Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1054: Chapter 638: Tournament Champion! (Part 2)

”Oh——”

”Roar——”

The two ferocious-looking monsters immediately lit up with a brownish-red glow, their arm muscles bulging as they rapidly exerted force, a continuous low growl emanating from their mouths!

However, in terms of strength, even Mikoli’s Super Mega Swampert in its prime is no match for Mega Aggron, let alone Haxorus, which is currently being overwhelmed unilaterally?

Mega Aggron’s massive body suddenly sank, its feet and tail barely making contact with something solid, allowing it to temporarily stabilize itself in the mud.

As the saying goes, strength comes from the ”ground,” it only needs a point of leverage...

To win!

”Roar!!”

Mega Aggron raised its head and roared, its explosive might constantly transferring to Haxorus, which instantly lost its strength to resist.

Boom!

Haxorus’s entire body was pressed into the mud, sending dirt splattering everywhere.

No one expected the opponent to suddenly dive down, using its immense strength to drill directly into the mud, and at the same time, the tightly gripped claws loosened.

It was like a nimble swimming fish, slipping behind Mega Aggron, stepping on the edge of the pit to leap high!

Whoosh!

Haxorus successfully jumped out of the pit!

”Now! Dragon’s Pulse!”

Alice ordered loudly.

”Oh!”

Haxorus turned to face Mega Aggron below and spewed Dragon Flame, attacking from a higher angle, pressing down the one below who had just raised its head.

Mega Aggron attempted to leap out, but the soil beneath, having disintegrated during its earlier effort, now turned into sludge due to water seepage.

For a moment, it couldn’t jump out.

”Roar...”

It raised its head to stare straight at the descending Energy Giant Dragon, its pale blue eyes calm as a still well.

Boom!

Dragon Flame surged!

”Dragon’s Pulse hits! Mega Aggron seems to be trapped in the pit’s quagmire!” The commentator shouted, loudly announcing the situation on the field, watching the smoke lingering in the pit.

What’s happening?

Is this a turnaround?

Many spectators showed shocked expressions, but some battle enthusiasts frowned.

The situation became a bit complicated.

The earlier Dragon Dive totally had the possibility of taking down Haxorus, but unexpectedly resulted in the current scenario.

To say there’s no effect, the fatigue on Haxorus’s face doesn’t seem feigned.

But to say it’s effective...

How could Mega Aggron be so easily trapped in the mud? Could it be that the attacks from the previous two rounds started to tire it?

That would make sense; in the second half, the attacks it received weren’t particularly many, but cumulatively quite significant, especially taking Haxorus’s Splitting Tiles head-on.

Did it really cause no damage?

Perhaps not.

The existence of damage and the expression of pain are two different things.

Does the conclusion of this battle need to be reconsidered?

Many people looked towards the frontline media workers, trying to see their predictions for the battle’s outcome, only to find their expressions unchanged.

Among the audience, Xiaoguang clenched her fists tightly, watching the field seriously.

Why is she leaning towards Alice?

Knowing her first is one reason, another is being aware of Baimu’s strength.

As a former competitor in the Gorgeous Competition, she’s very clear that compared to the Gorgeous Competition, Baimu’s talent in battle is transcendent!

Therefore, in the Gorgeous Battle segment, he cannot lose to anyone, nor will he ever lose!

”Here it comes!”

Xiaogang said in a deep voice.

Looking at the field.

When Haxorus glanced into the smoke-filled pit, ready to dodge Mega Aggron’s special attack technique at any moment, Alice’s sixth sense suddenly issued a warning.

She quickly shouted, ”Get out of the way!”

The next moment.

The ground suddenly collapsed!

Bang!

Amidst the loud noise, a large muddy ground broke apart, and the non-flying Haxorus reacted promptly, but the collapsing range was too extensive.

Even though its Dragon Dance increased its speed, it still couldn’t escape in the first instance, falling into a terrifying, unfathomable mud pit!

Unprepared for the sudden loss of weight, it was immediately submerged by the quagmire.

”Oh!”

Haxorus’s head emerged from the mud, forcibly stabilizing its body to resist the vortex’s control, looking to the bottom and suddenly seeing Mega Aggron at the base, spewing massive yellow sand from the apertures all over its body.

”Roar——!!”

The gravel and rainwater mingled.

Then, after being wildly stirred by the Quicksand Hell, it successfully formed a vortex swamp that would make all land Pokémon despair!

”Quick, get out of there!”

Alice grew anxious, but the swamp’s suction was too strong, and Haxorus, with weakened physical attack after using Brute Force, had no way to break free.

Even more exaggerated.

As Mega Aggron sprayed more sand, a dark brown sandstorm began to form above the vortex swamp.

It swept everything in the field, leaving Haxorus unable to escape toward the sky or the ground!

Rumble—

[Celestial and Earthly Quicksand Hell]!

If it can’t drown Mega Swampert, can it drown you!?

Mega Aggron recalled the strongest existence it had ever faced, and battling Mikoli’s Pokémon was too enjoyable.

But the performance of Alice’s Pokémon in the finals disappointed it, making it subconsciously resort to its previous strategy.

The facts proved.

Haxorus couldn’t withstand it at all.

”Declare the end, with one last strike.”

Contestant Baimu looked remotely at Alice, seeing her close her eyes with golden light shining in her palms, and refusing to give her the chance to continue launching Dragon’s Heart.

He pointed to Haxorus.

”Iron Hoof Beam!”

Use this new technique to send you off!

At the bottom of the vortex swamp, Mega Aggron’s whole body shone with astonishing silver light and currents, as if the surrounding sludge was trembling violently trying to escape.

Buzz—

A piercing noise rang out, sounding like the roar of a reactor starting.

And when it opened its pitch-black mouth, all the brilliant silver light gathered inside, and the air rippled with terrifying waves, looking just like a Sound Burst circle.

Alice’s scalp tingled, and Haxorus’s Dragon’s Heart state was forcibly interrupted.

She had to grit her teeth and shout, ”Haxorus! Put everything into one last move! Dragon’s Pulse!!”

”Oh!”

Haxorus also understood the final moment had come, dragon flame burning fiercely in its mouth, staring down at the silver light that seemed to want to destroy the world, striving to launch it!

At the same time.

Mega Aggron’s Steel Attribute Energy gathered as well, and the enormous energy light wave suddenly contracted to the size of a fist, then turned into multiple dazzling silver rings, shooting out a giant silver pillar of light that covered the entire vortex mud swamp!

Boom—!!

Heaven and earth were overturned!

Haxorus’s Dragon’s Pulse was swallowed by the light pillar in an instant, taking it with it as it was completely submerged, the brilliant light piercing the sky, directly through the clouds above the arena, reaching even higher into the firmament!

This strike seemed like it would tear the sky itself apart!

The entire arena shook continuously during its bombardment, all the defensive devices activated, the audience collectively covered their ears, unable to bear the low-frequency vibration of the Steel Attribute Energy.

They felt like someone was scraping glass with a pen, no substantial harm, but a mental special attack.

Who knows how much time passed.

The silver light finally dimmed.

Bang!

All that was left on the field was a cloud of smoke rolling upward.

The audience looked apprehensively at the scene, never expecting Mega Aggron to possess such a terrifying technique, even compared to the General Attribute’s ultimate technique—Ultimate Shock it seemed stronger.

Above in the sky.

Aerial Rotom, almost swept by the Iron Hoof Beam just now, cursed silently, seeing its companions flying toward the field, complaining as it rushed in.

The rotors worked quickly to dissipate the smoke.

As the smoke began to clear, the noise from the audience gradually diminished, countless people either watched the big screen or stared at the field, waiting nervously for the result.

Xiaogang and the others felt the same, Xiaoguang’s complicated emotions showing as she clasped her hands together, in a prayer-like gesture against her forehead.

The commentator swallowed hard.

Seconds later.

The smoke dissipated.

The grass vanished entirely, leaving only a gigantic ”vortex” field exposed to everyone.

The swamp had somehow hardened, and Haxorus lay on its back at the edge, its eyes replaced by black circles.

At the very bottom, there were two cracking sounds.

Mega Aggron crawled out from within, walking slowly out of the pit and roaring with pride!

”Roar——!!”

Beep!!

”Haxorus is unable to battle! Aggron wins! Therefore, the victorious contestant is—Contestant Baimu from Pyrite Town!”

The referee raised the red flag and pointed remotely.

The commentator couldn’t hold back any longer and shouted wildly: ”The winner is decided! After fierce competition by all participants! The champion of the Hoenn Alliance’s Ever Grande Conference is revealed! He is—Contestant Baimu!”

At this moment.

The cheers from the audience seemed to shake the heavens!
