Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Just as everyone strained to hear Wang Tao reveal the mastermind’s identity, he suddenly shot to his feet. He rushed to the window, threw it open, and jumped straight out.

Seeing the man escape, the assistant was the first to give chase. Without a second thought, he leaped out of the window right after him.

To the assistant’s surprise, however, the cunning Wang Tao didn’t jump straight down. He leaped from the fifth floor to the fourth, then from the fourth to the third, and finally descended to the ground floor from there. The straightforward assistant, on the other hand, jumped directly from the fifth floor to the first.

As the assistant neared the ground, he braced his legs for impact. Despite the height, he was a cultivator and should have been able to land uninjured from five stories up under normal circumstances. But just as he was about to touch down, a used condom suddenly came flying down from above. It landed perfectly, right at his feet. It all happened in an instant—the assistant’s foot came down directly on the condom as he landed!

His foot slipped, and he tumbled to the ground. The assistant clutched his leg, rolling in agony. ”Damn it!” he yelled. ”Who the fuck threw a condom down here? It landed right under my foot and made me slip! I think I broke my leg...”

Just then, Zhao Rong reached the window and stuck his head out. He didn’t see Wang Tao, but he did see his assistant on the ground with a broken leg. Seeing him injured, Zhao Rong immediately leaped from the fifth floor. However, just as Zhao Rong was about to land, another used condom came sailing down from above, landing precisely at his feet.

The assistant saw the condom land near him and then noticed Zhao Rong hurtling down. He immediately yelled a warning, ”Zhao Rong, watch your feet! There’s a condom! That thing is slipperier than a banana peel! If you step on it, you’ll break a bone for sure!”

Zhao Rong glanced down, startled by the sight of the condom. In that split second before landing, he pulled back half his force and executed a forward roll, touching down smoothly and unharmed.

Seeing Zhao Rong land safely, the assistant asked with concern, ”Zhao Rong, I think you stepped on it too! Are you okay? You didn’t break anything, did you?”

Zhao Rong stood up, checked his arms and legs, and said with relief, ”Thanks for the timely warning. Otherwise, I would have ended up just like you, thrown completely off balance.”

He helped his assistant up and examined his injury. ”Damn it,” he muttered. ”What kind of shameless bastard does this sort of thing in a hospital room in broad daylight? And then has the nerve to throw the used condoms out the window...”

But before Zhao Rong could finish, an extra-large used condom plummeted from above. The quick-thinking assistant spotted it immediately and shoved Zhao Rong out of the way. The moment he did, the condom landed squarely on his own head, knocking him out cold.

Zhao Rong saw that the oversized condom was weighed down with a chunk of iron ore and understood at once. He quickly dragged the unconscious assistant under the cover of the building’s eaves. ”It seems Wang Tao isn’t the only kidnapper here,” he said. ”There are others, and they’re working in cahoots.”

Zhao Rong decided he first had to find the person throwing things from the window. He pinched the pressure point under his assistant’s nose, and after a moment, the assistant finally came to.

When the assistant regained consciousness, he touched his head gingerly. ”Zhao Rong,” he mumbled, ”that was one sturdy condom. I think it cracked my skull...”

Zhao Rong pulled an ointment from his pocket, applied some to the assistant’s wound, and said, ”You wait here. I’m going up to grab the person who’s been throwing those.”

At that moment, Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian also rushed to the scene. When the three women saw that the assistant’s broken leg and bloody head were caused by condoms thrown from a window, they were so shocked they nearly collapsed.

Lili stammered in disbelief, ”Oh my god... I always thought condoms were just for contraception and preventing diseases. I never imagined they could be used as weapons!”

Yu Lan rushed over and picked up one of the condoms. ”We have to save this! When we catch the criminal, we can run a DNA test and bring him to justice!”

Meanwhile, Xuelian took out a special device from her pocket. After extracting a DNA sample from the condom, she said, ”Alright, with this evidence, the culprit can’t escape our grasp, even if he grows wings.”

With that, the three women urged Zhao Rong to take out his DNA locator to find the villain. As soon as Zhao Rong produced the device, Xuelian placed the sample she’d extracted into it. Zhao Rong activated the detector and immediately got a lock on the condom-thrower’s position.

Pointing to the middle apartment on the twelfth floor, Zhao Rong said, ”The culprit is in that room. You three watch the assistant. I’m going up to get him.”

「」

Meanwhile, in that very room, the villain Mu Xiping was smirking as he watched the scene below. He chuckled to himself, muttering, ”You punk. You dared to come to the hospital and beat up our boss. Now you get a taste of what I, Mu Xiping, can do...”

With that, Mu Xiping pulled several more condoms from his pocket, stuffed them with pieces of iron and copper, and prepared to hurl them down at the people below. But what he never saw coming was that just as he leaned out the window to throw his projectiles, someone appeared behind him. The figure yanked him back from the window, slammed him to the floor, and started beating him mercilessly.

Caught completely off guard, Mu Xiping screamed, ”Who’s hitting me? Why are you hitting me?!”

Zhao Rong despised people who attacked from the shadows. He kicked Mu Xiping furiously as the man lay on the ground. ”Damn it! Scum like you deserves to be beaten to death! I’ve seen people use throwing knives and nail guns from the shadows, but I’ve never seen anyone hide in a building and throw used condoms! You’re really fucking asking for a beating...”

Saying this, Zhao Rong resumed beating the pleading Mu Xiping. After taking a brutal pummeling, Mu Xiping knelt and hugged Zhao Rong’s thigh, begging for mercy. ”Sir, please, I’m begging you! Spare me! I only threw those condoms because someone paid me to!”

Zhao Rong couldn’t help but laugh at how bizarre the situation was.

Since this hero is laughing, he probably won’t beat me anymore.

Clearly, Mu Xiping was mistaken. After he finished laughing, Zhao Rong’s anger returned. He cursed at Mu Xiping, ”Damn it! The more I look at you, the more pathetic you seem. If I don’t teach you a lesson today about how to be a decent person and how to earn an honest living, you’ll never learn!”

With that, Zhao Rong grabbed Mu Xiping and gave him another brutal beating.

Suddenly, as Zhao Rong was in the middle of the beatdown, he felt a sense of familiarity. The man looked like someone he’d met before. At the same time, Mu Xiping’s eyes widened in recognition. After a moment, they both exclaimed in unison, ”It’s you!”

Zhao Rong stared in surprise. ”On my first day at the sports academy, I was in a Mercedes RV. Weren’t you the one who blocked my vehicle and tried to charge me a toll?”

Mu Xiping trembled. ”And you’re the student in the RV who refused to pay and beat me up!”

Zhao Rong nodded, grinding his teeth. ”What a small world. It seems I didn’t teach you a proper lesson that day. Well, today I’ll continue your education on how to be a decent human being.”

With that, Zhao Rong grabbed Mu Xiping and resumed the fierce beating.

Mu Xiping cried out in despair, ”Damn it, that middle-aged man tricked me! If I had known he was paying me to throw condoms at *you*, I would’ve died before I took his money to do his dirty work!”

When he felt the man had had enough, Zhao Rong tied him up and dragged him downstairs. He threw Mu Xiping down in front of his assistant. ”Look,” he said. ”This is the guy who was throwing condoms from the window. He’s the one who made you slip and break your leg.”

The assistant glared at Mu Xiping furiously. ”Damn you! Of all the people you could have thrown condoms at, it had to be me! Now my leg is broken, so what are you going to do about it?”

Mu Xiping fumbled in his pocket, pulled out twenty yuan, and bought a case of cheap milk from a nearby shop. ”Brother, I’m so sorry,” he said, offering the case. ”Please, take this. Drink a carton every morning for the calcium. Maybe it’ll help you heal faster...”

When the assistant saw the case of shoddy milk Mu Xiping was holding, he snatched a loose brick from the ground and hurled it at him. ”Damn it! If you had given me a sincere apology, I might have let you off! But you’re trying to fob me off with a twenty-yuan case of crap milk? You’re just asking for another beating!”

With that, the assistant dragged his broken leg forward, lunged at Mu Xiping, and started beating him fiercely.

When Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian got a good look at the culprit—a scrawny, bow-legged man about 163 centimeters tall who walked with a stoop—they recognized him as the sleazy degenerate who had been throwing condoms from the window. Unable to contain their outrage, the three women charged forward and joined the fray.
