Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1053: Chapter 638: Tournament Champion!

”What a terrifying Metal Sound! Is Aggron enraged by Haxorus?”

The commentator shouted into the microphone.

Oh oh oh!

No audience member was left unmoved by the roar of the Mega Aggron, fervently waving their glowing sticks and banners.

They watched the grandeur of the metal giant beast on the big screen, showering it with their cheers and screams.

”Go, Aggron!”

”One-vs-three!”

”That’s their last Pokémon! Show your strength and defeat it!”

The majority of the audience had already sided with Baimu or rather the Mega Aggron, as media from all over the battle arena focused their cameras, snapping away incessantly.

In the finals, being overwhelmed by the opponent was a rarity in the Ever Grande Conference.

Who was the last Trainer with transcendent strength?

Ordinary people might not know, but battle enthusiasts from the Hoenn Region definitely do.

Da Wu!

Mikoli!

These two were considered the most outstanding Pokémon Trainers of the century in the Hoenn Region, and were the only ones to inherit the Champion’s title from each other.

Therefore, they were jokingly called the ”Twins of the Champion’s Throne.”

Perhaps now there will be another?

The media recalled rumors of Baimu having lived in the Glazed Gym and even serving as its Gym Leader, and couldn’t help but speculate.

However, unlike the excited audience.

Alice remained exceptionally calm inside the arena, her palm glowing with a soft golden light, the Dragon’s Heart stirred:

”Don’t be intimidated, Haxorus! Our attacks can’t be ineffective! Hold on and we shall win!”

”Whoa~!”

Haxorus responded loudly, its front claws digging deep into the soil.

After three rounds of combat, the grassy field had long become unrecognizable, the once waist-high grass now reduced to mere sprigs, exposing the soft, dark soil below.

With rain pouring down, the field had turned into little more than a swamp.

Heaviness... swamp...

Alice’s eyes roamed the field, a spark of insight flashed in her mind.

”Earthquake!”

As she commanded, the Mega Aggron on the opposite side leapt high, its entire body engulfed in raging azure-blue Dragon Flame, diving menacingly like a giant dragon targeting its prey!

Explosive Leap —

”Dragon Dive!”

Rumble!

The behemoth crushed and scorched the air along its path, producing a sound like a jet fighter breaking the sound barrier.

Alice showed no fear: ”Good timing!”

”Oh!”

Haxorus howled upward, and as the airborne Mega Aggron drew near, it fiercely lifted its right leg and stomped down hard!

In an instant.

BOOM!

With a deafening explosion, the field trembled wildly, dark mud surging skyward.

Countless gravel and filthy grass clippings scattered wildly, swept up in waves of earthen and silver Energy Shock, spreading in all directions like an immense dark cloud.

The defensive systems for both Trainer seats and spectator stands automatically activated, pebbles hitting them with a pitter-patter like raindrops.

Smoke engulfed everything.

The Aerial Rotom in charge of filming was forced out of the field by the turbulent currents but managed to stabilize itself, using its propellers to disperse the dust in the field.

Such was the might of natural disasters!

The audience had long grown accustomed to the explosive collisions of techniques, viewing these scenes with only excitement and anticipation, shouting unabashedly until their voices grew hoarse.

The cheering was like gigantic waves, surging and subsiding over the venue, making the whole building shake along.

Outside the arena.

The water surrounding the main venue surged with waves, drawing frequent glances from the spectators there.

The atmosphere clearly reached its peak!

The commentator could no longer contain his emotions, shouting repeatedly: ”Another fierce exchange! The aggressive nature of Pokémon on both sides is unmistakable! What will be the outcome for the two sides?”

In fact.

Many people assumed that Haxorus would soon collapse.

After Mega Aggron took down two of Alice’s Dragon-type Pokémon, everyone was already confident in its attack power.

Under the Dragon’s Heart, Haxorus initially seemed extraordinary, but earlier it couldn’t even penetrate the Mega Aggron’s defenses.

How to fight?

No matter how you think about it, it seemed unwinnable!

But when the scene on the field became visible again, almost everyone showed expressions of shock.

The spot where Haxorus originally stood had turned into a huge crater, with large amounts of rainwater flowing into it, mixing with the soil to create a thick slurry.

At the bottom of the crater.

Two Pokémon were entangled in the sticky mud.

One, its muscles tensed, desperately trying to swing its axes to chop the opponent and break free, while the other lowered its head using its horns to block, gradually pressing it deeper into the mud.

The surrounding muddy water continued pouring into the pit, soon reaching waist level, but the two seemed oblivious.

The commentator exclaimed in surprise: ”Haxorus and Aggron are engaged in a fierce struggle!”

Haxorus actually withstood it!

Just this alone made many in the audience marvel.

Alice’s supporters were immensely relieved, cheering harder for Haxorus, hoping for a grand turnaround moment.

Inside the arena.

Baimu frowned slightly, unsure if it was the effect of the Dragon’s Heart; Haxorus indeed became much more resilient.

Alice remained expressionless, issuing the same command as before.

”Brute Force!”
