North of Kanaz City is 115 Coastal Road.

It’s at most half a day’s journey to Meteor Falls.

If flying, it’s even faster.

Whoosh—

Baimu listened to the low wind sound of air currents flowing beside his ear, patting Hydreigon’s head, and shouted, ”Fly slower! We’re not in any hurry!”

”Roaaar!”

Hydreigon roared back loudly, gradually slowing its speed.

It was too excited.

In the recent months, the Trainer no longer needed it for traveling, so its chances to fly with the Trainer were getting fewer.

Now, finally having a chance, it naturally dashed like a Husky off the leash.

If not for the lack of obstacles in the sky and common bird Pokémon avoiding them, they might’ve crashed into countless things.

Baimu patted its big head, realizing using Hoopa’s Golden Ring for travel would lose the joy of running alongside Pokémon.

Compared to staying in the Pokeball for a whole day, Pokémon clearly prefer to accompany the Trainer while running.

No wonder Grings said gains come with losses.

He reflected on himself for a moment.

Soon.

They reached Meteor Falls.

The familiar gray-white mountain range was dotted with numerous craters, making him nostalgic for the times when he frequently went to Meteor Village.

Milotic should remember the Dragon Gate Waterfall that guided its metamorphosis; they’ll go check it out later.

Baimu leaned down, patting the right neck of Hydreigon.

”Roaaar!!”

Hydreigon roared excitedly, sped up, and dashed towards the familiar Meteor Village; it felt nostalgic toward both the village and the Dragon Nest at Meteor Falls.

After all, these two places were filled with Dragon-type Pokémon, giving it a peculiar sense of belonging.

As it accelerated.

Gradually, clusters of moving ”white clouds” appeared on the horizon.

Approaching, the ”white clouds” turned into flocks of Altaria; they were frightened by the sprinting Hydreigon, flapping their wings and hurriedly flying away.

As Hydreigon swooped past them, the Altaria hurried to catch up, emitting sharp chirping cries.

Intruder!

Unknown intruder!

In Meteor Village, an old man showing bare chest under a naval cap and high-collar coat looked up, squinting slightly.

”Who’s coming?”

”A Hydreigon of that size... it’s Baimu!”

The person beside him, Qing Liu, carefully identified and then burst into laughter, ”That kid finally knows to come back! Genji, wait a bit, I’ll go call the others!”

Baimu?

Upon hearing the name, the naval cap old man’s mind flashed with a cold, calm face.
