Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 206: Chapter 177: I’ll Just Follow You Into Your Boudoir

Jingjing’s chest was so large that Zhao Rong couldn’t help but reach out for it. Just as his hands were about to make contact, he suddenly snapped back to reality. He wanted to slap himself. He was being driven purely by lust, with no self-control whatsoever.

Zhao Rong sighed to himself. If Jingjing saw this lecherous look on my face, she’d definitely refuse my treatment.

But as he turned to head back downstairs, Jingjing suddenly looked at him and said, ”Little guard, since you’ve shown such sincerity, you can come to my room.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong froze. He stared at Jingjing, speechless for a moment before saying, ”Jingjing, I almost grabbed your chest just now. Are you sure you still want to invite me into your room?”

Jingjing chuckled. ”From birth to age ten, a man’s greatest desire is food. From ten to twenty, it’s fun. From twenty to thirty, it’s sex. So, your reaction just now only proves that you’re a normal man. You’re not like the so-called ’gentlemen’ who come to my house, acting all stoic and pretending not to notice my figure.

”But the moment they enter my boudoir, especially when the door closes, they get a look of surprise and excitement that’s disgusting enough to make any woman sick. It honestly makes me want to vomit. So, little guard, even though you showed your desire, you were able to control it. That proves you’re still a decent person.”

Thoroughly confused, Zhao Rong said, ”Well, since you’re not afraid of me, I guess I’ll follow you into your room.” With that, he followed Jingjing into her boudoir.

The moment he stepped inside, his reaction was the same as every doctor who had come before him: first shock, then a sudden surge of excitement. The shock came from the state of her room, which was messy to an unacceptable degree. The excitement, however, was because there were dozens of cosplay costumes scattered about. He was especially thrilled by a red Mai Shiranui costume. Zhao Rong didn’t dare to imagine how beautiful and seductive a well-endowed girl like Jingjing would look in it.

Just as he was lost in his surprise and excitement, Jingjing turned around. She looked at him and let out a long sigh. ”Little guard, my illness... it’s incurable.”

Hearing the beautiful woman say her hyperplasia was incurable, Zhao Rong laughed. ”How is that possible? It’s just minor hyperplasia. Even if I can’t cure it, I can take you to Xijing Hospital, the best hospital in Xijing City. They’d definitely be able to cure you completely.”

Seeing how lightly he took it, Jingjing sat down and said, ”Actually, it’s not hyperplasia. It’s breast cancer...”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong was stunned. He stared at her in disbelief. ”No way. You’re so young and beautiful... and your breasts are so large and full... how could you possibly have breast cancer?”

Seeing his astonishment, Jingjing said with despair in her voice, ”Wealth and honor are predestined; life and death are decreed by fate. I have no idea why I would get breast cancer...”

Zhao Rong immediately sat down beside her to comfort her. ”Does your mother know it’s breast cancer and not hyperplasia?”

Jingjing nodded. ”I’m her daughter, of course she knows. The only reason she told you it was hyperplasia was because she was afraid you wouldn’t come, afraid you’d refuse to treat me.”

Zhao Rong knew that breast cancer was considered a terminal illness. Clinging to a final shred of hope, he took the alchemy manual from his Magic Ring. ”Jingjing, don’t despair and don’t give up yet. Let me look through this miraculous book. Maybe I can find a secret recipe to cure your breast cancer.”

As he frantically flipped through the pages, Jingjing suddenly stood up. She opened the window and looked at the villa across from hers. ”Since I’m going to leave this world soon, I should do some of the things I’ve always wanted to do.”

With those words, she leaped lightly from the window and landed on the balcony of the opposite villa, which just so happened to be Zhao Rong’s home. When he saw that the thing Jingjing most wanted to do was jump into his house, he stood at the window and called out, ”Jingjing, why did you jump over to my house?”

After speaking, Zhao Rong thought, If Jingjing finds out the villa next door is actually mine, she’ll definitely be thrilled.

He hadn’t expected her to look at him with disdain. ”Little guard, your joke is really lame. I know you’re trying to cheer me up, but could you at least try to tell a funny one?”

”So the thing you want to do is jump into someone else’s house?” Zhao Rong asked.

Jingjing smiled. ”My own room is too messy to even walk in, so I hopped over to this one since it’s temporarily vacant.”

Hearing that this beautiful woman was abandoning her own room to stay in his, Zhao Rong was flabbergasted. He looked at Jingjing and asked, ”What’s so attractive about the room next door?” As he spoke, he positioned himself at the window, ready to follow her into his own villa.

Jingjing hopped down from the balcony railing and walked straight into Zhao Rong’s bedroom. ”The owner of this villa may be a man, but the room is quite clean. Most importantly, there’s a huge projector in the bedroom. It’s awesome for watching movies.” As she spoke, Jingjing couldn’t help but think, I wish I could meet the guy who owns this villa. Maybe I’d even fall for someone so clean and tidy.

Hearing Jingjing praise his room, Zhao Rong immediately jumped across and followed her inside. He watched as she flopped down on his bed, turned on the massive projector, and said, ”The boy who owns this villa must be handsome. I hope I can meet him before I die. Maybe, after being arrogant my whole life, I’ll finally fall in love.”

Listening to her, Zhao Rong had the urge to speak up. Jingjing, the boy from this villa you’ve been wanting to meet is standing right in front of you, and you haven’t even noticed. But then he reconsidered. If I tell her, not only will she not believe me, she’ll probably just laugh in my face.

Just then, as Jingjing started watching *Titanic*, she felt around the nightstand. ”Man, if only there were some beer in here, it’d be perfect. I could watch the movie and have a drink.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong immediately opened the cabinet under the computer desk, pulled out two bottles of Budweiser, and asked, ”Budweiser, is this okay?”

Seeing the guard who had just followed her over so easily find two bottles of beer, Jingjing said in amazement, ”Whoa, how did you find that? I’ve been in this house for a while and could never find where he keeps the beer.”

Zhao Rong chuckled to himself. Of course I know where it is. This is my house. It’d be a joke if I couldn’t find it.

A short while later, Jingjing wanted some snacks. ”I’ve turned this room upside down and haven’t found a single thing to eat. This is no fun at all,” she complained.

Hearing this, Zhao Rong immediately lifted the bedboard. The space underneath was hollow and filled with all kinds of snacks. He pulled them out and handed them to her. ”I don’t know what kind of snacks you like...”

When Jingjing saw Zhao Rong effortlessly produce snacks from a room she had already ransacked, she stared at him in astonishment. ”Little guard, were you a thief or something? How do you find things so fast?”

Zhao Rong shook his head. ”I’ve never been a thief. Stealing things and getting something for nothing is an utterly despicable act.”

At that moment, Jingjing felt a sharp pain in her chest and collapsed onto the bed in agony. Seeing her lie down in distress, Zhao Rong frantically searched the alchemy manual for a cure for breast cancer. To his overjoyed surprise, he not only found a method for refining an elixir to treat it, but he also realized he had all the necessary medicinal ingredients right in this very house.

He poured Jingjing a glass of water and helped her take a sip. ”Jingjing, wait here for a second. I’ll go to the kitchen on the first floor to get some licorice, then to the study on the second floor for some lotus leaves, after that to the gym on the third floor for some cinnabar, and finally to the badminton room on the fourth floor for some feathers...”

As she was drinking, Jingjing heard Zhao Rong, an outsider, list the layout of the villa with perfect familiarity. She was so stunned she spat the water from her mouth. She stared at him. ”Little guard, did you used to work security in this neighborhood?”

Zhao Rong helped her sit up. ”No, I’ve never been a security guard here.”

Jingjing held a cup of warm water in her hands. ”Then you must have been a cleaner for this villa.”

Zhao Rong shook his head again. ”I hate cleaning more than anything. I’d rather die than be a cleaner. So, no, I’ve never cleaned this villa.”

Not ready to give up, Jingjing pressed, ”If you’ve never been a guard or a cleaner, how can you be so familiar with this house? Did you... visit it when you were a thief?”

Zhao Rong just shook his head again. ”Jingjing, stop overthinking things. Just sit here and drink some water. I’m going to find the ingredients, and then I’ll concoct the medicine to cure your breast cancer right here in this room.”

With that, he rushed downstairs to find the ingredients he needed.

Left alone in the room, Jingjing found herself staring at the bedside table, lost in thought. The owner of this house must have left a photo of himself in the nightstand. Why don’t I open it and see what he looks like? If he’s not handsome, I’ll never come back to this villa again. But if he is... then I’ll come over every night, lie on his bed, wait for him to return, and then... do things with him.
