Building a Technological Power Starting with the Type 59 missile and Going Astray in Technological Development

Chapter 51 Lin Chenran: Mr. Wei, you are anxious again! Don’t be anxious!Chapter 51 Lin Chenran: Mr. Wei, you are anxious again! Don’t be anxious!
After Song Xiyun left, Lin Chenran began to deal with the affairs of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

Some matters require him to make decisions personally, while other matters require him to understand them in depth before making a decision.

If it weren’t for the senior management of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal and Song Xiyun helping to handle a large number of matters, Lin Chenran probably wouldn’t even have time to rest.

……

Three days passed in a flash!
The T72 tank was finally secretly transported to the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

Also arriving with him were Mr. Zhu and his group from the 617 Mechanical Arsenal.

In addition, the Yan State military also specially organized a large number of officers to inspect and evaluate the special steel produced by the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

……

Mr. Wei from the military equipment department arrived at the 077 Mechanical Arsenal the night before.

Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun accompanied them throughout the whole process.

Due to the hot sales of the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle in the domestic and international markets, the factory buildings and production lines of the 077 Machinery Military Factory have been comprehensively upgraded and optimized.

The 077 Mechanical Arsenal has gotten rid of its old and dilapidated status quo and is now completely new, with great improvements in both equipment and environment.

Walking into the factory, you can see various brand-new mechanical equipment in the spacious and bright workshop. These equipment not only improve production efficiency, but also ensure product quality.

The workers were wearing uniform work clothes and were busy operating the machines, their faces filled with confident and satisfied smiles.

All this is due to the success of the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle.

It not only brought huge profits to the 077 Mechanical Military Factory, but also brought new vitality to this once forgotten military factory.

”Mr. Wei, our Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle is selling well in domestic and overseas markets.”

“So we need to arrange staff to work in three shifts.”

”Of course, we will provide overtime compensation and other benefits. We will not exploit our employees. You can rest assured!”

Lin Chenran gave a brief explanation.

As for his employees, Lin Chenran certainly doesn’t want to be like the unscrupulous bosses of later generations who exploit their employees to death.

And the 077 Mechanical Military Factory is not yet considered a factory in Lin Chenran’s hands.

He will arrange all the welfare benefits and overtime pay for employees.

In the past, the 077 Machinery Military Factory was half-dead and even salaries could not be paid on time.

Now, with the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle selling like hot cakes, wages are paid on time and various welfare benefits have been epically enhanced.

Upon seeing this, the employees of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal worked particularly hard and they immediately started working in three shifts.

After hearing this, Mr. Wei showed a slight smile on his face.

The 077 Mechanical Military Factory is the only one among the third-line military factories.

Various welfare benefits are far ahead.

”Lin boy, it seems I was right about you!”

Mr. Wei was very pleased with this!
”Mr. Wei, to be honest, if the employees work hard, the efficiency of the factory will be greatly improved. If you still exploit the employees, they will point fingers at you and scold you.”

Then, Lin Chenran said jokingly: ”If our old man knew about this, a full-scale fight would be inevitable.”

Suddenly everyone burst into laughter!

After visiting the production and manufacturing workshop of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory, Lin Chenran took Mr. Wei to the cafeteria!

At this time, Wei Lao was puzzled and asked: ”Lin boy, aren’t we going to the laboratory of your 077 Mechanical Military Factory?”

”Why are you taking us to the cafeteria of your 077 Mechanical Arsenal?”

Lin Chenran smiled slightly: ”Old Wei, the emperor doesn’t lack hungry soldiers!”

”Let me eat your fill!”

Lin Chenran was actually thinking about Mr. Wei and others.

After all, they rushed to the 077 Mechanical Arsenal so late.

”You boy!!!”

”In the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, you are the boss and I listen to you.” Old Wei is very smart, how could he not know what Lin Chenran is thinking.

”Thank you, Mr. Wei!”

Look, Lin Chenran brought Wei Lao and others to the canteen window of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

He said proudly: ”Everyone, eat as much as you want. I, Master Lin, will pay for the supper tonight!!!”

Suddenly there was laughter!

When it comes to controlling the situation, Lin Chenran is absolutely top-notch.

Very considerate of everyone’s feelings!
……

After everyone finished their midnight snack and sat down, Lin Chenran expressed his inner thoughts.

”Mr. Wei, tomorrow in addition to your military personnel participating in our 077 Mechanical Military Factory’s special steel testing experiment, I would also like to arrange for a group of guests to participate and watch together!”

A bit unconventional though!
However, in order to promote his own second-generation main battle tank, Lin Chenran directly asked Mr. Wei for advice.

Mr. Wei instantly understood what Lin Chenran did.

They want to use tomorrow’s test experiment to promote the second-generation main battle tank of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

Mr. Wei did not agree immediately, but asked Lin Chenran who the other party was!

”Mr. Wei, they are distinguished guests from the Kingdom of Sand in the Camel Region.”

Lin Chenran did not hide anything and said it openly.

”The Camel Region Sand Country?”

Of course, Mr. Wei has heard of the famous Saudi Arabia, which is known as ”the richest country in the world with only a piece of cloth on its head.”

A batch of ”big killer weapons” were purchased from Yan Country before.

Saudi Arabia, the most important camel country, is very sensible and pays its ”party dues” every year!
”Yes! It’s them. They like the Type 59 civilian engineering vehicle and came here to discuss cooperation.”

”but……”

Lin Chenran did not continue speaking.

And Mr. Wei immediately guessed Lin Chenran’s intention.

That is to sell the second-generation main battle tanks of their 077 Mechanical Military Factory to Saudi customers in the Camel area.

Old Wei frowned instantly.

The domestic military has not yet obtained any powerful second-generation main battle tanks.

The 077 Mechanical Military Factory actually sold it directly to other countries.

From the perspective of the Yan State military, this powerful second-generation main battle tank cannot be exported.

When Lin Chenran saw that Old Wei was frowning, he guessed what the other party was thinking at this moment!
However, if the second-generation main battle tanks of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal cannot be exported, it will be a huge blow to them.

Elder Wei sighed secretly: ”Are you really going to sell your 077 Machinery Military Factory’s second-generation main battle tanks to Saudi Arabia?”

”It is impossible to export this special steel.”

Mr. Wei said tactfully.

”Mr. Wei, if our 077 Mechanical Arms Factory doesn’t show some real skills, how can we open up the international arms sales market?”

Lin Chenran asked back directly!
”But you can’t export this special steel either?”

Mr. Wei became anxious!
”Mr. Wei, look, you’re anxious again!”

”Don’t be impatient!”

”Our 077 Mechanical Arsenal is researching stronger special steel, and its performance indicators are twice as strong as the existing ones.”

“Then the next generation of special steel will be able to replace the previous generation.”

Lin Chenran explained briefly!
”This……”

Old Wei hesitated. If what Lin Chenran said was true, the second-generation main battle tanks of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal could be exported.
