Chapter 44: Spend Lin Chenran's money and use your own connectionsChapter 44: Spend Lin Chenran’s money and use your own connections

Kovlevich and Alexander came back together and found Lin Chenran.

”Lin, the Mi-26 helicopter is ready. We can leave this barren land of scrapped and retired tanks.” Kovlevich walked to Lin Chenran and said with a smile.

Lin Chenran looked at him and nodded: ”Okay, we can set off.”

So everyone got into the jeep and left.

After a while, they returned to the original apron.

Before leaving, Lin Chenran smiled and said to Alexander: ”I left some small gifts for you and your soldiers.”

Alexander was stunned when he heard this, but he still smiled and nodded, ”Oh? What gift?”

Lin Chenran continued, ”Kovlevich will give them to you later.”

After hearing this, Alexander’s eyes flashed with anticipation, and he asked curiously, ”What is it?”

Lin Chenran smiled and replied, ”There is a small amount of liquor and some canned fruit in it.”

When Alexander heard this, his eyes suddenly lit up and his heart was filled with surprise.

He knew that these two items were very popular in the country, relatively scarce, and most importantly: free!!!
Lin Chenran looked at Alexander’s expression, the corners of his mouth slightly raised, and continued: ”You are working hard to guard here, this is a little gift from me, I hope you like it.”

In fact, Lin Chenran had another purpose for doing this - to bribe Alexander.

Alexander is the person in charge of this barren land of retired and scrapped tanks. With him here, his plan can be implemented more smoothly.

Everyone in the Bear Country cannot live without liquor, especially in the cold winter, a glass of hot liquor can make people feel warm.

Canned fruits are even more precious. In this season, fruits can hardly grow, and the people of the Bear Country can only taste the flavor of fruits through canned foods.

The two gifts given by Lin Chenran not only meet the needs of Alexander and the soldiers in the garrison, but also make them feel his sincerity and concern.

This place is a barren land where tanks are scrapped and retired. No high-ranking military officials have come here for many years, let alone expressed any condolences.

Now, Lin Chenran not only treated the soldiers to their favorite vodka, but also sent a batch of spirits and canned fruits.

This is undoubtedly a kind of respect and care for these soldiers.

Alexander looked at Kovlevich beside him, waiting for his next response.

When Kovlevich saw this, he was secretly delighted and thought: You are a teachable boy!

Then Kovlevich smiled, with a hint of approval in his eyes: ”Alexander, since Lin wants to send you a batch of supplies, you should accept it!”

Alexander was delighted when he heard this, and quickly bowed to Lin Chenran to express his gratitude.

He showed a slight smile on his face, his eyes revealed gratitude, and saluted Lin Chenran: ”Thank you for the concern of the Davari family for our soldiers stationed there.”

At this time, his favorability towards Lin Chenran increased again, from friendship to respect.

He realized that Lin Chenran was not just an ordinary guest, but also a friend worth making friends with.

Lin Chenran smiled and responded: ”You’re welcome, this is a token of consolation to the hero.”

He knew that these soldiers had been stationed here for a long time and were enduring harsh conditions and pressure.

The delivery of supplies was just one of his ways to express his respect, but for these soldiers, it was a warm care.

He hopes that by doing this, he can narrow the distance between them and establish a better relationship.

If you need anything at that time, the other party may turn a blind eye.

To facilitate Lin Chen’s subsequent actions!

Lin Chenran waved his hand and spoke lightly.

Lin Chenran, Kovlevich and Alexander were all very satisfied with this.

Everyone profited!

Common name: win three times!!!
”See you next time, Alexander!”

Lin Chenran smiled and said goodbye to Alexander, then turned around and followed everyone else to board the huge Mi-26 helicopter.

Alexander stood there quietly, watching them leave.

He stood up straight and saluted solemnly. ”Boom boom boom!”

With a deafening engine roar, the Mi-26 helicopter started and gradually rose.

The strong airflow generated by the rotation of the huge propeller blew up a cloud of dust, but this did not affect the smooth takeoff of the aircraft.

Not long after, the Mi-26 helicopter took Lin Chenran and others away from the barren land where the tanks were scrapped and retired.

Next, they are about to set off for another destination, to where the retired and scrapped warships of the Bear Country Navy are located.

Lin Chenran sat in the Mi-26 helicopter, admiring the magnificent scenery below through the window.

After admiring it, he turned around and started talking to Kovlevich.

”Kovlevich, I may have crossed the line this time, but this is all for the sake of better cooperation.”

There was a hint of apology in Lin Chenran’s voice.

What he mentioned was exactly the matter of bribing Alexander and giving him supplies.

He didn’t want to leave any resentment or doubt in Kovlevich’s mind.

Because all the transactions on the Russian side were completed by Kovlevich.

Whatever is needed in the later stage, the other party will also need to do it.

”Lin, you didn’t cross the line. If you hadn’t taken those actions, I would have eventually distributed some of the supplies to the barren land where the tanks were scrapped and retired. Only in this way can we make those soldiers willingly serve us.”

Kovlevich said with understanding.

Kovlevich is not a fool. He knows very well that Lin Chenran’s approach can not only save him money, but also help him win the gratitude of the soldiers.

This is a good thing that kills two birds with one stone!

Not only did it help him save some money, but it also made the soldiers grateful to him.

He didn’t mind Lin Chenran continuing to do such good things in front of him.

After hearing this, Lin Chenran felt a little relieved.

He was worried that Kovlevich would be unhappy with his behavior.

And now it seems that Kovlevich fully understands and supports it.

The relationship between the two became closer as a result.

Use Lin Chenran’s money and use your own connections.

why not!

Kovlevich also has to thank Lin Chenran!
Seeing this, Lin Chenran smiled.

”Thank you for your understanding, Kovlevich.”

……

Soon, Lin Chenran and Kovlevich arrived at the place where the Russian warships were decommissioned and scrapped.

Looking down from the Mi-26 helicopter!

This is a vast sea area with many abandoned and retired warships docked around it.

The sea breeze blew by, carrying with it a salty and bitter taste.

The sunlight shines on the sea, the waves sparkle and reflect dazzling light.

Soon, the Mi-26 helicopter landed slowly.

At this time, the officer stationed here stepped forward and saluted respectfully.

Then he took Lin Chenran and others to a place.

Kovlevich pointed to the two retired and scrapped warships in front of him and said, ”Lin, these are two retired and scrapped warships. You can drive them back to Yan Country for dismantling.”

Lin Chenran: ”This...”
