System Came When the Doctor was Thirty

Indiscriminate and total assault.

Lu Cheng did not indulge in self-satisfaction. After completing the surgical operation, he continued to meticulously examine the sutured area.

Continuously releasing and obstructing blood flow, checking for bleeding and irregularities in the suture line.

After eliminating these possibilities, Lu Cheng straightened up and said, ”Teacher Qu, actually, without the predecessors proposing the concept of Spleen Preservation Surgery, this operation wouldn’t exist.”

”The Suturing Technique is merely a supplement to the Spleen Preservation Surgery, not an absolute original. Thus, it’s not as exaggerated as you mentioned.”

”Teacher Qu, please have a look again.”

Qu Daowen stated truthfully, ”During local debridement, the technique was not exquisite enough, but in other regards, whether in incisions, suturing, or hemostasis, it was just right.”

”Of course, better than what I could do.”

In the trauma center where Qu Daowen works, the most essential skills are debridement and hemostasis, so Qu Daowen is well-versed in these areas.

In other aspects, such as incisions and suturing, Qu Daowen’s surgical expertise does not match Lu Cheng’s.

The Hemostasis Technique is on par with Lu Cheng.

Even the chief physician at the Provincial People’s Hospital is not omnipotent, capable of everything.

In the field of surgery, they can only delve deeply into one or two fundamental skills and cannot develop comprehensively.

Even so, Qu Daowen still enjoys a high reputation in the emergency field throughout the province…

Which serious emergency physician would focus on honing the basic skill of ’Suturing Skill’?

Dai Linfang was responsible for sending the patient back to the intensive care unit, while Lu Cheng accompanied Qu Daowen and Dong Liumeng towards the dressing room.

Qu Daowen is getting older, but Dong Liumeng is still young: ”Dr. Lu, can we learn this Spleen Suturing Technique?”

After listening, Lu Cheng glanced at the skill points earnings guidelines.

[By advocating and researching ’Spleen Preservation Surgery’ to a greater extent, preserving the patient’s spleen function and promoting the patient’s health, gain 0.4 skill points]

[By advocating and researching ’Tendon Suturing Technique’ to a greater extent, preserve the patient’s motor function, thus improving the patient’s quality of life, gain 0.3 skill points]

These earnings are skill points fed back to Lu Cheng remotely when Professor Chen Song and others apply Lu Cheng’s original surgical techniques to treat patients, viewed as Lu Cheng contributing to the treatment of their patients.

Although the earnings from a single item are small, there are many users.

Currently, as clinical trials are being initiated, Lu Cheng’s additional earnings reach 5 points per day, and adding Lu Cheng’s own surgeries in the department, the average daily earnings are 8 points.

A monthly total of 240 skill points.

What kind of miraculous earnings is this?

”Of course, Professor Dong, if you are interested, our research group currently has mature animal models.”

”Of course, these animal models are self-funded, and the two teachers just need to cover the cost,” Lu Cheng said.

Upon hearing this, Qu Daowen’s eyes lit up, and his tone changed drastically: ”What? There are mature animal models for practice?”

”Then I think I can do it too!”

With mature animal models for practice, there are sufficient trial and error costs, as long as you pay the money.

”When can we go?” Qu Daowen seemed to be impatient.

There are two things that surgeons value highly. The first is a basic understanding of anatomy, so the corporeal teacher must be revered.

The second is the volume of surgeries.

The usual volume of surgeries can only be accumulated through the number of clinical patients, while the secondary method is to establish standard animal models.

But this thing is too advanced, and generally, people cannot access or afford it.
