Building a Technological Power Starting with the Type 59 missile and Going Astray in Technological Development

Chapter 53: A $2 ContractChapter 53: A $ million contract
After the people from the 617 Mechanical Arsenal left the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, not long after, another huge convoy slowly drove over.

Yes, these are the distinguished guests from Saudi Arabia in the Camel Region.

Seeing this scene, Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun looked at each other, and the corners of their mouths unconsciously rose slightly.

The future Daikin boss of 077 Mechanical Arsenal has arrived!

”Mr. Song, it’s our turn to perform next!” Lin Chenran said softly.

Hearing this, Song Xiyun also laughed and said, ”Okay, we must let them see the strength of our 077 Mechanical Military Factory.”

Suddenly, the two of them burst into laughter.

As the Saudi convoy in the Camel area arrived in front of the building of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, it slowly stopped.

Lin Chenran stood aside, looking at this luxurious convoy, and couldn’t help but sigh in his heart: ”As expected of the big money sponsor of the Sand Country in the Camel Region, it’s really rich and powerful.”

All of these vehicles were Rolls-Royce Phantoms, and each one exuded an atmosphere of luxury.

”He is indeed a wealthy dog owner!” Lin Chenran couldn’t help but sigh.

Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun looked at each other, then strode forward, ready to greet the ”big money man” who got out of the car.

Then, the car door slowly opened, and a group of people wearing white cloth and white clothes got off the car one after another. Their clothes were unique and eye-catching, making them recognizable at a glance.

There is no way, the recognition is too high!

Lin Chenran walked forward with a smile and shook Abdul’s hand enthusiastically: ”Abdul, my friend, warmly welcome to the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.”

Abdul held Lin Chenran’s hand tightly, his eyes full of gratitude: ”Lin, my friend, thank you so much!”

He knew very well that Lin Chenran had come back from Russia specially to meet him, and he was deeply comforted by this friendship.

Of course, this was all informed to him in advance by the staff of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

He was more concerned about whether he could successfully purchase a large number of Type 59 civilian engineering vehicles.

Lin Chenran invited without hesitation: ”Abdul, let’s go and visit the production and manufacturing workshop of the Type 077 civilian engineering vehicle at our 59 Mechanical Military Factory.”

Abdul nodded happily: ”Okay, then I’ll trouble you to lead the way.”

The group of people marched in a mighty procession towards the production and manufacturing workshop of the Type 077 civilian engineering vehicle at the 59 Mechanical Military Factory.

Along the way, Lin Chenran introduced the facilities and craftsmanship along the way to everyone, showing his pride in his own products.

When Abdul and others saw the production and manufacturing of the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle, they nodded repeatedly and expressed their satisfaction.

Although Saudi Arabia is not short of funds, who doesn’t want to save a lot?

The Type 077 civilian engineering vehicle and other types of engineering vehicles produced by the 59 Machinery Military Factory are cheap, practical and have powerful performance.

This is no more cost-effective than buying backward engineering vehicles from other countries.

The representative of Saudi Arabia in the Camel Region: We are rich and we are a big victim, but we are not stupid!

”Abdul, since your country is very hot, we can upgrade and optimize the existing Type 59 civilian engineering vehicles, add a more powerful air conditioning system, and add stronger sun protection.”

”Even if your employees are working in temperatures of 40 or 50 degrees, he can’t feel the heat in the cab, he can only feel the coolness.”

Then Lin Chenran joked: ”Abdul, I’m afraid that when the air conditioner is turned on high enough, your employees will have to wear thick clothes to work.”

Suddenly everyone at the scene burst into laughter.

This is so funny!
What technical patents does the air conditioner have?

Gulliver: He is slandering me! He is slandering me!

In the hot desert, the temperature is extremely high. Without air conditioning, it is difficult for people to endure this high temperature environment. Air conditioning is very necessary in desert areas.

A hint of excitement flashed in Lin Chenran’s eyes. He seemed to have seen a huge business opportunity - selling refrigerators and air conditioners.

These home appliances require certain technical support, but the required technology is not particularly advanced.

For the 077 Mechanical Military Factory, they have sufficient strength to produce these products.

Even if it can’t be done in the end, with Lin Chenran around, any technical difficulties can be easily solved.

……

The negotiations between the two sides went very smoothly and the atmosphere was harmonious.

Finally, with many people witnessing it, the Saudi Kingdom in the Camel Region decided to place an order worth 077 million US dollars to the Mechanical Military Factory.

They also promised that the subsequent experience of using the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle will be good, and they will continue to place additional orders.

”Abdul, my friend, thank you for your trust and support for our 077 Mechanical Military Factory and Type 59 Civilian Engineering Vehicle.” Lin Chenran said with a smile.

“You’re welcome. We have a mutually beneficial relationship.”

”The Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle performs really well.”

Abdul waved his hand and responded calmly.

For him, the cooperation with the 077 Mechanical Arsenal was just an appetizer.

And his final outcome was to negotiate with the Yan State military.

The 077 Mechanical Military Factory and the Type 59 Civilian Engineering Vehicle are just a ”cover” to confuse the Russians and the Americans.

As the situation in the Camel region is not very stable, Saudi leaders want to purchase weapons and equipment to ensure their country’s territorial security.

After hitting a wall with the two countries of Russia and the United States, Saudi Arabia in the Camel Region turned its attention to the great power in the East.

There is no other way. Although the price of purchasing ”weapons and equipment” from the Russian Bear is advantageous, various conditions are attached.

But the price is very high if purchased from the Eagle Sauce. They treat the Saudi Arabia in the Camel region like a ”fat pig” on the plate and slaughter it at will. Some high-tech weapons are not sold because they are afraid that the Saudi Arabia will target their own brothers.

Just as Abdul was about to leave, Lin Chenran whispered in his ear: ”Abdul, I know you didn’t come to Yan Country just to buy Type 59 civilian engineering vehicles.”

Upon hearing this, an unnatural look of surprise appeared on Abdul’s face, and then he looked at the entourage he brought with him.

”Abdul, you don’t have to look around. This is my guess. Since the war broke out again in the camel area, your country feels that the weapons in its hands are not safe, so it needs to purchase a batch of weapons to take back.”

”Otherwise, why would you come to Yan Country for so long just for an order of 20 million US dollars?”

Lin Chenran directly stated his guess.

”really……”

Lin Chenran continued, ”I guess you guys must have run into a wall at the hands of the Russians or the Eagles, so you set your sights on our country.”

”After all, the killer weapons in your hands are sold by us.”

Abdul felt that Lin Chenran saw through him completely.

”Abdul, we have a very exciting test this afternoon, I think you should be interested.”

”And the top military officials of Yan Country will also be present!”

Lin Chenran simply took advantage of the power of another to bully others.
