Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2744: Chapter 1952: Junior Employee_2

Hans and Zack immediately nodded and smiled in agreement.

So the three of them set off again towards the conference room on that floor.

Bai Xiaosheng, with his incredible hearing, naturally heard them, so he followed.

”Oh, why’s that Asian guy still following us? Such a troublesome fellow,” Hans muttered with a bit of disdain when he inadvertently noticed Bai Xiaosheng.

”Miss Fei’er, do you really not need us to help you make him leave?” Zack added, ”For us, it’s just a matter of saying the word.”

Just a small employee, after all.

”No need, I think it’s better to let Mollya handle it,” Fei’er smiled and gave Mollya a signal.

Fei’er’s look seemed as though she was trying to give Mollya a bit of face, avoiding the embarrassment of asking someone to leave.

Mollya stood silently.

When Bai Xiaosheng approached, Mollya stepped forward and softly said to him, ”Why are you always following us...”

Bai Xiaosheng snapped back to focus because of Mollya’s words, looked at her in surprise with an odd expression, and then laughed, ”What do you mean I’m always following you?”

”Are you going to see Mr. Jiang Kuo?”

Mollya nodded.

”I am too,” Bai Xiaosheng chuckled, ”What, you can go see him for business, but I can’t? And this path of our Asian division, can’t I walk on it?”

Mollya got inexplicably angry upon hearing his words and said softly, ”Why are you picking on me! I’m doing this for your own good, that’s why I came over to talk to you. Do you know who those two are? One is Hans from Europe, and the other is Zack from Africa! They are second only to division presidents in their respective departments at headquarters, even the executive president is polite to them! They just said they would personally order you to leave. I think that’s ultimately bad for you. I’m doing what’s best for you, but you... how can you be so ungrateful!”

Those words left Bai Xiaosheng a bit speechless.

Since when did number three figures from other departments become so dominant, running to other divisions to stop their employees from walking on the same path.

”Then I thank you,” Bai Xiaosheng said politely, ”But even if they personally came and said it to my face, I’d take it as a joke. They have no authority to do so, and I won’t listen. You think they’ll be detrimental to me? I truly don’t care. Besides, I’m often sent out for work, and not always at headquarters.”

Bai Xiaosheng chuckled, ”Do you really think their influence extends to controlling personnel in our division!”

What a joke!

After speaking, Bai Xiaosheng sped up and walked ahead.

Seeing this, Mollya stomped her foot in frustration, deciding not to bother with this ungrateful fellow.

Hans, Zack, and Fei’er arrived at the Asian division’s conference area.

There were guards in the corridor, and seeing them, they approached from afar.

”Secretary, we know Mr. Jiang Kuo is having a meeting, but Miss Fei’er here is Mrs. Margery’s secretary from the Sixth Business Division, here to deliver an important document, please inform him,” Hans said to the other person.

They expected the secretary to immediately relay the message, but unexpectedly, the secretary looked troubled, ”Sorry, but Mr. Jiang Kuo has just been very upset, lost his temper, and said he’s having a crucial meeting, even if the sky falls, no interruptions for at least an hour. Maybe wait a bit, and when he’s calmed down, I’ll inform him.”

Hans and Zack exchanged glances, while Fei’er was surprised, wondering what could have upset the Asian division president so much.

However, Fei’er was tactful and smiled, ”It’s not a problem for us to wait here.”

Since she said so, Hans and Zack naturally wouldn’t insist on barging in.

The secretary smiled gratefully and returned to the other side of the entrance.

”I wonder what could have made Mr. Jiang Kuo so upset.”

”Not long ago, when we met, he was speaking quite kindly, wasn’t he?”

Hans and Zack discussed.

Fei’er listened and smiled, ”Maybe after a while, when Mr. Jiang has calmed down a bit, we’ll be able to see him, doesn’t have to be an hour.”

That’s true!

Hans and Zack nodded in agreement.

While they were talking, someone walked over.

The three of them looked and saw that same young Asian man again.

This guy was really like a persistent ghost, following them all the way here!

Hans and Zack, feeling slightly embarrassed in front of Fei’er earlier, saw Bai Xiaosheng and immediately felt irritated.

”You, go get us four cups of tea!” Hans directly halted Bai Xiaosheng, ordering him in a commanding tone.

They were members of the upper echelon at the headquarters, after all, deploying a mere division employee, a junior staff member across departments, was not excessive.

Hans’s intent was to get this annoying presence out of his sight promptly.

When the other party poured the tea, he was asked to get sugar and milk, to replace the coffee...

In short, making him run errands was also a way to vent some inner displeasure.

Zack, seeing Hans’ thoughts, also raised his chin and said to Bai Xiaosheng, ”I want Ceylon black tea, make sure you don’t get it wrong.”

Fei’er glanced at Bai Xiaosheng and chuckled lightly, feeling a bit sympathetic for this unlucky guy.

This man with unknown connections to Mollya seemed utterly clueless.

In the back, Mollya looked at Bai Xiaosheng with a somewhat complex gaze, mixed with a hint of resentment.

Why doesn’t this guy listen to advice? Already told him that nothing good would come from being here.

Bai Xiaosheng, facing those two bossy people, pointed at himself in surprise and smiled, ”Are you asking me to serve you tea and water?”

”I really don’t have the time for that!”

Bai Xiaosheng smiled and said, ”I have to meet Mr. Jiang Kuo, and honestly, I don’t have time to do anything else. You all have plenty of time to wait here, so why not go to the break room yourselves?”

Despite being some distance away, Bai Xiaosheng had overheard their entire conversation with the secretary.

Hans and Zack stared at Bai Xiaosheng in shock.

They were annoyed that an employee from the Asia Division dared to mock them like this.

”Wait, you’re going to meet Mr. Jiang Kuo?” Fei’er suddenly caught on to the key point.

Hans and Zack exchanged glances.

Could it be that this guy had been given some task by Jiang Kuo and was now reporting back?

If that were the case, it would be good to let this fool take the heat first.

Jiang Kuo was in a bad mood, and anyone who went now would surely get scolded. It might help him vent his anger, aiding them in meeting him sooner.

”Alright, you can go,” Hans said, stepping aside to let Bai Xiaosheng pass.

”By the way, if you see Mr. Jiang, please tell him I’m here to deliver important documents, sent by Mrs. Margery,” Fei’er quickly added.

Bai Xiaosheng nodded indifferently.

In fact, the physical documents didn’t really matter to him at all.

Mrs. Margery thought that explaining once would only leave Bai Xiaosheng with a vague impression and that he wouldn’t remember the substantive content.

Little did she know, Bai Xiaosheng had already memorized every word, and had even ”drawn” the high-tech business map exactly as it was.

So, whether or not he had the documents didn’t matter much.

Just as Bai Xiaosheng began to walk over, Mollya from behind called out urgently, ”Hey, Mr. Jiang Kuo might be angry now, if you go, you’ll just make things worse!”

Hans and Zack couldn’t help but look at Mollya.

Fei’er hurriedly signaled her not to meddle.

Bai Xiaosheng didn’t look back, only raising a hand to indicate that he already knew.

Seeing that her good intentions were not acknowledged, Mollya stomped her foot in frustration and cursed, ”Why doesn’t this person listen!”

Perhaps, he won’t even be able to get in; the secretary at the door will certainly block him, Mollya thought to herself.

Hans, Zack, and Fei’er all turned their heads to watch, closely monitoring the situation.

As it turned out, the secretary who had previously stopped them not only didn’t stop Bai Xiaosheng but also courteously opened the door to let him in.

This left the trio staring at each other in bewilderment.

Even if that young man could enter the meeting room to see Jiang Kuo, there was no reason for the secretary to be so deferential, right?

Even opening the door for him?

Hans, contemplating, walked over and when the secretary looked at him, he smiled and pointed at the meeting room door, asking, ”That gentleman just now, he seemed unfamiliar. Is he a newcomer from our Asian Division? What’s his position?”

The secretary looked at Hans in surprise, then smiled, ”You must be joking, how could that gentleman be a newcomer? He is one of the top heads of our Asian Division, the renowned Mr. Bai Xiaosheng!”

This statement left Hans standing there stunned, alongside Zack.

Not only them, but Fei’er and Mollya also realized the situation, their eyes going wide.

Immediately, the corridor echoed with a foreigner’s sharp shout.

”Who did you say he is!”
