Although Gu Xi was a bit frightened, he was in a good mood. The Evil God Hall exploded in the sky, which meant his mission was completed ahead of schedule.

Even if the Lida Scroll brought in another Evil God Hall, it couldn’t take Gu Xi’s gains this time.

Sure enough, at this moment, a ding sound notification reached him.

[Evil God Hall Explosion! Main quest: Battle of the Evil God Hall completed!]

[Main Quest: Battle of the Evil God Hall]

[First round mission description: Stop the Evil God Hall from falling into the Studesstrup World (Completed).]

[Task Rewards: 1 guaranteed piece of Purple Equipment, 3 guaranteed pieces of Blue Equipment, Random Green Equipment.]

[Please return to the corresponding faction to claim the rewards and be escorted out of the Studesstrup World by this faction.]

[Note 1: If the task reward is not claimed in time, you can stay in the Studesstrup World for twenty-four days.]

[Note 2: In the absence of external enemies, the major forces within the Studesstrup World are in a state of conflict.]

Looking at the popped-up information, Gu Xi’s eyes widened.

He didn’t expect that this time he needed someone to escort him out, instead of just leaving when he wanted like before.

But thinking about it, it makes sense.

In the previous worlds he participated in, he also had to leave through a special passage. In this situation, they were dragged in temporarily and didn’t have a dedicated exit passage.

They definitely needed to return to the previous faction and ask someone to send them back.

Thinking of the Black Dragon of the Shadow Crown, his eyes lit up.

When he just opened the treasure chest, he got 4 Level 8 Soldier Recruitment Coupons.

In total, that’s twenty Black Dragons.

Just think about it, now the number of Black Dragons is going to exceed those trashy Red Dragons.

When it’s time to fight, releasing those Black Dragons will definitely feel exhilarating.

Thinking of this, Gu Xi’s eyes grew brighter, and he wanted to jump onto the Evil Coffin straight away and head to the Shadow Castle of the Shadow Crown.

But just as he summoned the Evil Coffin, he noticed Fang Kang riding a strange vehicle coming over.

”Younger Brother Gu, luckily we left early, or we would have died up there.”

As soon as he saw Gu Xi, Fang Kang immediately called out.

”Yeah, who would’ve thought that the Evil God Hall would self-destruct unexpectedly? By the way, did you see them, Donna and the others?”

”No, they probably won’t make it back.”

Fang Kang shook his head, ”But I’ve already contacted Alexander. They should have also received the news of the mission completion. When we go to them, even if there are only a few of us, we did destroy the Evil God Hall.

If they don’t give the promised six pieces of Blue Armor, we must make them regret it.”

Gu Xi then recalled that because Alexander and his team couldn’t bring soldiers into the Evil God Hall, they stayed in the Studesstrup World.

Back then, with their group of four and Alexander with only three, they agreed to share the three pieces of Blue Armor from completing the mission, each taking two pieces for the players who went on the Evil God Hall.

Now only Gu Xi and Fang Kang made it back alive.

If Alexander and the others try any tricks, there might be a fight between them.

Just as Gu Xi was about to agree, a voice came from afar.

”They’re here, quick, come over.”

Gu Xi looked in the direction of the voice and saw Alexander riding his warhorse towards them.

Following behind him were Su Chun and Ai Qingsheng, who couldn’t come along initially.

Seeing Gu Xi and the others still alive, they looked genuinely happy.

Even the usually expressionless Su Chun nodded at Gu Xi.

Alexander went even further and said, ”Oh my god, you succeeded! I can’t believe it. I thought we would have to wait for the Evil God Hall to land before attacking it.

Wait, where’s Donna?”

”Couldn’t make it back; the Evil God Hall self-destructed prematurely, and we didn’t come across them on our way out.”

Gu Xi said flatly.

The three who still had smiles on their faces fell silent for a moment upon hearing this.

They all understood that not meeting on the way out meant never coming back.

Although there weren’t any deeper ties between them, as players who fought together, hearing such news evoked a sense of shared loss.

”It’s a pity for them.”

”Yeah, they completed the mission but couldn’t return.”

The trio fell silent momentarily before starting to talk again.

Of course, soon the conversation drifted to the matters at hand.

Alexander, bound to his word, directly stated, ”You all saw, once we return, we can leave, but we must give you the promised two pieces of Blue Armor.

Not giving them would be unreasonable.

Here’s what I’m thinking, since we’re all here, let’s lay things out clearly.

What do you want? When I go to the Stu Royal Family, I’ll see if it can be arranged.”

Fang Kang looked at Alexander, noticing his honest gaze without any hint of reneging.

Thus, Fang Kang said, ”Alright, I’ll vouch for it. You three take out the lists from your respective factions, and we each pick one item. Then you place the items at the designated spot, and I’ll send them over.”

Alexander listened and didn’t immediately agree, but instead looked at Gu Xi.

”Okay.”

Gu Xi realized he couldn’t go with them to collect these items, so he had to trust Fang Kang’s honor.

Understanding Gu Xi’s intentions, Fang Kang patted his shoulder and said, ”Brother Gu, rest assured. I was recruited by the Astrology Platform. They have very convenient delivery methods.”

Hearing this, Gu Xi let go of half his concerns, and at that moment, Alexander and the others brought out the lists from their factions.

Gu Xi even saw exchange information for the Great Angel and Golden Dragon on the list.

However, given Alexander and the others’ status within these factions, redeeming them might be a challenge.

As for these three forces’ weapons and equipment, Gu Xi just glanced and lost interest.

He thought for a moment, looked at the general price of the Blue Armor, and started selecting items of comparable value.

Fang Kang was somewhat surprised by Gu Xi’s decision.

”You don’t want Blue Armor? Even if you don’t use it, your subordinates could!”

”My subordinates use Purple Armor.”

Gu Xi replied calmly.

To Gu Xi’s words, all present rolled their eyes.

However, they didn’t dwell on it further.

As long as Gu Xi’s desired items didn’t exceed the Blue Armor’s value, and since he wasn’t asking for something like a Great Angel, there shouldn’t be a problem in getting them exchanged.
