Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 955: Chapter 951: When unlucky, even drinking cold water gets stuck in your teeth

Even with her back turned to Hattori Keiko, Gu Xu could imagine Hattori Keiko’s embarrassing appearance.

Gu Xu’s mouth twitched involuntarily, inwardly complaining that offending anyone is fine, but never offend a woman.

While eating her steak, Huo Sining kept an eye on the situation over at the booth, noticing the commotion Hattori Keiko was causing. She heard the woman angrily and urgently cursing at something, and finally storming out of the booth, passing by the bamboo curtain of Huo Sining’s booth, then going down the corridor and into the restroom where Huo Sining had been earlier.

Huo Sining finally noticed that the hem of Hattori Keiko’s dress was stained with wine. Huo Sining vaguely recalled hearing the sound of glass breaking earlier from that booth, seemingly indicating that Hattori Keiko even smashed the wine glass.

Thinking back to the twisted look on Hattori Keiko’s face earlier, Huo Sining found it amusing and couldn’t help but smile at Gu Xu: ”When you’re unlucky, even drinking cold water can get your teeth stuck. Don’t you think so? Looks like I need to visit the restroom.”

Gu Xu, hearing Huo Sining say this, knew she was planning something mischievous again. He sighed inwardly, nodded helplessly, and advised Huo Sining, ”Be safe.”

The implication was clear: if you’re going to cause trouble, just don’t get caught, or you’ll invite a world of trouble.

But even if Gu Xu didn’t say it, Huo Sining was well aware. She had already noticed the surveillance cameras all over the restaurant. Yet she was adept at pranks, and with her Invisibility Skill, she wasn’t afraid of those so-called electronic eyes.

Following Hattori Keiko’s footsteps, Huo Sining leisurely made her way to the restroom. After opening one of the empty stalls, she slipped inside.

The restroom is a private space, and the Dongyang people are quite particular about this; they wouldn’t install any electronic eyes here. So, Huo Sining wasn’t worried at all about being discovered. Not long after, she cautiously opened the stall door, and when she saw no one outside, she quickly chanted the Invisibility Spell and walked out of the stall.

Soon after completing her task, Huo Sining heard the sound of flushing from the adjacent stall, and Hattori Keiko emerged, cursing under her breath. She pulled out a tissue and stood before the large mirror at the sink, beginning to clean the wine stains on her dress.

Just as Hattori Keiko bent over to wipe with the tissue, the faucet at the side inexplicably turned on, and in a twist of fate, as Hattori Keiko approached to turn off the faucet, it suddenly sprayed water directly at her.

Hattori Keiko didn’t react in time and was completely drenched by a powerful stream of water, turning into a soggy mess.

The woman in the mirror looked utterly pathetic, soaking wet from head to toe, her long dress clinging to her body. Anger surged within Hattori Keiko, her whole body trembling uncontrollably, her eyes ablaze with fury. Without thinking, she stormed out of the restroom, angrily shouting:

”What’s going on with this restaurant, huh? Foie gras sprinkled with chili, the red wine is bitter, and even the restroom faucet inexplicably sprays water at people. You’re doing this on purpose, aren’t you? Get your boss over here. I want to ask him what kind of establishment this is. Is this how he treats customers? Does he not want to work here anymore, huh—”

As soon as Hattori Keiko spoke, people were already poking their heads out from their booths to see what was happening. But before she finished her shouting, there was a sudden scream.

Under the gaze of everyone, a truly embarrassing scene unfolded.

Hattori Keiko stormed out of the restroom, soaked, her long dress clinging to her body. While engrossed in her rant, a waiter walked out from the kitchen door with a bowl of fruit salad in hand.

Caught in a fit of rage, Hattori Keiko directly collided with the waiter, causing the fruit salad to spill all over her.

That’s not all; the salad was slippery, and Hattori Keiko happened to be wearing strappy high heels. After the salad spilled onto the floor, she stepped right on the salad dressing, causing her shoes to slide—

Well, there you have it. Proudly, Hattori Keiko ended up sliding artistically across the salad dressing and, unable to maintain her balance, fell backward onto the ground, landing right on her backside.

”Ripping—” The waiter standing behind Hattori Keiko, initially filled with panic, wanted to help the fallen Hattori Keiko but ended up witnessing this jaw-dropping scene.

Due to Hattori Keiko’s vigorous movement, the zipper at the back of her long dress separated, exposing her previously concealed back. Her excess fat and the pockmarked scars she had tried to cover were revealed for all to see.

The entire restaurant fell silent in an instant, not a single person dared to speak. Everyone was stunned by this embarrassing scene.

Who knows how much time passed before someone let out a chuckle, breaking the eerie silence in the restaurant. It was only then that the fallen Hattori Keiko realized just how embarrassing her situation was, hurriedly getting up from the floor, quickly retreating to the restroom along her original path.

But as she ran, the laughter outside grew even more boisterous.

With a face as dark as the night, Hattori Keiko’s eyes burned with intensified anger, her sockets flushed red, filled with resentment and rage. She didn’t know whom to vent her anger on. Hearing the harsh laughter from outside, her fists clenched tightly, wishing she could rush out immediately to end those mocking her.

Having thoroughly enjoyed Hattori Keiko’s splendid performance from the restroom, Huo Sining was finally satisfied and returned to the stall, pretending to have just finished using the toilet.

At this moment, Hattori Keiko was in a miserable state, terrified of being seen in her awkwardness. Upon seeing someone flush and walk out from the stall, she instinctively lowered her head, desperately diving into another stall, so when Huo Sining pushed the door open, she didn’t dare to look up and didn’t notice who had walked out.

A gleam of amusement flickered in Huo Sining’s eyes. She washed her hands and boldly strolled out of the restroom. As she stepped out, she noticed Watanabe Yasu quickly and shamefully rushing from the booth to the counter to settle the bill, and then awkwardly slunk away.

Huo Sining’s amusement deepened, and she sighed inwardly with slight regret. Such a ruckus, and it’s unlikely Watanabe Yasu and Hattori Keiko would ever come to this place to taste authentic Kobe beef again!
