Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 203: Chapter 175: The Medicine Cures the Disease... Miraculous Recovery

Zhao Rong’s eyes widened, and he hurriedly tried to smooth things over. ”Everyone, please don’t misunderstand. I have a weak prostate,” he explained with an awkward smile. ”I have to get up a lot during the night. Sometimes as many as ten times...”

At this, the principal’s wife burst out laughing. She looked at Wang Meili and said, ”Oh, so he gets up ten times a night. And here I thought he could *do it* ten times a night! I was just thinking, if he were that capable, wouldn’t some rich woman have scooped him up by now? Why would he be so down on his luck that he’s working as a security guard?” With that, she gave Zhao Rong a pitying smile.

Hearing this, Zhao Rong swallowed hard. Damn, so if you can really go ten times in one night, a rich woman will keep you? If that’s true, don’t I have the potential to be a kept man?

While Zhao Rong was lost in his fantasy, Wang Meili stepped forward to continue her introduction. ”Auntie, just tell Brother Zhao Rong whatever’s ailing you. His medical skills are extraordinary. To say that he has miraculous, life-restoring hands that can cure any illness is no exaggeration at all.”

Hearing that this unassuming security guard was supposedly so skilled, the principal’s wife looked directly at Zhao Rong. ”You, security guard,” she asked, ”are you really a Divine Doctor?”

Zhao Rong was about to politely explain that he was no Divine Doctor—he’d just been like a blind cat stumbling upon a dead rat, getting lucky a few times. But before he could, his assistant stepped forward. ”Ma’am, you’re not mistaken at all,” the assistant interjected. ”My Big Bro Zhao Rong isn’t just a master of medicine; his professional ethics are top-notch too!”

Before Zhao Rong could even get a word in, his assistant nudged him forward. Left with no choice, Zhao Rong could only smile awkwardly and nod. ”I’m not really a Divine Doctor,” he said modestly. ”I just know a little about medicine.”

”Well, since you know medicine, you can take a look at my problem, can’t you?” the principal’s wife said immediately.

When she asked him to diagnose her, Zhao Rong thought to himself, This woman is the principal’s wife. She has status and money. What kind of illness could she possibly have? It’s probably something simple like a headache or a fever, something easy to treat.

So, Zhao Rong looked at her and said, ”Ma’am, please tell me what’s wrong. I’ll do my best to cure you.”

The principal’s wife looked embarrassed. ”Well, it’s nothing serious,” she said awkwardly. ”It’s just... some gynecological problems.”

When he heard she wanted him to treat a gynecological problem, Zhao Rong nearly fainted. He wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, on the verge of saying, ”Ma’am, while I can treat difficult and unusual illnesses, I really don’t know the first thing about gynecology.”

But just as Zhao Rong was about to refuse, his assistant jumped in again. ”Ma’am, you’ve absolutely come to the right person for your gynecological problems! Forget gynecology—even if you had issues with your breasts, my Big Bro Zhao Rong could cure you completely!”

Zhao Rong was mortified. He glared at his assistant, wanting nothing more than to punch him into oblivion.

Seeing Zhao Rong’s predicament, the assistant gloated inwardly. That’s right, Zhao Rong, I want to see you squirm. This is what you get for not letting me flirt with that Ukrainian beauty, Aliona.

When the principal’s wife heard that the young security guard could indeed cure gynecological diseases, she said excitedly, ”Young man, since your skills are so incredible, please, treat my condition!”

Trapped, Zhao Rong took a sharp breath. He asked her, ”Ma’am, what specific kind of gynecological disease is it?”

The principal’s wife said, flustered, ”My... discharge... is a bit heavy...”

Hearing the term, Zhao Rong’s mind went blank. Forget about curing it—he didn’t even know what discharge *was*.

As Zhao Rong scratched the back of his head, still trying to think of a way out, the assistant piped up yet again. ”Ma’am, for heavy discharge, you’ve found the perfect person! My Big Bro Zhao Rong has a secret ancestral formula specifically for treating that!”

After saying this, the assistant glanced at Zhao Rong and snickered to himself. That’s right, Zhao Rong. In the past, I was always the one getting embarrassed. Now, it’s finally your turn...

Forced into a corner, Zhao Rong had no choice but to accept the patient. ”Ma’am, please sit down and rest,” he said, steeling himself. ”I will prepare the medicine for you right now. I hope it will cure your illness and relieve your suffering.”

With that, Zhao Rong turned around, retrieved the alchemy manual from his Magic Ring, and began searching its pages for a formula to treat heavy discharge.

When the onlookers heard that the principal’s wife was asking Zhao Rong to treat her heavy discharge, they nearly fell over laughing.

Security guard Xiao Liu watched Zhao Rong and couldn’t help but shake his head. ”Sigh, Zhao Rong is a good guy, but he’s just too honest. If you can’t treat gynecological problems, you just say no. Now look at him. He’s really shot himself in the foot and is about to ruin his own reputation.”

Security guard Xiao Wang was even more certain Zhao Rong would fail. ”Gynecological problems are notoriously complex. Even seasoned traditional doctors struggle with them. How could a half-baked amateur like Zhao Rong possibly cure the principal’s wife?”

Seeing Zhao Rong’s troubled expression, Wang Meili’s heart filled with regret. Sigh, this is all my fault. I never should have introduced the principal’s wife to Brother Zhao Rong. Haven’t I just made things incredibly difficult for him?
