Building a Technological Power Starting with the Type 59 missile and Going Astray in Technological Development

Chapter 34 Signing a contract and reaching cooperationChapter 34 Signing a contract and reaching cooperation

The news shocked him, but at the same time it also gave him a glimpse of hope.

If what Lin Chenran said is true, then this might be a great opportunity for their second textile factory to turn around!

Thinking of this, Wu Changqing couldn’t help but feel a sense of anticipation and excitement.

He secretly thought that if he could seize this opportunity and reach a cooperation agreement with Lin Chenran, it would undoubtedly be a major breakthrough for the Second Textile Factory and even a ”rebirth”.

It will not only solve the current difficulties faced by the Second Textile Factory, but also bring new development opportunities.

After talking everything out, the two sides started chatting.

”You want to start international trading on a large scale?”

Wu Changqing was shocked when he heard this.

The road to becoming a domestic trader is already very difficult and dangerous.

And now Lin Chenran actually wants to open up the ”trading road” between China and the Russian bear, which is simply a fantasy.

Large-scale material exchange requires a powerful background and strong resource support.

Otherwise, everything is empty talk.

The approval process for a series of related documents such as customs clearance permits is extremely cumbersome and complicated, which directly blocks 99% of people from entering.

Currently, most of the ”international traders” shuttling back and forth between the two countries are only engaged in small-scale trading activities, all of which are done covertly.

It is impossible for them to resell goods on a large scale at one time like Lin Chenran did.

”This”

Wu Changqing couldn’t help but hesitate. In his impression, Lin Chenran didn’t seem to have the strength and resources to achieve this goal.

When he thought about it, Lin Chenran was so young and yet he could become the director of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

The background behind it must be not simple.

Maybe Lin Chenran really has the ability to open up this ”international trader’s road”?

”Director Wu, don’t worry. You just need to prepare the mountains of light industrial goods in your warehouse. I will take care of all the other problems later.”

Lin Chenran supported himself on the table with both hands, leaned forward slightly, and looked at the person opposite him with firm eyes.

His voice is steady and powerful, making people feel at ease and trustworthy.

”Also, our 077 Mechanical Military Factory will pay you % of the payment. After I return from the Bear Country, I will settle the remaining payment.”

Although Lin Chenran’s tone was still calm, it carried an irresistible power.

The 30% payment for the goods was undoubtedly a timely help to the Second Textile Factory.

This money can help them solve their current difficulties and ease financial pressure. At the same time, it can also allow employees in the factory to get the wages they deserve, thereby stabilizing people’s hearts and restoring production order.

This will allow the Second Textile Factory to resume production of new clothing products and put them on the market.

When Wu Changqing saw Lin Chenran’s sincere proposal to pay 30% of the purchase price, he couldn’t help but feel deeply moved.

He knew that this cooperation with the 077 Mechanical Military Factory was crucial to his own factory. If successful, it would bring a turning point to the Second Textile Factory.

So he decided not to hesitate any longer and accepted the proposal decisively.

The most important point is that by cooperating with the 077 Mechanical Military Factory, we can leverage the other party’s strength and resources to quickly enhance the competitiveness of the Second Textile Factory.

This will enable the Second Textile Mill to get out of its predicament more quickly and achieve profit growth.

Although there may be certain risks involved, there is no better choice under the current circumstances.

As long as the 077 Mechanical Military Factory exists, Wu Changqing doesn’t have to worry about Lin Chenran suddenly disappearing with the batch of goods.

Because he knew that the profits that the 077 Mechanical Military Factory earned from the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicles far exceeded the value of the goods themselves.

As the saying goes: ”You can reach the first day but not the fifteenth.”

He firmly believed that Lin Chenran would not lose the big picture for the sake of small gains and give up greater benefits.

”Picking up sesame seeds and losing watermelons!!!”

And as long as you read the contract carefully afterwards, the risk should be reduced to a very low level.

It’s settled!!!

“Thank you Director Lin and Mr. Song for your strong support to our brother factory.”

”I will never forget your great kindness.” ”All my gratitude is in this glass of wine.”

”I drank it, you guys can do whatever you want!”

Then Wu Changqing drank the glass of white wine on the table in one gulp.

”Director Wu, you are too polite.”

Lin Chenran said with a smile.

”We are all one family from now on!”

”Okay, okay, okay!” Wu Changqing nodded excitedly. ”With Director Lin’s promise, I feel more at ease.”

Immediately afterwards, Lin Chenran and the other two began to discuss the details of the cooperation in depth.

……

Wu Changqing watched the car carrying Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun leave, and whispered: ”Ah! It’s so good to be alive!”

”As expected of Lin Chenran, you cunning little fox.”

Wu Changqing has a very high opinion of Lin Chenran.

He is worthy of being the director of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory at such a young age.

He is very experienced and cunning!
……

At the same time, Lin Chenran, who was pretending to be drunk, sat up upright, and his red cheeks disappeared in an instant, as if the drunkenness just now was just an illusion.

He looked ahead with sharp eyes, as if thinking about something important.

After a while, Lin Chenran slowly asked, ”Mr. Song, what do you think of Wu Changqing?”

Song Xiyun frowned slightly, thought for a moment and then replied: ”Overall, he gives me a good impression.”

Lin Chenran nodded in agreement, and then said, ”Yeah, I think so too.”

”He doesn’t have those hypocritical things, which makes me more satisfied.”

In Lin Chenran’s eyes, the Second Textile Factory had become something he must obtain.

……

The next day, the sun was shining brightly, and Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun arrived at the Second Textile Factory on time as agreed.

Their arrival attracted the attention of the workers in the factory, and everyone was guessing who this mysterious guest was.

At this time, Wu Changqing had already been standing at the gate waiting with several senior executives of the Second Textile Factory.

His eyes looked into the distance from time to time, looking forward to Lin Chenran’s appearance.

Finally, he saw a convoy of cars approaching in the distance.

After a while, several cars stopped steadily in front of the gate of the Second Textile Factory.

The car door opened, and Lin Chenran, Song Xiyun and several senior executives of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory slowly got out of the car.

They are wearing neat suits and look confident and calm?

Wu Changqing went forward to greet them with a smile on his face, and said warmly: ”Welcome Director Lin and Mr. Song to the Second Textile Factory to give us guidance.”

”We have been looking forward to your arrival!”

Lin Chenran smiled and responded, ”Haha, Director Wu, you’re welcome.”

”I came here today mainly to learn about the situation of the Second Textile Factory.”

”I hope we can work together to make the Second Textile Factory bigger and stronger!”

After the two sides exchanged greetings, Wu Changqing personally led Lin Chenran and others into the Second Textile Factory. Along the way, he gave a detailed introduction to the current situation and future plans of the factory, and also expressed his gratitude to Lin Chenran.

Lin Chenran listened carefully to Wu Changqing’s report, asking questions and giving suggestions from time to time.

The whole visit went very smoothly and both parties left a good impression on each other.

Next, we come to the point that Wu Changqing is most concerned about and focuses on.

That is the cooperation between the Second Textile Factory and the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

A senior executive of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory took out a document from his briefcase and handed it carefully to Lin Chenran.
