Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

When the disciples of the Wild Wolf Sect followed Zhao Rong into the sports academy, they immediately began jumping for joy, huddling together and whispering amongst themselves.

A disciple with particularly developed biceps said to another, whose deltoids were especially large, ”Since this guy let us into the sports academy, let’s take this chance to flatten the entire place. We have to ruthlessly kill everyone in the martial arts club, no exceptions.”

The man with the massive deltoids chuckled. ”Junior Brother, you’re absolutely right. Since we’re here, we have to do something earth-shattering. Otherwise, this trip would be a complete waste.”

A one-eyed disciple said to a man with a clubfoot standing next to him, ”I think we can use this opportunity to occupy the entire academy. We can turn it into a new branch of our Wild Wolf Sect.”

The man with the clubfoot said confidently, ”Senior Brother, that’s a brilliant idea. Let’s use this martial arts contest as a pretext to go on a killing spree. We’ll take over this sports academy, and then we’ll make our big brother, Liang Zongying, the dean.”

Ten minutes later, Zhao Rong led the disciples of the Wild Wolf Sect to the academy’s athletics field. Seeing the wide-open space, Zhao Rong knew exactly what to do.

His assistant leaned in and whispered, ”Zhao Rong, did you bring them to the field because it’s so open? Is it easier to take them down here?”

Zhao Rong smiled faintly and whispered back, ”It’s not about taking them down. It’s about getting better angles for the live stream.”

Hearing that Zhao Rong was also streaming, the assistant craned his neck, looking around for a camera. ”Zhao Rong, you’re live streaming, too? Where did you set up your phone?”

Zhao Rong pointed to a drone in the sky. ”Who uses a phone for live streaming these days? Everyone uses drones, you know.”

Staring at the drone broadcasting from high above, the assistant asked in amazement, ”Zhao Rong, when did you buy a drone? I had no idea.”

Zhao Rong chuckled. ”Back at the academy entrance, when I saw this bunch of shameless thugs, I thought to myself, why not stream the process of teaching them a lesson? Let everyone see that no one who joins the Wild Wolf Sect comes to a good end.”

Just then, Xuelian walked over. She immediately noticed the drone filming from the sky and asked, ”Zhao Rong, you only came up with this idea at the school gate? How did you manage to buy a drone and get it in the air so quickly?”

Zhao Rong pulled out his phone, opened a shopping app, and pointed to the screen. ”This drone seller not only offers the fastest shipping but also provides an aerial live streaming service. So, if you ever want a drone for streaming, buy from them.”

Miss Lili gave Zhao Rong a thumbs-up. ”Zhao Rong, you’re the perfect example of someone who is low-key in person but high-profile in action. Doing this will definitely serve as a powerful warning to others.”

At that moment, the students and curious onlookers who had been watching the spectacle at the school entrance followed them onto the field. They formed a tight circle around Zhao Rong’s group of five and the dozens of Wild Wolf Sect disciples they were facing.

Once on the field, the Wild Wolf Sect disciples started shouting, ”Alright, we’re in the sports academy, brothers! Let loose! If you see a pretty girl, grab her! If you see a guy you don’t like, kill him! Don’t hold back!”

Just as the disciples were about to begin their rampage, Zhao Rong spoke up. ”Do you really think you can just storm into the sports academy and run wild, causing destruction as you please?”

The leader of the disciples, Liang Zongying, stepped forward, cracking his knuckles. ”We came to this sports academy to defeat your martial arts club and take over the whole place.”

Before Liang Zongying could finish, Zhao Rong sent him flying with a swift side kick. ”With me, Zhao Rong, here, you disciples of the Wild Wolf Sect can forget about causing any trouble.”

Scrambling up from the ground, Liang Zongying yelled to his men, ”What are you waiting for? All of you, charge! Kill this guy!”

At his command, the dozens of Wild Wolf Sect disciples drew their weapons and charged toward Zhao Rong. When the surrounding crowd saw dozens of men attacking a single person, they gasped in shock.

”This sports academy student must have a death wish, leading so many Wild Wolf Sect villains onto campus!”

”I think he’s doomed.”

”Isn’t it obvious? Every disciple of the Wild Wolf Sect is a master. So many masters against one student? The outcome is a foregone conclusion.”

”I bet this student is going to be minced into paste by those thugs.”

However, what happened next shocked the students and spectators.

Zhao Rong performed a front flip, launching himself into the middle of the mob. His left hand threw punches while his right jabbed at pressure points; his front leg kicked at heads while his back leg kicked at groins. As he moved through the crowd, his kung fu was breathtakingly graceful, flowing like clouds and water. He was the very picture of one man holding a pass against ten thousand.

In what felt like moments, the dozens of arrogant, domineering Wild Wolf Sect disciples were all lying on the ground, defeated. Zhao Rong confiscated their weapons and tossed them into a nearby flower bed.

Standing behind him, his assistant, Miss Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian watched as Zhao Rong single-handedly and effortlessly took down all the disciples. They cheered and applauded. ”Zhao Rong, you’re just incredible! We were about to jump in and give you a hand, but we never imagined you’d take care of these bad guys so quickly!”

Zhao Rong patted the dust from his clothes, took a bottle of mineral water, and took a drink. ”It’s been a while since I’ve had such a satisfying fight. That felt great.”

After speaking, he glanced up at the drone in the sky. Was my performance today so good because the drone was broadcasting live, firing up my will to fight?

Just then, Miss Lili looked up at the drone and asked curiously, ”Zhao Rong, which website are you streaming on? Let’s check how much your viewers have tipped you.”

The assistant guessed, ”Zhao Rong, with a stream like this—punishing villains and promoting justice—you’re sure to be a hit with the viewers. I bet your tips are already over a thousand.”

Lili took out her phone, opened Zhao Rong’s stream, and promptly tipped him one hundred yuan. ”Zhao Rong, I think your tips must have surpassed ten thousand by now!”

Xuelian opened the Douyu livestreaming app and said, ”Zhao Rong, do you realize there are tens of millions of people watching you right now?”

Yu Lan was even more astonished. ”Zhao Rong, your follower count has already broken five million!”

Hearing that he had gained five million followers on his very first stream, Zhao Rong said excitedly, ”Oh my gosh, it seems that for someone like me, besides being a bodyguard, live streaming is actually a pretty good fit.”

The assistant opened his phone to watch the stream and chuckled heartily. ”Zhao Rong, you have to see the comments your fans are leaving. They’re so inspiring, powerful, and exciting!”

As Zhao Rong opened his phone, What kind of messages are the fans leaving me? Let me take a look.

The moment he opened the app, messages from his viewers flooded the screen. He picked out a few of the more interesting ones and read them.

”Zhao Rong, I’ve never liked watching live streams, but yours completely blew me away. I just have to ask, man, are you filming a movie?”

”Bro, are you an actor from Hengdian Film Studios? How else could you give such a professional performance?”

Seeing these two comments, Zhao Rong wiped a bit of cold sweat from his forehead and replied on his phone, ”To all my viewers and fans, please don’t misunderstand. I’m not an extra, and I’m not in Hengdian. This is real. I’m genuinely teaching these baddies from the Wild Wolf Sect a lesson.”

Then, Zhao Rong read a few more comments.

”The people from the Wild Wolf Sect are the absolute worst. It’s so good to finally see someone stand up and clean out these scumbags!”

”Well fought! A brilliant display! Utterly superb! For these dregs, this scum, these brain-dead idiots of the Wild Wolf Sect, you can’t show mercy. Every strike must be lethal!”

”I’ve never seen such an exhilarating live stream. It’s absolutely pulse-pounding!”

Just as Zhao Rong was happily tapping away on his phone, Liang Zongying, the Wild Wolf Sect leader standing opposite him, shouted, ”Hey, you! This is a fight! Why are you glued to your phone?”

Hearing Liang Zongying’s yelling, Zhao Rong realized that while he had eliminated most of the disciples, he had yet to deal with their leader.

So, he put his phone away and looked at Liang Zongying. ”Kid, are you the Sect Leader of the Wild Wolf Sect?”

Liang Shuying shook his head and boasted shamelessly, ”I may not be the Sect Leader of the Wild Wolf Sect, but I might as well be.”

Zhao Rong sized up Liang Zongying with a frown and muttered to himself, ”If you had told me you were just some minor follower, I might have gone easy on you. But now you’re pretending to be the Sect Leader? Fine. Just you wait and see how I’m going to carve you up.”
