Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 285: Chapter 284 I Want to Report

An Hao’s mood was very calm at that moment, and she started reviewing the questions as soon as she got the exam paper, briefly glancing over the content to identify which questions were easy and could be quickly answered.

As soon as the bell rang, she picked up her pen and began to answer.

She had reviewed all these topics, especially those that required memorization, which she knew like the back of her hand.

There was no need to stop writing to think; the tip of her pen swiftly moved, and answers appeared on the paper one by one.

She immersed herself in the exam, completely forgetting everything around her.

After finishing and checking over her work, the time had come to hand in her paper.

During the break, Shen Zhihua came to ask her how the exam went, and An Hao honestly replied that she felt it went okay.

Shen Zhihua also said that the difficulty was manageable and he felt confident about the first exam, encouraging An Hao to keep up the good work.

Song Yueqin managed to finish the first exam somehow, but she did not feel very good about it.

When the geography exam came, and she saw that pile of questions on the paper, her mind went completely blank.

Any question about atmospheric pressure, asking to determine wind directions or the height of the pressure after recognizing the wind direction, left her utterly bewildered.

She had already made a mistake in one exam, and if she made another in this one, her college entrance examination was truly worrying.

Song Yueqin was very anxious and regretted her past choices.

She must have been kicked in the head by a donkey to have chosen liberal arts.

Liberal arts was not her strong suit, nor were all the sciences; facing one unfamiliar question after another, she totally panicked!

Her hand involuntarily reached into her pocket.

There were a few cheat sheets she had prepared the night before, knowing geography was not her strength, so she had paid her mother, Zhang Juyun, to copy down several important sections onto the paper.

Taking advantage of the teacher’s momentary inattention, she nervously took out the cheat sheets and surreptitiously began to copy several questions.

Even though she copied a few questions, there were still many she did not know how to answer.

The more she looked, the colder her heart felt, and the more restless she became. Seeing An Hao answering non-stop, Song Yueqin felt as if she was watching a college future waving at An Hao.

Why did she deserve to go to college, why was she allowed to marry Qin Jian in the future?

All these feelings of unfairness were chaotically fluttering in her heart, making her very uncomfortable, when at that moment, the bell marking the end of the exam rang.

Song Yueqin looked at the large blank spaces on her exam paper, and her mind exploded in a buzz.

She was doomed! She was doomed!

She was certain she wouldn’t get into college!

She was panicked and unwilling to accept this outcome!

As the teacher collected the papers, she foolishly made a very bold and malicious decision.

She aimed the cheat sheets in her pocket at the open pocket of An Hao’s skirt and swiftly threw them in.

Then she stood up, looked at the proctoring teacher, and said, ”Teacher, I want to report something!”

The proctor, who was collecting exam papers, stopped and asked, ”What is it that you want to report, student?”

Song Yueqin looked at An Hao, clenched her teeth, and said, ”I want to report this student An Hao in front of me! I just saw her cheating!”

Her statement shocked the entire classroom of students.

All eyes were instantly on An Hao, and the expressions on their faces were dismissively contemptuous.

The moment An Hao heard Song Yueqin’s accusation, her mind went blank for an instant.
