Moving On from the Tsundere, I Choose the Perfect Sweetheart

Chapter 187: Chapter 187: Su Hanhan Got Hit On

”One two, one two...!”

”Keep up in the back!”

”Stay in formation!”

...

The commotion from Gu Yifan’s class attracted the attention of everyone on the field.

Their class was the only one running laps to warm up. The other classes hadn’t even started standing at attention; their instructors were just explaining the military training guidelines.

”What major is that?”

”There are so many guys!”

”For real, I saw a few guys who are really good-looking!”

”Hey, look at the back row, there’s a handsome one!”

”Whoa, it’s true!”

”Damn... so handsome!”

”He’s my type!”

”I so want to be his girlfriend!”

”What class are they? Does anyone know?”

...

Many of the female accounting majors watched them curiously, whispering among themselves.

Their voices weren’t quiet, and their blunt words were completely undisguised!

The girls’ gushing made the surrounding guys roll their eyes.

’Are they all this forward in college?’

’No wonder people say that in college, trying to find a girl who’s still a virgin is harder than winning the lottery!’

The guys couldn’t help but start reminiscing about high school and those shy, innocent, and conservative girls.

...

At 8:30 in the morning.

Although it was still relatively early, the sun had fully emerged. It wasn’t as scorching as it would be at high noon, but it was still strong enough to make one’s skin sting slightly.

’Looks like I’ll have to go out and buy some sunscreen for that Hanhan, Su Qinghe, to put on tonight. Otherwise, with a sun this strong, after half a month of military training, Su Hanhan will end up a whole shade darker!’

Gu Yifan thought to himself.

Meanwhile, from her class’s position, Su Qinghe also spotted Gu Yifan among the crowd on the track.

Her eyes lit up slightly, though she was also a little puzzled.

’Didn’t this ”Big Bully” say his class was training in the open area by the academic building?’

’Why are they on the main field now?’

She tilted her head, unable to figure it out.

”TWEEET—”

Just then, a whistle blast interrupted her thoughts.

Everyone’s gaze involuntarily turned to the instructor standing at the front of the formation.

Their instructor was staring at them with a dark expression.

”So you all like to watch, huh?”

He said coldly.

”Er...”

For a moment, no one dared to speak.

”Everyone!”

”Attention!”

”At ease!”

”Dress left!”

Their instructor was clearly getting angry, so everyone obediently followed his commands.

”Since you love running so much, I’ll let you run your fill!”

The instructor said lightly to the crowd.

”Huh?”

As soon as he said this, everyone in Su Qinghe’s class showed terrified expressions.

”Everyone!”

”Right face!”

”Forward, run!”

”Everyone maintain formation and run two laps around the field!”

...

「Two minutes later.」

Gu Yifan’s group had just finished one lap. As they were orderly withdrawing towards the basketball court, they happened to run into Su Qinghe’s class.

The two classes passed each other, both curiously sizing the other up.

Gu Yifan spotted Su Qinghe in the crowd at a glance, and at that same moment, she saw him too.

Their eyes met.

Gu Yifan smiled slightly and mouthed ”Su Hanhan” to her. Seeing this, Su Qinghe couldn’t help but blush.

’This ”Big Bully” only knows how to tease me!’

Su Qinghe pouted, grumbling to herself.

Because the formation was large and noisy while running, no one else saw this exchange.

At that moment.

”Don’t fall behind, back there! Keep up!”

The instructor’s voice rang out from the edge of the track, and everyone couldn’t help but speed up a little.

Su Qinghe looked back and saw that Gu Yifan’s group was already far away.

Since the basketball court was some distance from the main field, it was a given that the two of them wouldn’t be able to see each other again for a while.

’But that’s okay. Once military training is dismissed, I can go find that jerk Gu Yifan.’

Shaking off her wandering thoughts, Su Qinghe turned back and began to run seriously with her class.

...

The morning passed quickly, spent standing at attention.

To Gu Yifan’s surprise, Ge Rundong hadn’t deliberately given him a hard time.

Although the instructor had paid a lot of attention to him all morning, he hadn’t gone out of his way to make things difficult for him.

If Ge Rundong knew what Gu Yifan was thinking, the instructor wouldn’t have been able to resist giving him a huge slap across the face!

As a soldier, even though Ge Rundong was a bit annoyed with Gu Yifan, he wasn’t so petty as to go out of his way to make things difficult for him.

Besides, in his eyes, Gu Yifan was just a freshman brat. It was even more unnecessary to do something like that.

”TWEEET—”

”Everyone!”

”Attention!”

”At ease!”

”Dismissed!”

At the instructor’s single word of dismissal, the crowd scattered in an instant.

Like wild horses that had broken free, they all bolted wildly towards the school cafeteria.

The scene was a beautiful disaster, too tragic to look at.

Actually, this was quite normal.

After all, they had been standing for a whole morning. Everyone was tired, hungry, and thirsty. At this point, they could probably devour an entire elephant if you put one in front of them.

Of course!

A few people weren’t in such a hurry.

Su Qinghe was one of them.

She looked down at the empty mineral water bottle in her hand and could only swallow silently.

’Just bear with it. I’ll have water to drink when I get back.’

She thought to herself.

In fact, Gu Yifan had prepared several bottles of water for her that morning, which should have been enough for the whole morning.

But during training, she noticed that Bao Baijie and a few others had forgotten to buy water in their morning rush, so she shared hers with them, leaving only one bottle for herself. That’s why she didn’t have enough.

”Su Qinghe.”

Just then, a voice sounded beside her.

Hearing someone call her name, Su Qinghe turned her head in confusion. A boy about 1.75 meters tall was standing in front of her. Su Qinghe didn’t know him, but he looked a little familiar. ’He must be a classmate,’ she thought.

The boy’s face was slightly red—it was hard to tell if it was from the sun or nervousness. He smiled at Su Qinghe and said, ”Hello, Su Qinghe. You must be thirsty, right? This water is for you.”

”Huh?”

Su Qinghe froze for a moment.

Coming to her senses, she quickly waved her hands and refused, ”N-No, it’s fine. I’m not thirsty. Thank you.”

’No way!’

’How could I possibly accept water from another guy!’

’If that ”Big Bully” Gu Yifan found out, he’d definitely beat me until I cried.’

”Uh...”

Seeing Su Qinghe refuse, the boy was clearly taken aback.
