Chapter 460: 443 Noa (600 each plus more~3/6)Chapter 460: Chapter 443 Noa (600 each plus more~3/6)

Now, Noa City was the only city connected to camps across the entire region by the Long-distance Transmission Array.

In terms of building the teleportation network, Qingshan City couldn’t match them.

Although this was also because there were many fewer camps in the Southern Australia Region than in Qingshan City.

When Mu Ying emerged from the Transmission Array, she found herself in a building corridor, looking left and right, each building’s rooftop had a Transmission Array.

This use of space, Mu Ying had to admit was impressive; even the rooftops were utilized.

Between the rooftops, there were even walkways connecting them.

Mu Ying walked to the railing at the edge and saw that it wasn’t just the rooftops that had railings, but every floor of every building throughout the entire city was interconnected by walkways.

It was possible to walk through all the buildings within the Main Territory from any floor.

This use of space, who wouldn’t be impressed?

Maps of the territory were placed at intervals throughout the building floors, so getting lost wasn’t a concern.

Mu Ying found the closest hotel to the Lord’s Apartment on the map and checked in.

This hotel was one she had read about, and allegedly, there was a breakfast cafe across from it where the Lord of Noa was a regular visitor.

She specifically chose a room with a view of the breakfast café opposite.

The next morning, she saw Noa coming down from the building to go buy something at the breakfast café.

Actually, Mu Ying had never seen Noa and recognized him mainly because people greeted him as “Lord” along the way.

Moreover, his appearance matched the description in the data.

So, Mu Ying also decisively went down to buy breakfast.

When she entered, she happened to bump into someone coming out.

“Lord Noa, when can we connect the Transmission Array with Qingshan City?”

Indeed, Mu Ying was direct with her questioning.

Mainly because she didn’t want to expose herself, she couldn’t log into Noa’s Territory Internal Network to search for information.

Nor had Noa made any definite statements about cooperation before.

All Mu Ying could do was to ask the Lord himself, which was also the most accurate approach.

Nobody seemed easier to approach than Noa, as one could tell from the people greeting him that morning.

“Are you from Xia Country? Wanting to return to Xia Country?” Noa glanced at her black hair.

“Yes,” Mu Ying said.

“Then wait until Mu Ying arrives, you should prepare the transmission fee in advance, I guess she’s coming to us next,” Noa said.

“Got it!” Mu Ying agreed, watching him walk away.

Success!

As she expected, Noa simply didn’t have the resources to build a Cross-Regional Transfer Array himself, so he would definitely need to cooperate with other territories, and why not cooperate? There was no reason to refuse them from Qingshan City.

After reverting to her original appearance, Mu Ying visited Noa again.

This time she went directly to the Lord’s Apartment, Noa’s residence.

“Welcome!” Noa ushered her in. “Recently, many people have been asking when they can build a Cross-Regional Transfer Array with your territory! I guessed that aside from those first two who sent cooperation invitations, your optimal choice must be us; indeed, every City-level Territory’s best option for cooperation is us, as everyone knows we are populous and poor,” he said.

“But I was the only one to come so quickly, wasn’t I? It seems, for now, that we are the only territory capable of crossing the ocean to cooperate with you,” Mu Ying said.

“Indeed, just by that alone, Qingshan City is already in an invincible position.”

Noa sighed, feeling extremely envious.

But he was also truly poor.

Being poor meant having to recognize reality and understand what conditions were most advantageous for him at the moment.

The two chose a cooperative model where Qingshan City would cover all the construction costs and enjoy all the benefits until Noa made up half the difference and then they would start splitting the profits.

The Transmission Array would be located on the top floor of the Lord’s Apartment building.

After the Transmission Array was completed, Mu Ying was the first to teleport back to Qingshan City, then she took the Transmission Array to the westernmost camp in the Xia Country Region and continued westward.

The remaining territories in the Northern Europe Region and Neon Region were not as easy to deal with and were tougher nuts to crack.

The Luoya Territory in Northern Europe had also recently been upgraded to a city-level, and the Sakura Territory in Neon had been upgraded around the same time.

Next, she planned to visit Luoya City.

On her way, she occasionally checked the forum, mainly to catch up on any latest developments concerning these two territories.

She indeed discovered something. Sakura City had recently recruited players skilled in shipbuilding and was constructing ships.

It was said to be planning to cross the ocean to the nearest Southern Australia Region to establish cooperation.

This was clearly an unwillingness to cooperate with Qingshan City, as the Neon Region and Xia Country Region were much closer to it than the Southern Australia Region.

Choosing the farther option was simply because they saw Qingshan City as a formidable competitor.

They even thought about building a Transmission Array in Southern Australia to compete with Qingshan City for people!

And then there was Luoya City, which had not built ships but had recruited Druids capable of taking on marine animal forms.

This was obviously an attempt to have Druids transform into marine animals, then cross the ocean to build Transmission Arrays in Noa City in Southern Australia or Maz City in the Ximei Region.

It couldn’t be denied, these two territories were very dedicated and competitive.

But now, the forum was buzzing with the news that Qingshan City had already established four Cross-Regional Transfer Arrays, elevating them to the skies.

Many people felt that the competition for city-level territories was almost destined for Qingshan City.

Upon arriving in Luoya City, Mu Ying gathered more accurate information.

Luoya City had found the Druids it needed and had urgently recruited two people, sending one to Maz City in the Ximei Region with a marine animal form of a clownfish and the other to cooperate with Noa in the Southern Australia Region with a form of an electric eel.

It was almost certain that Luoya City had no intention of cooperating with Qingshan City; if they had, why would they recruit people to build Transmission Arrays themselves when they could just collaborate with her and directly use the Transmission Arrays to travel to Ximei or Southern Australia?

Going through such a roundabout process only indicated no interest in collaborating with Qingshan City.

Mu Ying had no intention of negotiating or discussing with them. If a managed camp didn’t work out, finding a No Master Camp would do.

Eventually, she selected a place called “Drix Camp.”

The environment was relatively safe, which was one reason, but the most important was that Drix Camp had a Long-distance Transmission Array leading to Luoya City.

By setting up her Cross-Regional Transfer Array here, she could also take advantage of the defenses Luoya City provided for its Long-distance Transmission Array.

Since their own Transmission Array was also located here, if the camp faced any danger they would definitely help, lest the camp fell and the Transmission Array became inoperative.

This also eliminated the possibility of Luoya City playing dirty tricks to sabotage the camp where she was building her Transmission Array.

After all, a loss there meant a loss for everyone, binding them together in a sense.
