Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1071: Chapter 646: Super Multiplier

This!

This this this!

Baimu stared at the columns labeled level and talent, filled with anticipation.

It’s like getting exactly what you wanted!

He got up to let Grings know he needed a moment, and once he reached the restroom, he couldn’t wait to click into the level exchange. Three options appeared before his eyes.

[Option 1: Any Pokémon increases by one level (below Level 50)]

[Exchange requirement: Any Pokémon increases by three levels (below Level 30)]

——

[Option 2: Any Pokémon increases by one level (below Level 70)]

[Exchange requirement: Any Pokémon increases by three levels (below Level 50)]

——

[Option 3: Any Pokémon increases by one level (below Level 85)]

[Exchange requirement: Any Pokémon increases by three levels (below Level 70)]

Hmm?

Baimu blinked, confirming that the last level limit for the third option was Level 85.

Isn’t it supposed to be Level 90!

He quickly flipped through the rewards he had received before, confirmed it was Level 90, and looked at this option with a somewhat complicated expression.

Is the exchange function offering a discount now, or does he need to win the Regional Champion to unlock limits of Level 90 or Level 100?

Baimu chuckled, but with this level exchange, the level rewards from ordinary simulations won’t be wasted in the future.

The Dreepy Siblings are currently over Level 40, and soon the Level 50 restricted rewards might not be usable.

Once everyone reaches Level 70, Option 3 will really come into play.

He silently opened the talent exchange beside it and found only one selectable item.

[Option 1: Fix the next simulation’s fixed talent as a rare talent (failure if the fixed talent is already a rare one)]

[Exchange requirement: Three simulation opportunities]

Three for one again...

Wait!

He stared at this exchange item, carefully reread it several times, and then excitedly clenched his fist.

The simulation object’s talents are divided into fixed talents and selectable talents, and normally, the rare talents—meaning Blue Talents—appear randomly.

This means if the Blue Talent appears in the selectable talents next time, he can use this exchange to forcibly switch it to a Double Blue Talent!

Everyone should know that Double Blue Talent is definitely the key to championship victory!

It’s a huge payoff!

Moreover, even if unable to exchange a Double Blue simulation, it’s still worth it from a long-term perspective.

Baimu did a simple calculation; the cap level reward for ordinary simulation is a four-level increase below Level 50 brought on by the top sixteen in tournaments, and the worst scenario is completing the eight badges for a one-level increase below Level 30.

For Blue simulation, the worst level reward is an increase of one level below Level 70 for being in the top eight.

The best is a three-level increase as a runner-up.

If ordinary simulations always get the cap reward, then it can be exchanged for a four-level increase with a Level 70 limit, which is better than the single Blue Talent simulation cap reward.

As things stand with the current ordinary simulation level rewards, the exchange value isn’t much different in the end...

However.

There’s an important factor that cannot be ignored.

According to his speculation, simulations of Blue Talent, Double Blue Talent, and even Orange Talent appear with regularity.

After two Blue Talents, a Double Blue Talent may appear, and after two Double Blue Talents, perhaps an Orange Talent will appear. If he switches ordinary talent simulation to Blue Talent simulation, and Blue Talent to Double Blue Talent, will it affect the occurrence pattern?

Extremely possible!

Just after the last Mage’s Double Blue Talent simulation, he hadn’t simulated further to focus on participating in the tournament, so he had saved up two ordinary simulations.

It won’t be long before he can test it.

If it indeed affects it...

Could everyone be raised above Level 80 within a year?

It’s not impossible to imagine!

Even further, after growing for a while, they could pound ordinary champions and crush Dan Emperor, experiencing the power of Pikachu defeating Island God Tapu Koko wouldn’t be a big issue!

Is it all about numbers?

Let’s give it a try!

In response to this simulator update, while Baimu is extremely pleased, a certain association crossed his mind.

Why did Arceus want to update the simulator, accelerating the team’s growth?

Is it because the future has strong enemies he needs to face?

Or perhaps...

Simply wanting him to have time to cultivate more Pokémon?

The speed of Pokémon level enhancement indeed allows him time to capture new Pokémon.

Truth be told, trainers in the anime, regardless of whether the final team members are the original Pokémon, will capture many Pokémon.

Champions and Celestial Kings are no exception.

Not to mention Ash Ketchum, who has dozens of Tauros alone.

While pondering, Baimu exited the talent exchange interface and opened the move exchange option at the forefront.

There was only one option inside.

[Option 1: Designated move]

[Exchange requirement: Three Move Tutors (can specify attribute)]

Oh! This is great!

Especially friendly to people with bad luck!

He remembered opening over ten Move Tutors at the time and couldn’t get the move he wanted, ending up with a bunch of flashy moves.

”Phew...”

Baimu washed his face, his eyes spirited, and the light of anticipation flickering within them.

At this moment.

Noises were heard from outside.

He walked out the door.

The originally gentle Grings, who was stroking Aromatisse, was nowhere to be seen. Replacing him was Mei Yali’s group, who were returning from buying donuts.

”Xiaobai! Have a donut!”

Hoopa happily flew over, holding a freshly made donut in its hand and stuffing it into his mouth.

Baimu didn’t want to end up with chocolate sauce smeared over his face like Balza, so he bit down and thanked before asking, ”Did Old Grings leave?”

”Great-grandfather went to take care of the sick Mareep.”
