Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

After purchasing the portable pocket-sized mobile toilet, Zhao Rong said to the three young women, ”Alright, I’m going to count. When I get to three, the package will be delivered to our floor...”

Hearing Zhao Rong’s fantastical claim, Lili said doubtfully, ”Zhao Rong, could it really be that magical? We’re on the east side of the fifth floor in Dormitory One at Xijing City Women’s University...”

Yu Lan also thought Zhao Rong was exaggerating. ”Zhao Rong,” she said, unconvinced, ”have you looked at the time? It’s already eleven at night. What kind of courier is still working at this hour instead of sleeping? They’d be dead tired.”

Xuelian, watching a bat fly down the corridor, mused, ”Zhao Rong, don’t tell me Paradise Shopping Cart is sending a bat to deliver our package...”

Hearing Xuelian’s words, Zhao Rong immediately started counting aloud, ”One, two, three... delivery’s here!”

Before he could finish, a bat flew over his head and spoke. ”Hello, are you Zhao Rong?”

Seeing the bat above him, a puzzled Zhao Rong replied, ”Mr. Bat, are you the one delivering my order?”

The bat nodded, fluttering in mid-air. ”That’s right, it’s me. Are you the client with the phone number ending in 1573?”

Zhao Rong nodded and recited his phone number. ”Yes, that’s me.”

The bat dropped a package to the ground and said, ”This is the portable pocket-sized mobile toilet you purchased. Please sign for it.”

As Zhao Rong picked up the package, which was about the size of a soapbox, he said to the bat, ”Okay, I’ll sign for it now. Thank you for going to all this trouble, delivering so late at night.”

The bat courier smiled. ”We bats are nocturnal creatures, so we handle all the nighttime deliveries.”

With that, the bat flew out the window to deliver its next package.

When the three young women saw that the bat was not only a courier but could also speak, they shrieked and fell to the floor in shock. Scrambling up, Lili stared at Zhao Rong in disbelief. ”My goodness, this Paradise Shopping Cart website is simply magical! Their couriers can be any species!”

Yu Lan shook her head, clucking her tongue. ”That bat is on another level. Its Mandarin is flawless—it could be a broadcast announcer!”

Xuelian, however, was most interested in the package in Zhao Rong’s hands. She asked, ”Zhao Rong, looking at that package... why do I get the feeling it just has a bar of soap inside?”

As Zhao Rong opened the square package, he explained, ”Xuelian, you wouldn’t know this, but the portable pocket-sized mobile toilet I bought from Paradise Shopping Cart is their absolute bestseller. Once I open it, you’ll see just how amazing it is.”

Hearing this, the three women began to imagine just how high-tech, how unbelievable, how out-of-this-world the portable toilet must be.

However, when Zhao Rong opened the package, all they saw was a soapbox in his hand.

”Zhao Rong,” they said, their faces falling with disappointment, ”have you never shopped online before? It looks like you’ve been scammed.”

Zhao Rong chuckled, nodded, and said seriously, ”When I bought this, I checked the sales figures and specifically chose one of the top-selling models.”

Yu Lan reminded him, ”Zhao Rong, most products with super-high sales online get those numbers from fake orders. You can’t be so naive.”

But Xuelian, no matter how she looked at it, could only see a soapbox in his hands.

Unable to figure it out, Yu Lan asked, ”Zhao Rong, if you put a tiny soapbox like that on the ground, how is it supposed to support the three of us?”

Hearing their concern, Zhao Rong took the soapbox into their dorm room and began to demonstrate by the door. ”The reason this little thing is called a ’portable pocket-sized mobile toilet’ is because it’s incredibly convenient and incredibly small.”

With that, he opened the soapbox-like device. The moment he did, it began to rapidly expand and unfold like a sponge. In just a few seconds, the portable toilet grew from the size of a soapbox into a complete bathroom, large enough for one person to use the toilet and shower. What’s more, the bathroom was both deodorizing and soundproof.

When the three women saw the small plastic box transform into something so large in an instant, they were left gaping in astonishment.

Lili opened the door and looked inside. ”Wow, this portable toilet is so high-tech and sophisticated!”

Yu Lan sniffed the pleasant fragrance inside and gazed at the spotless toilet. ”Wow, this is fantastic! With this, we can take care of business right here in our dorm in the middle of the night and not have to risk a trip to the communal washroom.”

Just then, Xuelian felt a sudden, urgent need to go. ”Excuse me,” she said to the others, ”I really have to pee. I’ll be the first to test out just how amazing this portable toilet is.”

With that, she stepped inside and closed the door.

Once Xuelian was in the bathroom, Lili kindly reminded Zhao Rong, ”Zhao Rong, someone’s using the toilet in there. You should probably step outside for a moment.”

Zhao Rong just chuckled and explained, ”Don’t worry about Xuelian being embarrassed. The bathroom is soundproof.”

Could this ordinary-looking material, as thin as a cicada’s wing, really be soundproof? Lili and Yu Lan touched the bathroom’s walls, tapping them lightly. ”Zhao Rong, this portable toilet you bought from Paradise Shopping Cart is incredible!”

Yu Lan gave him a thumbs-up. ”Zhao Rong, what can I say? You’re a genius!”

As the two were lavishing praise on him, Xuelian emerged from the bathroom, a radiant smile on her face and her heart aflutter. ”Holy cow,” she exclaimed, ”the toilet seat in that portable toilet is the most awesome thing ever!”

Hearing her praise the toilet seat, Yu Lan asked excitedly, ”Xuelian, hurry and tell us, how incredible is it?”

Recalling the experience, Xuelian told her friends, ”How do I even describe it? In my entire life, I’ve never sat on such a comfortable toilet seat. It’s not just temperature-controlled; it also massages and has a bidet function. But most importantly, it can hold intelligent conversations!”

”Intelligent conversations?” Lili asked, confused. ”What do you mean by that?”

Xuelian recounted her discussion with the toilet seat. ”When you’re in a bad mood, the smart toilet seat talks to you and cheers you up. When you need comfort, it talks to you and helps you let go of all your worries. When you’re lacking confidence, it has a chat with you that fills you with self-assurance.

”And when you’re trapped in the agony of unrequited love, the toilet seat turns into a Prince Charming, pulls you into an embrace, and speaks to you in the voice of the person you love, saying, ’My dear, I love you. If I had to put a time limit on that love, I hope it would be for ten thousand years...’”

Listening to Xuelian’s story, Lili and Yu Lan began scrambling to get into the portable toilet.

Lili pushed Yu Lan aside. ”I’m the leader of our little trio, so let me go first and experience just how magical this toilet seat is!”

Yu Lan refused to back down. ”Sister Lili, if you’re the leader, then you should let the younger one go first! Let me find out if the toilet seat is really as miraculous, futuristic, and high-tech as Xuelian says!”

As they were wrestling, Zhao Rong, who had been standing by, pulled them apart. ”Since you both want to use it at the same time, you should have just said so,” he said softly. ”I’ll just split it for you.”

With that, Zhao Rong gently pressed a red button on the side of the portable toilet. A marvelous scene unfolded. The single bathroom suddenly split into two, both of which were identical in size, appearance, and color.

When the women saw that the portable toilet from Paradise Shopping Cart could actually divide in two, they high-fived and cheered, ”Oh my god, this high-tech gadget is just too amazing to resist!”

With that, the two of them disappeared into their respective bathrooms.

They’re so easily impressed, Zhao Rong mused. Just then, his assistant approached from behind. His head was bandaged, and he was wearing a gas mask. ”Brother Zhao Rong,” he said, ”while you and the three ladies were studying the portable toilet in the dorm room, I was in the corridor and discovered him—the only man on this floor dressed as a woman.”

Hearing that there really was a man in disguise on their floor, Zhao Rong said grimly to his assistant, ”To protect these women, we have to catch him, no matter what.”

With that, Zhao Rong and his assistant gave chase.
