After learning the details of exploring the wilderness, Gu Xi quickly left with the items assigned to him.

This time, Gu Xi was not in a rush to enter the massive world that needed to be explored. Having gathered so much information from the recorder, he was surely going to organize these contents first.

The knowledge he acquired this time was a bit more extensive, and Gu Xi needed to properly organize it.

Moreover, he had just come out from the world where he advanced, and many things were yet to be sorted out, so he also had to go to Yalidov City to organize them.

Many of these matters need to be postponed for two days.

With this thought in mind, Gu Xi quickly arrived at the location initially arranged for him to enter Yalidov City.

Gu Xi didn’t even go to his own house; he directly entered Yalidov City.

Upon returning to Yalidov City,

Luna and Shaya appeared next to Gu Xi.

Seeing the two of them appear, Gu Xi knew that Victoria City was currently without incident.

After all, if there was something wrong, neither of them would be here.

”Let’s go, I happen to be heading to the library, let’s discuss the current situation.”

Gu Xi glanced at them and then led the two towards the library.

The reason for going to the library was that among the Undead Gu Xi subdued in the Mysterious Academy last time, there were several intelligent beings.

After they joined Yalidov City, they had been working in the library.

Some were responsible for transcribing, some for organizing books, and others for writing novels.

Regardless of their role, all seven or eight of them were truly intelligent.

Seizing the opportunity at hand, Gu Xi wanted to discuss the wilderness exploration with them and hear their thoughts.

Meanwhile, Gu Xi also needed to consider what he could gain from this outing to explore the wilderness.

After experiencing these few games, Gu Xi had already grown considerably.

He began to consider what the objectives were in participating in each world.

Going to the Mysterious Academy was to learn the Death Decree, and exploring the Studesstrup World was to advance as a Death Witch Lord.

So, what should Gu Xi aim to achieve in this wilderness exploration?

Sitting down in the library, Gu Xi presented this question in front of Luna and the others.

All at once, including those Undead summoned by Gu Xi, fell silent.

To be honest, the resources in Gu Xi’s hands have yet to be fully digested, and in both other periods of Yalidov City that have been activated, only one is under attack while the other has yet to be touched.

If these two places are conquered, there will be at least over a hundred vacant plots for large buildings that need filling.

The medium and small vacant plots will only be more numerous.

Gu Xi’s architectural design plans are somewhat behind; he’s even considering whether to start rebuilding existing structures.

Going out to seize territory from outside again seems a bit unsuitable.

Besides, whether the new world for wilderness exploration will have new architectural design plans is still uncertain; rushing over for something uncertain seems somewhat unreasonable.

Gu Xi’s subordinates, especially Luna, are most aware of the situation.

Upon hearing Gu Xi’s question, she stood up and said, ”As for resources, our current resource point only has one Crystal Mine, and all other resources come from previous yields.

For now, it’s manageable, as necessary stone and wood can still be found by deconstructing materials from within the city.

But as the city’s level increases, so will the level of buildings within the city.

Once a building reaches level 4, it will require rare resources to upgrade.

Without resource points, we will face difficulties later on.”

”Alright, that counts as one direction.”

Gu Xi thoughtfully considered it and realized this indeed was a problem.

In fact, this issue had already surfaced; the Corpse Witch and the Magic Tower initially required various rare resources for construction.

And that’s just the beginning; further developments like the Divine Hall and the Dragon Tomb for training Bone Dragons are massive resource consumers.

Even so, because the Undead consume fewer resources, if it were another city, resources would have been stretched thin by now.

The resources within Yalidov City were once sufficient, so Gu Xi hadn’t considered this matter.

But with Luna’s mention, Gu Xi realized this issue must be addressed.

At the very least, he needed to ensure the availability of stone, wood, and metal; later, he would look into resource points for various rare materials.

With Luna’s remarks, Shaya also spoke up, ”There’s also the issue of population; the current population of Yalidov City is still too small. This large city has a total population of less than 100,000.

It’s unreasonable, even at the initial construction of Victoria City, the population was no less than 100,000.

Due to the population issue, many buildings within the city can’t operate; the current city is starting to resemble a huge barracks.

But that’s unreasonable.”

”That’s another aspect; I’ve considered the population issue from the beginning, and I’ve already activated my talent. It’s just right to address this problem, so it’s an issue, but not a main one. Are there any others?”

Gu Xi shared his thoughts; this matter had always been on his mind and didn’t require Shaya’s reminder.

However, Shaya’s words reminded the other Undead present, and one that looked like a Skeleton but had a brain underneath the skull stood up.

He adjusted his skull to prevent his brain from falling out too easily.

”My lord, population really is a serious issue that we hadn’t considered before.

The new Undead that you acquired in the last major battle, more than half are unsuitable for combat, yet they are battle units, which is awkward.

Currently, the ratio of soldiers to other workers in our city is severely unbalanced, especially now that our High Tier combat troops are emerging; this imbalance will become more pronounced.”

Upon hearing this, Gu Xi couldn’t help but ask, ”Has the situation become this severe?”

”Yes, the balance has already been broken,” the Undead confidently stated, ”Lord, you wield the Death Decree and possess the abilities of a Death Lord.

In the coming worlds, you should leverage these advantages to recruit people into the city.”

”Indeed, if possible, large-scale summoning should also be considered; no matter what, the workforce cannot be lacking.”

The Undead each contributed their thoughts, highlighting Gu Xi’s biggest problem at the moment.

Gu Xi didn’t rush to respond; instead, he pondered carefully.

Finally, he identified the objectives for this new world wilderness exploration.

Seize resource points to supply resources for Yalidov City.

Seize surrounding villages to provide population for Yalidov City.

These two are the main objectives, with some secondary goals such as treasure hunting and information gathering, which are not essential and do not affect Gu Xi’s wilderness exploration.
