Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

The next day, the assistant went to the hospital to pick up the report, accompanied by Lili, Yu Lan, Xuelian, and Zhao Rong.

Upon reaching the Dermatology Department on the second floor of the hospital, the assistant stood dazed in front of the automatic report dispenser. Zhao Rong stepped forward and reminded him, ”Hurry up, enter your number and get your lab report. What are you waiting for?”

The assistant hesitated, then said fearfully, ”Brother Zhao Rong, didn’t you say we should get the report at 4 p.m.? It’s only three o’clock... It’s not time yet.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong saw the fear on his face. As she stepped up to get the lab report for him, she said, ”Assistant, if you’re too scared to get the lab report, I’ll do it for you.”

With that, Zhao Rong keyed in the assistant’s number. The machine immediately printed out a lab report. As it emerged, sweat beaded on the assistant’s face. Zhao Rong, meanwhile, clutched the report and prayed silently. I hope the assistant hasn’t been infected with the Love Sickness or Coal Poison…

Zhao Rong unfolded the lab report and examined the results. To her relief, every item was marked negative; not a single one was positive. With a serious expression, she looked at the assistant and said, ”Assistant, congratulations…”

She had intended to say, ”Congratulations, Assistant. You’re clear; everything is negative.” However, when the assistant saw Zhao Rong’s solemn expression and sorrowful face, he was sure he had been infected. I must have caught the Love Sickness and Coal Poison. In despair, the assistant collapsed onto the floor, shut his eyes, and waited for his death sentence.

When the three women saw the assistant sitting on the ground, they looked at Zhao Rong in terror. ”Brother Zhao Rong, was he really infected with the Love Sickness and Coal Poison?” they asked.

While helping the assistant up, Zhao Rong said, ”What are you afraid of? You haven’t been infected with the Love Sickness or Coal Poison. The test results are all negative.”

Upon hearing that he was not infected, the assistant let out a huge sigh of relief. He closed his eyes, his mouth agape, and exclaimed, ”Thank heavens, thank the earth! I’m not infected! I’m so lucky!”

With that, the assistant did a kip-up, springing to his feet. He said energetically, ”Brother Zhao Rong, since I’m not infected, let’s go out and celebrate tonight!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong looked at him and asked, ”And what are we celebrating? Going out for beer and barbecue? Playing mahjong?”

The assistant leaned in and whispered mysteriously in Zhao Rong’s ear, ”Brother Zhao Rong, I heard that bathhouse I went to last time has a new batch of beautiful girls. Don’t you want to go back with me for a taste?”

Hearing that the assistant, having just dodged a bullet, was already planning to go back to the bathhouse, Zhao Rong said angrily, ”Assistant, a leopard never changes its spots! You’re like a dog that can’t stop eating shit. You were lucky to avoid a fatal disease, and now you want to go right back to messing around instead of keeping yourself clean. I really don’t know what to say to you.”

The assistant just chuckled. ”Brother Zhao Rong, let’s just go have fun tonight. Just once. It’ll definitely be fine.”

Before Zhao Rong could respond, the three women rushed the assistant. Lili landed a resounding slap across his face and scolded, ”Assistant, you’re the type who forgets the pain as soon as the wound heals! You were lucky to avoid the Love Sickness and Coal Poison this time, but don’t you think you might not be so fortunate next time?”

Then, Yu Lan charged forward, knocking the assistant to the ground with a flying kick. ”You mess around all day with no regard for yourself! You won’t even keep yourself clean, and now you’re trying to drag Brother Zhao Rong down with you! You’re a truly terrible person!”

Meanwhile, Xuelian produced a pair of scissors from her bag. She advanced on the assistant, saying, ”Assistant, for a man like you who can’t keep himself clean, I think I’ll just cut it off for you.”

When the assistant saw the three women approaching him menacingly, he yelped in terror, ”Holy crap! I was whispering so quietly, I thought only Brother Zhao Rong heard me! I can’t believe you three heard me too.”

Seeing Xuelian charging at the assistant with a pair of scissors, Zhao Rong quickly stepped in front of her. ”Xuelian, what are you doing? Are you really going to castrate him?”

Xuelian clenched her teeth and said fiercely, ”A man like this can’t control himself! He’s constantly driven by lust, with zero self-control or discipline. If I don’t snip him today, he’ll surely get infected with the Love Sickness and Coal Poison one day and die in agony. It’s better to cut it off and save his life than to let him die a painful death.”

Hearing Xuelian, Lili chimed in, ”Brother Zhao Rong, just let her do it! We’re worried that under his influence, you’ll one day become a reckless man just like him.”

Yu Lan then took out alcohol and various sterilizing tools from her bag. ”Xuelian, go ahead and snip. Don’t worry,” she said. ”I have all the disinfecting tools right here, plus a needle and thread.”

When the assistant saw that the three women were really about to turn him into a eunuch, he immediately dropped to his knees and begged Zhao Rong for mercy. ”Brother Zhao Rong, you have to save me!” he pleaded. ”I may not be a virgin anymore, but I’m not married yet, and I still want to have a child someday!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong immediately stepped forward to block the three women. ”Be merciful and let him off the hook,” she said. ”He isn’t married yet, after all.”

But the women refused to back down. ”Brother Zhao Rong, we’re doing this for his own good, to save his life! If you don’t let us snip him today, he will die from Coal Poison and the Love Sickness sooner or later!”

Hearing their words, Zhao Rong thought for a moment and had to admit they had a point. She turned to the three women. ”Lili, Yu Lan, Xuelian, you have a point, but…”

Before Zhao Rong could finish, the assistant interrupted, hugging her leg and wailing, ”Brother Zhao Rong, are you just going to stand by and do nothing? Are you going to watch them snip me and throw it away?”

Zhao Rong helped the assistant to his feet and comforted him. ”Don’t be afraid. I’ll definitely stop them from touching you. But I have to find a way to lower your libido. A man like you, driven by lust, will get into serious trouble sooner or later.”

The three women immediately challenged her. ”Brother Zhao Rong, how else can we stop him from doing those things? We think that besides cutting him with scissors, there’s no other way.”

Zhao Rong immediately pulled out her phone and opened the online shopping site, Pingshaoshao. After typing in a few words, she sighed. ”I’ve ordered something,” she announced. ”This will guarantee that the assistant remains as pure as jade.”

Hearing this, the three women were incredulous. ”The assistant? Pure as jade? Who are you kidding?”

Zhao Rong held her phone out to them and said seriously, ”Look at this novel little item. It’s called… chemical castration.”

Hearing ’chemical castration,’ the assistant’s eyes widened. He looked at Zhao Rong in disbelief. ”Brother Zhao Rong, you’re so cruel! After all that, you’re still going to have me cut?”

Looking at the tear-streaked assistant, Zhao Rong held the phone in front of him and explained, ”Assistant, you’ve misunderstood me. When I say ’chemical castration,’ I don’t mean surgically removing anything. It means you take a drug that temporarily gets rid of those desires. Then, someday, when you’re about to get married, you take another drug, and you’ll go right back to being the virile tiger you are now.”

When the assistant heard there was such a magical drug, he shot to his feet, wiped his tears, and said with great interest, ”As long as you don’t actually cut me, I’ll do anything!”

When the three women heard Zhao Rong had bought such a miraculous medicine online, they asked skeptically, ”Brother Zhao Rong, is such a drug really that amazing?”

Zhao Rong nodded as she tapped ’purchase’ on her screen. ”Of course it is. As soon as it arrives, I’ll give the assistant a pill. You’ll believe me when you see the results.”

Lili nodded quickly. ”Brother Zhao Rong, if this medicine can help the assistant, please buy it right away!”

Yu Lan was even more eager. ”I think this guy is a real Casanova. To save him, this is the only way.”

Xuelian put away her scissors and looked at Zhao Rong’s phone. ”Brother Zhao Rong, I don’t get it. What website are you shopping on? How do you always manage to buy such miraculous things?”

Zhao Rong chuckled and explained, ”I’ve told you before that I shop on sites like Taobao, JD.com, and Pingshaoshao, but that’s not actually true. One time, my phone connected to public Wi-Fi by chance and got a virus. I thought my phone was toast. But what I didn’t expect was that my phone, through a bizarre stroke of luck, mysteriously and inexplicably downloaded an app that’s only available in the heavens. It’s a shopping site only immortals can use: the Paradise Shopping Cart.

”So, every time I buy something, I’m buying it from the Paradise Shopping Cart. And in there, you can find absolutely anything you could ever wish for, all sorts of miraculous items.”

As she spoke, Zhao Rong opened the Paradise Shopping Cart app on her phone.
