Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Zhao Rong looked at Tao Hua and suddenly wrapped his arms around his chest. ”Tao Hua, how is it you?” he asked.

Tao Hua looked back at him, sitting up in bed and licking her lips. ”Well, hello, handsome. Fresh out of the bath... don’t tell me you’re my birthday present?”

In that instant, realization dawned on both of them.

Zhao Rong looked at Tao Hua and asked, ”Tao Hua, those two women who got me drunk earlier... were they with you?”

At that, Zhao Rong thought to himself, So it was Tao Hua who wanted to sleep with me? But we’re so close. If she wanted to, couldn’t she just have asked? Why send two women to get me drunk?

Tao Hua nodded. ”Those two, Xiao Jing and Wei Ying, are my newest disciples this semester.”

At that, Tao Hua thought, Could it be that Zhao Rong wants to sleep with me? Is that why he followed my two disciples to this house? But we’re so close, and our relationship is so good... we could even end up married someday. Why would he need to be so indirect? Can’t he just say it?

So, Tao Hua patted the large bed and said, ”This bed has an imported Thai latex mattress. It’s not only silent, but it also has excellent elasticity... perfect for some vigorous exercise.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong’s eyes widened. He glanced at the box of eight Okamoto condoms by Tao Hua’s side, licked his lips, and said, ”Tao Hua, eight... seems a little low.”

At his words, Tao Hua immediately pulled out her phone. After calculating her cycle, she said, ”Four days before, eight days after... We’re in the safe zone. There shouldn’t be any problem.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong started walking toward her. ”You’re absolutely sure?”

With her left hand, Tao Hua slapped the mattress, and with her right, she swept the condoms onto the floor. ”So what if there is? We’re childhood sweethearts, we love each other, we see eye-to-eye on everything, and we’ve been crushing on each other forever! If something happens, we’ll just get married. I’ll have your babies, and you’ll build our future...”

Zhao Rong’s heart pounded in his chest. His forehead was beaded with sweat and his mouth was dry as he said, ”Alright then. Let’s be Adam and Eve and taste the forbidden fruit...”

Tao Hua was just as nervous, her heart fluttering wildly. Her chest heaved as she said breathlessly, ”Like sweet rain after a long drought... like passing the imperial exams with flying colors... our wedding night...”

With that, Tao Hua turned off the lights in the room.

Seeing the room go dark, Zhao Rong immediately performed a front flip, landing perfectly on the bed.

However, just as Zhao Rong was about to get started, his phone suddenly rang with the unmistakable sound of a WeChat video call...

Hearing his phone, Zhao Rong had the urge to smash it to pieces. He sighed, got off the bed, and walked toward the device. ”Damn it,” he muttered. ”Couldn’t call earlier, couldn’t call later, you just had to call right at this very moment...”

Seeing it was his assistant calling, Zhao Rong immediately rejected the call and switched his phone off.

With his phone silenced, Zhao Rong looked back at Tao Hua and said, ”It’s fine. Just my assistant, that troublemaker. Let’s not worry about him and continue...”

Tao Hua nodded. ”Okay, Brother Zhao Rong, let’s start over.”

With that said, Tao Hua suddenly executed a front flip of her own, landing beside Zhao Rong. She pointed to the sofa nearby and said, ”Actually, the sofa might be even more fun than the bed...”

Zhao Rong turned to look at the leather sofa, nodded, and said, ”A leather sofa... If it gets messy, it’s easy to clean. You just need a paper towel to wipe it down, unlike bedsheets that you have to wash...”

Hearing this, Tao Hua thought to herself, Whoa, I had no idea Brother Zhao Rong had so much... volume.

After that, the two prepared to start again. But just when everything was ready, and they were on the verge of commencing...

Tao Hua’s phone suddenly started ringing.

Furious at being interrupted again, Tao Hua snapped, ”Damn it! Being a Sect Leader is such a pain! It’s one damn thing after another, all day long! They call me for every little thing. Even when a female disciple from the True Martial Sect gets pregnant, they call me to ask which clinic has the safest abortions!”

She stomped over to the nightstand and snatched up her phone. Just as she was about to answer, she saw the caller was her assistant.

Tao Hua immediately rejected the call, switched the phone off completely, and said, ”Ugh, I can’t believe it was that assistant. He’s such a meddling pain in the ass! Doesn’t he know a moment of passion is priceless?”

After Tao Hua turned off her phone, Zhao Rong did another front flip onto the bed. ”Forget it, let’s just stick to the bed,” he said. ”I tried sitting on the leather sofa just now. It doesn’t breathe, and once you start sweating, it gets all sticky and slippery. The bed is better.”

Tao Hua nodded. ”Alright then, let’s stay on the bed. Even if it gets dirty, we can just throw the sheets in the washing machine. All the washing machines at the True Martial Sect are fully automatic, so it’s convenient.”

With that settled, Zhao Rong looked at Tao Hua and said, ”So, Tao Hua... shall we try starting over again?”

Tao Hua nodded. ”The best things in life don’t come easy. Let’s clear our minds and start fresh.”

And so, just as the two were about to begin...

Suddenly, the landline in the house began to ring.

Having turned off both their mobile phones only for the landline to ring, they were absolutely exasperated.

Fuming, Zhao Rong executed a backflip, landing next to the landline. He snatched up the receiver and roared into it.
