Listening to Gu Xi’s question, several architectural designers looked at each other but couldn’t answer.

After all, they are just architects, not the Heavenly Dao of this world.

How would they know the changes in this world?

They could only rely on some judgments in front of them to see that this world had encountered problems.

As for the ultimate direction of this world, they really couldn’t make a judgment.

Even if they had thoughts, they wouldn’t dare to speak them out loud.

Seeing them like this, Gu Xi could only shake his head helplessly.

”Forget it, later you guys figure out a way to copy all the architectural design plans below, and also try to copy their researched plans.”

The architects had no objections to this task.

They were willing to copy some new architectural design plans.

If possible, they were also willing to expand a bit on the existing architectural plans to develop their own designs.

As for the research direction on the weakening of the Stone Giants, this was not their main profession.

One of the architects quickly said: ”We can go down and transcribe the architectural plans, it’s not a difficult task, but this research direction is beyond our scope, we’re afraid there might be some confusion during transcription.

At least we’re not professional, what if others don’t recognize what we transcribe?

Sir, you should find a professional transcriber to handle this matter.”

Gu Xi hesitated for a moment on this issue, then he said: ”Alright, let the transcriber from the library come over, they will transcribe exactly as it is written. As for whether anyone wishes to believe it, that’s their own business.

You just focus on transcribing the architectural plans.”

Once the architectural plans are completed, make a copy for backup.

It will be useful to me later.”

After entrusting this matter, Gu Xi jumped back into the water.

Although this matter was critical, once dealt with, it was done.

Gu Xi would not dally here.

He had other things to do.

Seeing that Gu Xi had arranged things clearly here, the others said nothing more.

Once Gu Xi re-entered the water, they began to transcribe the architectural plans as well.

As for Gu Xi, since there was nothing more to deal with, they returned along the path previously explored, quickly arriving at the place where Gu Xi was stopped shortly before.

Upon reaching here, Gu Xi immediately sensed something was wrong.

He turned and asked the nearby Sea Horse Cavalry.

”Do you feel something is off about this place?”

When the Sea Horse Cavalry heard this, regardless if something was amiss, they immediately raised their weapons to protect Gu Xi within their formation.

Gu Xi’s expression hardened, a sense of unease swelling in his heart once more.

At this moment, the Equipment Carrier of Vanguard Power - Shattering Array appeared behind Gu Xi, his right hand gripping the longsword that shatters everything, eyes keenly surveying the surroundings, ready to charge out at any moment.

With the Equipment Carrier’s protection, Gu Xi could finally relax somewhat, simultaneously pressing lightly on the Fox Eye Ring.

Mind Kill activated!

The next instant, strange mechanical creatures jumped down from the water’s surface.

All that leaped down this time were mechanical puppets made of metal.

They looked somewhat like Iron Men or Iron Men, but they were small, each like a rag doll.

Gu Xi also noticed that these mechanical puppets were crudely made.

At a glance, they looked like scarecrow dolls tied up with wire.

In their hands, they held small spears ground from steel bars, and once they hit the water, they instantly sank to the bottom.

Yet even upon sinking to the bottom, they had no hesitation, once touching the bottom, they moved toward Gu Xi like torpedoes.

As soon as they charged forth, the Sea Horse Cavalry in the water rushed toward them immediately.

With their harpoons that could be swung freely underwater, a horizontal sweep sent the charging mechanical puppets flying away.

At this moment, Gu Xi’s eyes also took on a heavy gaze.

As soon as he gauged the enemy’s numbers, Gu Xi unleashed a big move without delay.

”Death Ripple!”

Simultaneously, the Bone Curtain, which had been draped over Gu Xi, automatically opened, protecting Gu Xi inside.

Death Ripple, apart from the Black Dragon which could fully withstand it, only the Undead could disregard it.

The other types of troops, regardless of their magic resistance, would still be affected to some degree.

Not to mention, it was obvious that these mechanical puppets in front weren’t following the path of Iron Men.

They didn’t have any special enhancements for magic resistance, rather to allow minimal power usage, many components were stripped away.

The Death Ripple in front of them dealt significant damage to them.

With a wave of Death Ripple, numerous mechanical puppets lost power and fell into the water.

Simultaneously, cascades of information appeared by Gu Xi’s ears.

[You have killed a Mechanical Doll (Level 1), gaining 3 Experience points.]

[You have killed a Mechanical Combat Doll (Level 3), gaining 11 Experience points.]

[...]

This was exactly what Gu Xi wanted. Those things earlier, similar to rocks, how could they be called enemies, they weren’t even worthy of being called cannon fodder.

As these mechanical dolls were eradicated, the path ahead was cleared.

A portion of the Sea Horse Cavalry swiftly headed upward, rising to the surface to see what was happening above.

But as soon as they reached the surface, they were shot back down.

Their bodies were covered with arrows as fine as cotton swabs.

Seeing them in such a state, Gu Xi couldn’t help but laugh.

”It seems the enemy’s resources in this world are really scarce.

All the soldiers have been proportionally shrunk, ultimately turning into a world of toys.”

Though he said this, Gu Xi was not careless at all.

He didn’t want to capsize in a place like this.

Gu Xi swiftly moved the Fox Eye Ring, activating the Power of the Mind, and entered a virtual state.

Downed a bottle of Magic Potion to replenish Virtual Mana, then pointed the Cold Wind Staff upward, as the Death Incarnation charged out through the black mist, breaking the surface at once.

As the Death Incarnation - Bone Dragon broke the surface, Gu Xi had already switched back his mana.

While supplementing the Ghost Realm Battlefield for the two Death Incarnations, he nodded in satisfaction.

”Now this feels much better, otherwise every time over ten thousand mana is poured in, my heart almost breaks.”

The Death Incarnations, unaware of Gu Xi’s thoughts, upon breaking the surface, immediately dove downward. The Death Incarnation - Bone Dragon’s eyes flashed, integrating Melting Light into Death Dragon Breath. With a horizontal sweep downwards, it plowed through the path like tilling a field.

All enemies surrounding the waterway collapsed under the Death Dragon Breath’s attack, not even having a chance to react.
