Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 609: Chapter 416: Elf?

Her ability is called ”General”?

”Why, is it not okay?” Zeng Tao raised her head, ”That’s right, it’s General!”

”Huh?” Keke tilted her little head, looking at Zeng Tao in confusion.

Xu Xin: ”...”

This is really...

Is there some twisted amusement in the allocation of abilities in this world?

Giving such a formidable frontal combat ability to a little girl under one and a half meters tall.

A little girl General?

The contrast is really...

”What kind of look is that! And you, little one! Don’t look at me like that!” Zeng Tao was a bit displeased, even giving Keke a glare.

”Huh!” Keke wasn’t intimidated, glaring back.

But then she realized, quickly turning to the screen, her eyes widening with delight: ”You can see the blueprint, so you can make it? That’s great!”

She started jumping with joy: ”I want a purple-grade Steel General’s Giant Blade, make it for me!”

It’s not impossible to make it for her...

”I’ll make it for you once we get back. But before that, I need to ask.”

Xu Xin looked at the fifty portions of materials, feeling a sense of foreboding.

”What materials did you use to make the blue-grade giant blade?”

”Um...” Zeng Tao’s gaze shifted away, somewhat embarrassed, ”Forty portions of green-grade stone, ten portions of blue-grade stone.”

Xu Xin sighed.

... He knew it.

A giant blade that requires fifty portions of stone to make, how could it be upgraded to blue-grade with just one piece of blue-grade stone?

Does it actually require higher-grade materials for an upgrade?

That also means, for the purple-grade steel sword...

It requires forty portions of blue-grade steel blocks and ten portions of purple-grade steel blocks?!

”...Otherwise, just use a regular purple-grade sword.” Xu Xin’s mouth twitched, ”I’ll lend you mine. Make do with it.”

The material consumption for one sword rivals that of ten other weapons!

No wonder she was so upset when her blue-grade sword was destroyed.

The material requirement is just too much!

”Don’t!” Zeng Tao immediately tugged on Xu Xin’s arm, raising her little face and pleading, ”Just one, just make one for me, okay! If you can’t make it, that’s fine, but you can, so please make just one! I’m begging you!”

She had an unusually strong obsession with weapons.

Not even hesitating to plead humbly.

Xu Xin sighed.

It’s not really impossible.

After all, they have a lot of treehouse cores now, with over a hundred pieces of purple-grade material every five days.

And now Li Wenxi has many people under her, which means iron mining has doubled, so blue-grade steel blocks should not be lacking either.

”Let’s discuss this once we’re back. I’ll try to make one for you.”

”Okay, okay, okay!” Zeng Tao immediately beamed with joy.

Xu Xin put the crafting station into his backpack, and simultaneously asked, ”Can you only make a low-grade heavy weapon crafting station now?”

”I don’t know.” Zeng Tao shook her head, a bit bitterly, ”Maybe using high-grade materials can make a high-grade crafting station? I’m too poor, I haven’t even tried.”

Xu Xin nodded: ”Once we’re back, I’ll give you the materials to try it out.”

If she could make heavy firearms...

That would be too strong!

The treehouse has Ma Hongwei’s heavy-duty external weapons, and they have Zeng Tao’s heavy firearms outside...

Firepower would be overwhelmingly strong!

After collecting a few more decorative items, Zeng Tao stated there was nothing left in the treehouse.

Xu Xin, who was already somewhat weary, put her into the bracelet and dismantled this treehouse.

He stored the treehouse core and seeds in his backpack, and then looked toward the third snow peak.

Qin Fu’s treehouse is near the third snow peak.

He released Qin Fu.

At this moment, Qin Fu had awoken but still looked very tired and fatigued.

”...This weakened state is so uncomfortable.” Qin Fu half-opened his eyes, giving them a squeeze to ease the dryness, ”Is it my turn next? Hmm... Let’s head to the third snow peak; once there, I’ll be able to determine the direction.”

”Alright, you should rest well.” Xu Xin put him back into the bracelet, then mounted the wolf and continued advancing toward the third snow peak.

With the Silver King, it would take roughly forty minutes to reach there.

He planned to leave a coordinate by the third snow peak.

This third snow peak is at least 250 kilometers away from their place, which is not close.

At this stage, aside from those with mounts like Xu Xin, Ji Chaoyang, and others, ordinary survivors wouldn’t be able to cross such a vast distance.

He intended to include this Snow Mountain Array as a target to activate.

The Silver King continued to shuttle through the forest.

Probably due to not being active during the winter season, it now looked full of energy.

Even after traversing over a hundred kilometers, it quickly regained vitality after a brief rest.

A resource area occasionally appeared around them.

After covering these 200 kilometers, Xu Xin reached a conclusion.

In the natural world here, seemingly...

There are no naturally occurring purple-grade plants.

Similarly, no purple-grade basic materials exist either.

Covering more than two hundred kilometers, not once had his eyes glimpsed purple light.

This suggests that purple-grade materials, most likely, can only be acquired through treehouse core energy upgrades, or other abilities.

Or maybe, through event rewards.

He had previously received a piece of purple-grade crystal in event rewards and found one at the bottom of a cave lake.
