Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Zhao Rong let out a long sigh of relief, leaned close to his assistant’s ear, and whispered, ”Damn it. My guess was right. These ’ladies’ are all men in disguise...”

His assistant stared at the men in dresses, his face contorting with rage. ”Zhao Rong, I can’t stand men who dress up like women. Why don’t we just beat them up right here and get it out of our system?”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong shook his head. ”Easy there,” he said cautiously. ”Let’s not act rashly until we figure out what’s going on.”

The assistant racked his brains, but he was completely stumped. ”Zhao Rong, I just don’t get it. Why would these guys dress up like women to get into a women’s college?”

Zhao Rong was just as confused. ”If they wanted to get in, they could have done it like us, entering openly as men. I can’t figure out why they’d go through the trouble of wearing women’s clothes and makeup to disguise themselves.”

As Zhao Rong and his assistant puzzled over the situation, a man with long hair and tattoos entered, a cigarette dangling from his lips. Although he was wearing the college’s female uniform, Zhao Rong could tell at a glance that he was a man. The man looked around before shutting the washroom door behind him. The moment Zhao Rong saw the door close, he knew they were in trouble.

He grabbed his assistant’s arm. ”Stay calm, but get ready for a fight.”

Confused, his assistant asked, ”Zhao Rong, what’s wrong? What is there to be afraid of?”

Before he could finish his sentence, the long-haired man ripped off his wig, tore off the school uniform, and roared, ”Alright, brothers! No need to hide anymore! Show your true colors!”

The moment he finished speaking, the circle of ”women” around them all tore off their wigs and shed their uniforms. To Zhao Rong’s astonishment, every single ’woman’ in the washroom was a man in disguise.

Seeing this, Zhao Rong gasped. ”I really don’t understand,” he said to his assistant. ”What in the world are these guys doing?”

His assistant rolled his eyes. ”Damn, this is just bizarre.”

Suddenly, the long-haired man started walking toward Zhao Rong and his assistant. The tattooed and muscular men trailing behind him glared at the pair with blatant arrogance. When Zhao Rong saw the group of rough, brawny men approaching, he took three steps back.

”Listen,” he said politely, ”even though we’ve discovered you’re men, we promise we won’t tell anyone your secret.”

The long-haired man tossed his cigarette aside and pulled a gleaming dagger from his belt. ”Damn it,” he sneered at them. ”You two came into the women’s college without wearing the uniform, a wig, or any makeup?”

Zhao Rong was utterly bewildered. ”We entered as men. Why would we wear wigs, heavy makeup, and girls’ uniforms?”

The muscular man behind the leader pulled a Wolf Fang Club from his waist and pointed it at Zhao Rong. ”Damn you! You dare break the rules of the women’s college? You must have a death wish!”

Hearing the mention of rules, Zhao Rong asked, completely lost, ”What rules? Nobody told us about any rules when we enrolled.”

A man with a prominent Adam’s apple, standing behind the muscular one, whipped out a pair of nunchucks and twirled them menacingly. ”Everyone who enters this college must be a woman. We don’t allow any men on campus.”

At that, Zhao Rong burst out laughing. His eyes swept over the circle of men around him. Frowning, he said, not knowing whether to laugh or cry, ”Damn it, you’re all men, yet you’re studying at a women’s college. Aren’t you the ones breaking the rules?”

A hairy-legged man behind him pulled a revolver from his belt and aimed it at Zhao Rong. ”We may be men, but when we entered this college, we wore wigs, heavy makeup, women’s clothes, and high heels. We came in completely disguised as women. So, *we* didn’t break the rules. You two, on the other hand, waltzed in as men, in men’s clothes, with short hair and no makeup. You’re insulting the rules of our college!”

With that, the muscular man, the long-haired man, the tattooed man, the man with the Adam’s apple, and the hairy-legged man all advanced with their weapons, surrounding Zhao Rong and his assistant. The rest of the men in the room began to stomp their feet, chanting in unison, ”Rule-breakers must be killed without mercy!”

Hearing the chant, the assistant leaned toward Zhao Rong nervously. ”Zhao Rong, you don’t think they’re actually going to kill us in here just because we didn’t wear wigs, makeup, and high heels, do you?”

”That seems a bit exaggerated, don’t you think?” Zhao Rong replied, finding it hard to believe. ”All we did was enter the university as men. We haven’t done anything terrible. They can’t be cruel enough to actually kill us for that, right?”

Before Zhao Rong could finish, the long-haired leader pointed his dagger at him and snarled, ”A man came here not long before you. He broke the rules, and I took care of him that same night. Now you two have broken the rules. So don’t blame me for being merciless tonight.”

Zhao Rong stared at the man and his gleaming dagger, then asked solemnly, ”Just because we didn’t dress up as women, you’re going to kill me and my assistant tonight?”

The long-haired man let out a cold laugh. ”Of course. And I’m not just going to kill you. I’m going to cut you to pieces.”

Hearing such a vicious threat, Zhao Rong warned him, ”Brother, you might be a tough guy, but this is my first day here. I don’t want any trouble, and I don’t want to fight. You’d better back off and not provoke me. Otherwise, don’t blame me for what happens next.”

The long-haired man roared with laughter, looking Zhao Rong up and down. ”You little runt! You’ve got no height, no strength, and no skills, yet you dare threaten me? You’re asking to die!” He turned to his crew. ”Brothers, what are you waiting for? Get them! Kill them!”

The armed men charged at Zhao Rong and his assistant. In an instant, the washroom descended into a chaotic brawl.

Outside, the men who had been waiting to watch the show began to mutter amongst themselves.

One man, still wearing a wig and women’s clothes, shook his head and said with a sigh of pity, ”Looks like we’ll be collecting the bodies of those two new guys shortly.”

Another, his face still covered in gaudy makeup, stared at the ceiling and closed his eyes. ”The long-haired guy is the boss of our dorm floor. I’m sure this newcomer is going to die by his hand today.”

The women’s university had a bizarre hierarchy. Each dormitory building had a boss, and each floor within that building also had its own boss. The domineering long-haired man in the washroom was the boss of the fourth floor of this dorm.

Just as everyone outside was certain that Zhao Rong and his assistant were dead, the washroom door swung open. The onlookers expected to see two cold corpses lying on the floor, but to their utter astonishment, Zhao Rong and his assistant walked out completely unharmed.

Behind them, the floor was littered with defeated men.

The leader, the long-haired boss, lay in a pool of his own blood. His two main henchmen, the tattooed man and the muscular man, were on the ground howling in pain—one missing an arm and the other a leg. The others, including the man with the Adam’s apple and the hairy-legged man, were all beaten so badly they couldn’t get up.

The crowd was stunned. Staring in disbelief at the completely unfazed Zhao Rong, one of them exclaimed in awe, ”Dude, you’re incredible! You beat the fourth-floor boss until he was half-dead! You’re like the Red Hare among horses, Lu Bu among men!”

A man who had been bullied by the long-haired boss before, forced to endure it in silence, looked at Zhao Rong with admiration. ”Sir, you’re unbelievably strong. With you here, I think this unwritten rule of the university might finally be broken.”

Another man ripped the wig from his head and wiped off his makeup. He looked at Zhao Rong and said, his voice full of grievance, ”To be honest, I’m a man, too. I only dressed like a woman because I just wanted to get an education here. It was because of this stupid rule that I was forced to disguise myself just to attend classes. Now that you’re here, I finally have the courage to tear off this wig, get rid of this makeup, and take off these women’s clothes. I can finally be a man and study properly at this school.”

As this man tore off his disguise and stood proudly in his true male form, a chain reaction started. All down the corridor, the other ”women” began ripping off their wigs, revealing their true selves.

When Zhao Rong saw that the entire floor was filled with men who had been pretending to be women, he was so shocked his jaw hung open. He swallowed hard and said to his assistant, ”Damn it. We thought we came to a women’s university, moved into a women’s dorm, and would be surrounded by women... Who knew they were all men in disguise?”

His assistant stammered, ”I thought I’d have a romantic encounter or two after moving into a women’s dorm... at least a feast for the eyes. I never imagined every ’woman’ on this floor was actually a man.”

With that, they were both left wondering why on earth the women’s university had such a bizarre, twisted, and inhumane unwritten rule.
