Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Hector guffawed as he threw his punch at Zhao Rong. ”Little security guard, you’ve never seen a Yellow Rank Martial Technique, have you? My Stone Fist will let you taste what a real martial technique is! You’ll know the pain and helplessness that comes from being hit by one!” As he spoke, Hector snickered to himself. There’s no way this punch fails. It’ll leave this little security guard half-dead.

Zhao Rong stood his ground. Just as Hector closed in, Tao Hua suddenly leaped in front of Zhao Rong and said, ”Brother Zhao Rong, hit me! Quick!”

The surrounding crowd was stunned to hear Tao Hua, the Sect Leader of the True Martial Sect, ask a security guard to hit her. A local rogue with a crookedly worn hat, known for being quick to find a wife, commented, ”What’s wrong with Sect Leader Tao Hua today? Why is she asking a security guard to hit her?”

A man, so honest he couldn’t find a wife, chimed in, ”Little security guard, you’re a man! You can’t hit a woman. If you have to hit someone, hit me!” With that, the honest man jumped forward.

By then, Zhao Rong had already unleashed his Over-the-Mountain Bull-Striking Fist. Just as his punch landed on Tao Hua, the resulting Inch Force shot out. At that exact moment, the honest man suddenly leaped into the path of this energy. Having just jumped over, he had no time to react before being sent flying by the Inch Force from Zhao Rong’s attack.

Zhao Rong frowned when he saw his Over-the-Mountain Bull-Striking Fist, which had been aimed at Hector, get intercepted by the meddling honest man. What the hell? This guy must have a death wish, getting involved for no reason. It’s true what they say: there’s always something to despise in those who seem pitiful. So, Zhao Rong threw a second Over-the-Mountain Bull-Striking Fist.

The honest man was completely bewildered as he flew through the air. What just happened? Why am I suddenly flying? Could I be the reincarnation of an alien? No wonder I couldn’t find a wife! I must have been an alien in a past life…

Just as Hector’s Stone Fist was about to connect, Zhao Rong’s second Over-the-Mountain Bull-Striking Fist struck him with unerring accuracy. A moment earlier, Hector had been calculating just how badly his low-level, Yellow Rank Stone Fist would injure Zhao Rong. Suddenly, he was struck hard by an invisible fist. The blow sent him stumbling back several steps before he crashed heavily to the ground, knocking out six of his teeth.

The crowd was dumbfounded. They had just watched a lowly security guard knock Hector, the genius of the Wild Wolf Sect, to the ground, leaving him scrambling for his teeth.

A Wild Wolf Sect disciple, just leaving an all-night session at an internet cafe, saw the scene. He watched the sect’s untouchable prodigy, Hector, get thrashed by a security guard who couldn’t have been more ordinary. He exclaimed in shock, ”Holy crap! If a little security guard can beat Hector, then I, Charles Song, can definitely beat that show-off!”

A True Martial Sect disciple who had always looked down on security guards was shocked to see how formidable this one was. He instantly felt a wave of relief. I may have bullied countless security guards, but thank goodness I never messed with this one. Otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable.

At this point, Hector, who was scrambling on the ground for his lost teeth, seemed to come to his senses. He struggled to his feet and demanded, ”You’re no ordinary security guard, are you? Tell me the truth. Who are you?”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong feigned surprise. ”Huh? What are you talking about? I’m just a normal little security guard. If you don’t believe me, look at my badge.” With that, Zhao Rong flashed his West Wells University security guard badge at Hector.

When Hector saw that the security guard in front of him was the very same one from King’s Barbecue who had beaten up his cousin, he was floored. He stared at Zhao Rong and said, ”Little security guard, didn’t I already issue you a formal challenge to fight at the entrance of West Wells University? What are you doing here at the True Martial Sect?”

Zhao Rong just smiled. ”I couldn’t stand by and watch you challenge a woman, so I came over to teach a dumbass like you a lesson.”

Hearing the security guard curse at him, Hector snarled, ”Fine, little security guard. It’s good you came to the True Martial Sect. Now I can kill you right here!” With that, Hector roared, ”High-level mysterious rank Martial Technique: Red Peak Palm!” He then unleashed a palm strike, chopping down toward Zhao Rong.

Faced with a level-thirty cultivator using a high-level mysterious rank martial technique like Red Peak Palm, Zhao Rong was momentarily at a loss. With a sudden dodge, he narrowly avoided Hector’s first palm strike.

When Hector saw the security guard dodge the first strike of his Red Peak Palm, he immediately exposed him. ”Stop pretending, little security guard! You’re not just a cultivator; you have to be at least level twenty-five! Otherwise, no ordinary person could dodge the first strike of my Red Peak Palm!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong felt a surge of relief. Thank God I broke through to level twenty-five while concocting medicine last night. Otherwise, I really might have died from that first palm strike.

Seeing his first strike miss, Hector immediately launched his second. Compared to the first, his second palm strike was even faster and more powerful.

Facing Hector’s second Red Peak Palm attack, Zhao Rong retreated. He really is a level-thirty cultivator, he thought. His combat power is no joke.

At that moment, Tao Hua seemed to notice Zhao Rong’s predicament. She quickly called out a reminder, ”Brother Zhao Rong, Hector uses his right hand for the Red Peak Palm! Try to dodge to his left! You’ll have a better chance of evading it that way!”

Heeding her advice, Zhao Rong faced Hector’s second Red Peak Palm and dodged sharply to Hector’s left side, luckily evading the blow.

Seeing the security guard dodge two of his strikes in a row, Hector bellowed, ”Damn it! You dodged two of my palm strikes? Not many people in this world can dodge two strikes from my Red Peak Palm! But this third one, little security guard… it’s so fast and powerful, you won’t be able to dodge it even if you try!”

As he spoke, Hector’s third palm strike shot forward. Facing the third palm strike, Zhao Rong’s experience told him that dodging would be impossible this time. When Hector saw that the little security guard had no way to evade his third Red Peak Palm strike, he laughed maniacally. ”Go to hell, little security guard!”

At that critical moment, quick as a flash, Zhao Rong used his Special Abilities to perform an Instant Teleportation. Coincidentally, a pleasure-seeker was passing by with an air rifle, enjoying some bird hunting. Zhao Rong instantly snatched the air rifle from his hands.

Just as Hector’s third Red Peak Palm strike was about to hit him, Zhao Rong aimed the rifle at Hector.

In that same instant, Zhao Rong pulled the trigger…
